Li Shang was having a difficult few months and that was putting it lightly. He had hoped that with the end of the Storm Dragon, the attacks would cease. However, recently, Heartless attacks increased in number and frequency. While individually, the dark beings were weak, their strength increased tremendously in numbers and numbers was an advantage that the Heartless definitely had over Li Shang. His army was getting stretched thin defending the towns from the invading horde, with even his best warriors overwhelmed. Even the love of his life, Mulan, was having a difficult time getting an edge on them. Whomever was leading these attacks was smart, a little too smart for Shang's liking.
To try and keep his army intact, Shang began sending out recruiters to get more men into his army. However, the current batch of recruits were... less than stellar, to say the least. They reminded him of how Mulan's troop had started out in training, only somehow worse. There were lazy, slovenly and worst of all, cowardly. Still, he would have to get them trained and fast. Reports had indicated a large Heartless coming into the area. It was slow, but he certainly couldn't send out the recruits as they were now. If only he had some more experienced warriors around...

“Nice going, dingus!” one of the men dressed in a unique ancestral looking uniform spoke to the scrawnier one, who had just missed the circular target board; completely.
The skinner one frowned in response, but the sigh of his was met with words of constructive criticism from afar. ”Your shoulders are too tense and your back isn’t straight. Fix that and you’ll have perfect composure for aiming,” the words flew out of the mouth of a dark haired man leaning against a pole several feet away. Arms crossed, hands enclosed between his chest and biceps, the soldier raised his chin to notice the glares given from the nearby recruits.
“If you know everything, why don’t you just do it, huh?”
At the challenge from one of the grunts, Shiro returned to his normal stiff stance, letting his back depart from the comfort of the object. Arms unfolding, the man walked towards the group of doubtful men and children. The answer to all their problems was coming from a twenty three year old guy; who wouldn’t question it? Alas, none of them knew the man’s experience with such things, therefore the man would have to prove his worth. And oh, he would.
Grabbing the bow gently from the offering hand, the man took his place in front of the observing crowd, a good distance between him and the red painted target. Clipping the bow to the string, the man raised his thumb holding the contraption to his cheek. The intellect had no worry due to the device being similar of a pistol, which he lacked at the moment. According to Fear, there was a world order that was best not to defy unless there was a reason for it. Therefore, Blackout stood there with an arrow prepped, ditching his old attire for a red one (Lu Xun Dynasty Warriors) with Gravios strapped to his back. Although his ranged weapons weren’t on him, they were nearby in a discrete location, waiting for a single orbit rush. However, blasting off modern technology wouldn’t be the best idea when it came to terms of world order, but if it became between world order and his life; one could assume what would be a priority.
Cold navy eyes narrowed at the focus point, the man let go, using the same composure that he had described. Instantly, a loud thud was heard as the tip of the projectile pierced the dead center of the target. Jaws dropped at the sight, but the man simply returned the weapon to the scrawnier one previously mentioned and started pacing down a conjured up path through the camp grounds. Why was the soldier at that world? A mission of course; wasn’t at his own leisure. Heartless were at war with the empire, but the attacks weren’t being directed by Ansem; thus it was a third party strategist. The worry of his commander was that whomever would dare to strike at the seeker of darkness and Blackout was put up to the task of ending whatever threat permanently. Sure, world order was meant to be protected, but nothing would stop a bullet from piercing his real target’s heart if it came down to that. A sword through the body would do the job too; more honorable in the setting as well.
