All was quiet, as the cloaked figure walked along the well-worn path toward the Central Station. Anyone who had watched long enough would have seen the same figure day after day, following the same path through the quiet streets of Twilight Town. It was almost like the figure was replaying a memory, reliving the past.
Xion sighed, walking into the sun's light as it shone, in its eternal sunset, on the Central Station's Plaza. She had come here so many times, hoping that maybe, just maybe, her friends would have come back. Were they ever coming back? Or was she to be apart from them forever?
She wandered to the Plaza's edge, leaning against the wall that ran the length of the area. What was she supposed to do now?

Something needed to happen. Anything! The world... all the worlds... they felt too quiet. Too 'at peace' with everything. It was horrible! There was no where to have fun, no one to have fun with... why wasn't anyone doing anything? Why wasn't anything happening? This... this was so BORING!!! What had happened to that demon woman in the red swimsuit? The man dressed in black wearing a funny hat and carrying a staff? Other users of Darkness were appearing throughout the worlds, but it didn't really matter since nothing was happening. No plots, no destruction... no killing. But, maybe that was the problem. Perhaps someone needed to step up to the spotlight and take hold of the reigns? Maybe someone needed to make the snowball and set it rolling down the hill? That was it! Ever since the time passed that your destiny was your own to decide... perhaps it was time to follow through with that?
A Corridor of Darkness opened up within the world of Twilight Town, down in Tram Common amongst a busy and lively crowd. A few women screamed, men gasped and soon enough, all attention was brought upon the swirling mass of Darkness which hummed dreadfully, the aura of Darkness itself seeping out from within. A large circle formed about the portal, most civilians out shopping and doing their daily routine, watching in bewilderment as to what this mysterious entity was. A handful of others turned and headed away quickly, some running. Soon enough though, a figure emerged from within the swirling, groaning mist. Stepping forth out into the sunlight, the leather clad figure of a youth with silver hair stood before the portal, which promptly closed behind him.
The atmosphere was silent, tense. Brightly glowing turquoise eyes flicked left, then right. Then his head moved as a glance was cast over either shoulder. The crowd was observed, some muttered between a few of them reaching the youths ears. "What's with his hair? "Forget the hair, check out his eyes." "I got a bad feeling about this..." "Shouldn't we get some help...?" The muttering and soft talking between the men and women continued and soon enough, the Leader of the Remnants suddenly turned and peered off towards the massive clock tower in the distance, the one above Central Station. It might be a good idea to head up there as to get a better view of the area. Not that the silver-haired Remnant didn't know his way around this place, but it would at least get him away from all of these eyes.
That or he could kill them all...
Insects aren't worth it... The Remnant thought to himself as he simply started to walk forwards, the crowd parting before him to create a path. Striding through, heading away from the crowd and down several streets and alleys, the life of the Town seemed to quieten down somewhat. Fewer people seemed to be out and about this area of Twilight Town. That worked. It would be easier to think without having so many prying eyes on you. Sure enough, the Leader of the Remnant found his way to the large clock tower, striding up the slope before reaching the Central Station. A lone figure was present up here, leaning upon the wall that surrounded the drop back down into Tram Common, or an area near that anyway. Glowing eyes locked onto the cloaked figure, a strange feeling starting to tickle the back of the silver-haired youth's mind. There was something about this figure that was different to your normal, every day human.
Something about this figure was missing... something... inside of them.

Xion felt a presence..but it wasn't close, not yet...simply there.. She wasn't sure how she knew, but she did. Rubbing her head, she straightened, trying to think back through everything. The Organization was pretty much gone, she hadn't seen anyone lately, more to the point. If the Organization was still a group, surely someone would have come looking around Twilight Town by now. As it was, the Sunset world had remained quiet..something Xion had found both restful and a bit unnerving...like something was going to happen.
After all, wasn't that the way things went? When you thought everything was going to be calm and happy, and life was good..things took a turn for the worst, or the unexpected. Usually it meant anything you were used to changed..like friends being there when you went looking for them. These days, she didn't really expect that Roxas or Axel would show up..but she continued to hope..to hold on to the memories of the times they shared.
The breeze blowing made her sigh and tug off her hood. It was too warm to be wearing the hood of the cloak anyway..what was the point? It wasn't like anyone was going to see her up there. A movement caught her eye, and she suddenly realized she was being watched. Turning, she stared at the person standing a ways off. Leather clothes, silver hair..and cold, turquoise eyes..who was this person, and what did they want? Something told her that this mysterious appearance did not bode well. His gaze was most unnerving..as if he was seeing into her...through her..
"Who are you? Why are you here? And it's not nice to stare at people.."

This part of the world was a lot quieter then the rest. Granted that most of the populace of this world were leaning more towards the lazy side of life, probably due to the world being in an ever present state of sunset/dusk. But oddly though, the area with the train station was much more silent, much more devoid of life. Even with the lone hooded figure standing here, the figure itself felt 'ghostly', as if it wasn't really here either. Clearly it was or the glowing cold eyes of the silver-haired youth were playing tricks on him. Perhaps it was an affect of this sunset world? Maybe the atmosphere was also making him feel tired, sleepy and as a result, he was starting to see things? This was rubbish however. Not a speck of tiredness, an ounce of sleeplessness lingered within his body. He was awake as one could be and the hooded figure was as real as could be. Though the figure didn't remain hooded for long. Only mere moments after locking eyes upon them, did the figure reveal herself to be a young woman.
Bright cat-like eyes looked the female up and down, but a half scowl/half bewildered expression remained upon the features of the Remnant Leader. Even with this knowledge of now knowing the figure to be female, it still didn't answer the lingering question as to why something felt wrong about her. It had been a long time since the silver-haired youth had experienced such a feeling, and thinking back, the last time this was felt was when he was going through a phase in life hunting down and defeating the members of Organization XIII. What were they called again? Nothings? No Ones? Nobodies? It had been a long, long time though he cared not what they were called. Anyone who tried to mess with or use the Remnant Brothers were an enemy and had to be put in their place.
Kadaj's approach was noticed as the woman up ahead glanced his way. No words were spoke to begin with and the only movement beside either person's hair subtly rustling within the warm breeze was the steady approach Kadaj was making directly for the cloaked figure. And glance at the attire the woman was wearing confirmed a few things and the confusion mixed within his scowl vanished to reveal an expression that was most displeased. A few paces closer and two questions followed by what sounded like a warning of sorts, were sent his way. How rude this woman was, asking such things to a complete stranger. Who was to say the Remnant was here simply to get on the train and head off on his way else where? The first question about his name was left unanswered as the Remnant drew ever closer before slowing down his approach, coming to a stop a short distance away from her. Turquoise eyes glowed eerily as Kadaj looked down at the female in the Organization XIII coat.
"... I could ask you the same thing." The silver-haired Remnant answered as to why he was here. Obviously it wasn't going to be what she wanted to here, but that was Kadaj for you at the end of the day. Leather bound hands flexed into fists, the creaking of the leather gloves sounding as the material tightened about his fingers and hands. Raising his arms up, the Remnant tucked into one another as he folded them across his chest, keeping his eyes upon the Nobody all the time. "As for staring, it's been a long time since I last bumped into one of you. I had to double check I wasn't seeing things."
