Work had ended quite late tonight. The streets had already emptied itself of the civilians of the town. The darkness of Traverse Town was back to normal, the same darkness that covered the area as it normally did. The street lights lead me through the streets. For a dark town, there were plenty of street lights.
After a few moment of walking Lucius came to a large, empty plaza. It was usually bustling with life through out the day. "Guess they all went home." Lucius thought to himself as he began to walk, now reaching around the middle of the large plaza.

The large plaza of the Second District was heavily lit by the lights of the surrounding buildings and the bright lights of the fountain below. The district was usually filled with the sounds of laughter and people; however, on this night it was quiet with only the footsteps of a young man with blonde hair and the tinkling of the fountain breaking the silence. As the young man walked towards the middle of the plaza and passed the fountain of the seemingly empty area, the bells of the Gizmo Shop would ring loudly and deeply sending their sound echoing through the area and town. It was a sound that was rare to hear, only happening once or twice in the history of the town, always signally some form of trouble; however tonight, the bells were not announcing the Heartless, but instead another sort of visitor.
As the boy with blonde hair moved passed the fountain, a figure would appear in front of the fountain cloaked in black and silent. The figure’s hood was pulled up and the figure’s attention was on the strange design of the two dogs on the fountain glowing in bright light. This hooded figure didn’t seem to pay the boy any mind as it simply observed the fountain from the shadows of its hood as the sounds of the bells slowly faded from the area. The person under the hood was no stranger to the town. No, this person had been to Traverse Town once before. It was here that he had met the boy named Beat and had seen a child that looked exactly like Roxas and yet was not him. The boy with the Heart that was not whole. The last time he had seen the child, he had been zombie like as if he was just reborn or reawakened and brought into the world once more. While the Nobody had been very curious about this double, he did not have time to examine this odd child before he was leaving to attend other business, his goal of information gathering and potentially using the loud one called Beat in his plans ruined.
He had hoped by coming back to the town he could find Beat or the double again, but instead he had found nothing, but silence and so had wandered the quiet town until he came to a rest in shadows of the Gizmo Shadows. There he had stayed watching the quiet night sky and the few people that had come through there earlier. No one had caught his interest or seemed to notice the cloaked man who observed them from his high vantage point lost in thought. It wasn’t until the blonde had come through that the shadow of a man had been pulled from his thoughts of what to do and the matters of Hearts and back to the present.
Unlike everyone else in this town there was something about the boy that screamed outsider more so than other misfits that had found their way here and called this place home now. This boy was not someone he remembered from his last visit and to top things off he got a strange vibe from the kid….something similar to the one he got around Roxas or Namine. This kid wasn’t a normal lost one. No, something was off about him, but what the Nobody wasn’t sure what. Perhaps a closer observation of this strange person was needed then? Nodding inwardly, the Nobody had vanished from his spot in the shadows and had appeared in silence in the spot before the fountain he was in now. The only sign that he had traveled at all were the pink glowing flower petals that trembled slightly in the wind as they rested by his feet.
Even though the Nobody underneath the hood did not seem to pay the boy much attention, he was fully aware of the boy’s presence and very curious as to why the boy put him on edge when he did not know him. What was this boy exactly that he could sense him so clearly despite the fact that he indeed had a beating Heart? He should not be able to see him so clearly….not unless he was a Nobody, so what was it that made this one with a Heart so different and how could this difference hurt or help him in the long run? Hmmm….
The Nobody continued to ponder this quietly as he seemed to study the fountain. Waiting and watching without his eyes, but his other senses instead.

Lucius walked across the field, simply thinking of what the bells symbolized. He had been here for only a short while so he didn't know all the details about the town but the sound of the bell he can hear echoing through the city caught his attention. As Lucius walked towards the fountain, he kept his head up at the sky, watching it as he thought of the possiable meaning. "What could that bell mean? Danger? War? A fire?" As he thought fire he began to survey the sky and looked around. Smoke was no where to be seen. "Strange. Is it a new bell that was implemented for time?" Lucius continued to ponder on the idea of what the bell was meant for.
As he continued walking her saw a figure in a black robe standing by the fountain, simply looking at the fountain's direction. "Maybe this person will know." He thought to himself. Lucius began to walk towards the man, putting his orange, black stripped, arms into his black leather jacket pockets. The orange and black actually being his semi-tight long sleeved V-neck shirt. "Excuse me. Mind if I ask you what that bell means? I seemed to have forgot." Lucius said slightly embarrassed, with a little smile.. His memory did escape him at time, usually forgetting important details until he writes it down.
The figure was quite ominous. It simply stood there at the fountain. As Lucius walked to the plaza he didn't remember seeing the figure there earlier. Was the figure simply hidden by his dark robes in the dark town? Either way the entire thing seemed quite strange. The bell, a strange hooded figure in an empty plaza. "What's going on?" Lucius thought to himself as he waited for a responds.

The cloaked figure continued to look at the fountain in silence, listening to the strange boy walk about. Even when spoken to the figure remained silent for a moment absorbing the information given from such a simple question. If the Nobody underneath had been new to traveling, trapped in the world of Traverse Town, and oblivious to the wars and on-goings of the worlds, perhaps the question would have given him nothing at all. After all, a forgetful resident could easily ask such a question and in turn someone lost might answer with a “I don’t know” or perhaps say “I was wondering the same thing”, happy and relieved to find another as lost and alone as his or herself; however, this particular figure was no stranger to travel and had no room inside of himself for things such as relief or joy.
No this figure was empty, tricky to deal with, deadly...and territorial. Perhaps at another point in his life the figure would’ve snapped at the boy for asking him such a trivial question about things he did not. He did not know what the bell was for or even care to learn what its meaning was. All he knew was that the bell had rung and assumed that perhaps it was signaling the time. A pointless thing, but who was he to complain about bells and their meanings? If the town wanted the bell then so be it. He could care less, but what he did care about was this boy who now in his space bubble. While he did not mind the townsfolk invading the area, this boy was another matter. On that caused the Nobody to tense up and become suspicious of anything he did. This boy, who had confirmed by opening his mouth, was indeed not part of this world. While the child was open and seemed kind, the cloaked figure watched him with suspicion and curiosity from the shadow of his hood, still wondering what it was that made this boy shine clearly in his eyes that were blind to the alliance of those with a Heart.
Why was the Light in him so strong, hmmm? What really lurked under that innocent face? A warrior or perhaps a creature in disguise? It would be interesting to know the truth and what if said truth led to something even better. A useful tool perhaps to put on the board? Or would this one be a thorn in his side like a few other people had been in his life? It was hard to tell, but he supposed he could start prying for the truth by answering that question of the boy had asked, couldn’t he?
A second ticked by and then another, the whole time the figure remained motionless before the fountain. After a full minute, the figure turned its head towards the boy revealing heavy shadows from his hood covering the upper half of the face. All that could be seen was a hint of pale skin that marked the tip of the nose and chin area. There was also what could’ve been either pink feathers or hair brushing against the side of that face that could be easily mistaken for a woman’s. The features were elegant and seemingly delicate; however, when the pale lips began to move and the words found their way out into the open, what the figure was was clear.
“Did you truly forget or did never know to begin with?” the figure said in a calm masculine voice empty of emotions. A brief pause followed the words and then the lips were twisting into a frown. “Who are you and why are you here?”
The questions were demanding and cold, a sign that whoever this cloaked figure was, he was not here to play games or stand around for idle chat; however, despite the way the male spoke, he was not being hostile. This was just his way of speaking. He was used to being in control and in turn he expected people to answer him when questioned….something he was slowly learning did not work on everyone he met and at times could get an angry response. It was a fact hard to swallow, but he was slowly, very slowly accepting this truth. Still regardless of this learning curve, the Nobody was refused to let go of his ways so easily. He didn’t care how badly his manners stepped on the boy’s or anyone else’s toes, pride would not let him act any lesser than what he had been in the past or how he viewed himself now. He was still Lord of Oblivion and arrogant to degree. As it stood now this kid was on the lower rung and in turn must answer to him. A wrong move or set of words would not be accepted here. If the boy wanted to avoid a fight, he’d have to tread carefully with this oddly moody shell.

“Did you truly forget or did never know to begin with?” The man said after standing for a minute, doing absolutely nothing but simply look at the fountain. The man figure was quite strange, but Lucius shrugged off the idea, mentally, and responded to the man after he heard his second statement. “Who are you and why are you here?” The questions were strange. "Just who is this person?" Lucius thought to himself quickly before responding.
"I truly did forget. I remember someone told me once upon a time but I seemed to have not written it down in my journal, so I have no real memory of what it is. As for who I am. I am Lucius. I'm just a citizen here in Traverse Town who works at a nearby fruit shop." He spoke kindly to the figure, seeing the woman like face, but the voice didn't really correspond. "So who might you be then? It's really not polite to ask for one's name without giving one in return." Lucius said kindly to the hooded figure. Something was off about the man. He wasn't a normal person. Was the figure from this world? Was he heartless? Only time would tell.

The figure watched the boy carefully waiting a bit impatiently for answers; however, he did not push the boy to answer faster. He simply waited, taking the moment to study the boy from the shadows of his hood. When the boy did answer, the Nobody smirked and gave a slight “Hmph!” that could’ve passed for a light chuckle when the boy mentioned how he had forgotten about the meaning behind the bell and his method of remembering things. He had to write things down to remember them? Now that was a first. Most people he ran into was good about etching things to memory, but this one? Not at all. Still, he suppose he could accept that answer although now he was rethinking his planning revolving around this boy.
If this kid had to write everything down to make sure that he remember things then he would be problematic for his own plans. He couldn’t have the child write whatever he told him down and then fool around and lose the paper or journal or whatnot that it was written on. While people were risky in general since even if they didn’t have to write what the Nobody told them down they could still blab about it. An annoying factor, but one he could deal with a lot better than the one he was presented with now. The idea of having a plan or a task written out on paper was simply ridiculous in the Nobody’s mind. No. No. There were too many curious minds out there and one too many people that knew him by name. The last thing he wanted was for someone like Xemnas to find said plans written down. If that man were to get ahead of him in anyway… The Graceful Assassin pushed those set of thoughts away quickly. No need to get too wound up. Fortune had been good to him and kept him from running into his former leader, so right now he needed to take advantage of the good fortune and focus on the present, so that when and if he ran into Xemnas he’d be ready for him. Now, then what to do about this annoying little trait of the boy’s? Could he work around it or was the boy completely useless? Hmm… Guess he should find out what the boy could do without putting him in danger. In any case, the cocky smirk vanished after a moment and became a “gentler” smile as he listened to the rest of what the kid had to say.
His name was Lucius and he was a resident of Traverse Town? He looked the kid up and down from the shadows of his hood. He had never seen him before, but he suppose he could’ve missed him the last time he was here poking about. Still, there was something very off about him that made the Nobody wonder if what the boy said was true. Fruit shop or not, the boy could very well be a new arrival. He certainly stuck out like a sore thumb with that strange easy to see aura of his. Odd.
But now he had another useless trait to contend with. Fruit shop owner? What could he do with that? He suppose he could…no. Couldn’t give him that task. Then how about…? No. That wouldn’t work either. Well now. Unless this “fruit shop” owner could fight or had some skills that were useful to the Nobody, he didn’t see much of a reason to place him anywhere in his plans. So he guessed that meant he’d have to fall to Plan B for the time being: fishing for information. He would not allow this to be a waste of his time. Anyway, the boy was asking him a question and even dared to give him a lesson in manner. As if he needed such a lesson. Still, despite how much the words rubbed the Nobody in the wrong way, the boy had been kind more or less, so in turn that gave the Nobody a bit of control over his actions and kept him from lashing out too much at the boy as he responded back.
“Tch. I suppose I can deal with that,” he said as he moved his hands to his hood and pulled it back, revealing himself at last.
“My name is Marluxia,” he said calmly before he took a few steps to the left of the boy and paused looking around the square as if he was exploring it for the first time; however, the Nobody didn’t have any true interest in the town at the moment, so the action in actuality was simply done out of old habit and being tired of standing in one place for a long period of time.
After a few more moments of silence, he turned slightly to the boy choosing his words carefully as he gave the boy a slight smile acting as normal as it was possible for one without a heart.
“I didn’t mean to be rude. I just didn’t expect anyone to be wandering through is all,” he said and then turning away he took a few more steps away from the boy speaking as he went. “Tell me. How long have you been here selling fruits? Did you just open the store? I don’t recall ever seeing a fruit shop in town,” he paused and turn to him pretending to be curious and excited for the new competition to the café in town. “Can your fruits beat the ones at the café?”
The questions were rattled off casually as if the Nobody truly lived in the area. While this of course was a lie, the good thing about this situation was that the Nobody knew this town well enough to play the resident even if his clothing…and eyes suggested something different. While he did his best to play “normal” his eyes remained empty and emotionless, but would the boy catch onto the contradictions? The slight tension in the air suggested that the boy might suspect him of being something else besides normal, but until the boy acted upon his assumptions, the Nobody would not be able to tell if the boy truly had good sensing skills or if it was perhaps his own uncertainty of the boy that caused the tension. In time, all would be revealed.

The man finally showed his face, the face that had been hidden for this entire time was finally shown. It had feminine qualities, as noticed earlier, and the man's hair was quite strange. It was a pink like color, but not a hot pink, it was a strange color indeed. Lucius would have to try his best to remember the features of this man so he could write it down in his journal later on, so he would have something to lean back on when his memory begins to fail him.“My name is Marluxia,” The strange man said. "Marluxia...an even stranger name. Then again my name itself was strange, even for Traverse Town."
“I didn’t mean to be rude. I just didn’t expect anyone to be wandering through is all,” He said as he turned around and took a few steps away from Lucius. "Why wouldn't he expect someone? This was usually one of the busiest districts in the town." This was getting stranger by the moment. It was his second statement that caught Lucius, this meant the man wasn't from here. “Tell me. How long have you been here selling fruits? Did you just open the store? I don’t recall ever seeing a fruit shop in town,”
Lucius continued to speak kindly though to the man, even with his suspicions of the man exceed then the limit that it should for new people he comes across. The man knew nothing about the fruit shop it seemed, it was the strangest seeing as almost everyone in the town knew it, the only people who didn't know were the new comers. "Well I've worked there for about two years. I don't own the place, just some work I found, pays the bills and all so I can't complain. I do enjoy talking to all of the customers though." Lucius told the man, not letting his suspicion show.
The man's eyes were empty despite his words. That was one of the things Lucius caught the most. He was a scientist by birth, he knew how to examine the surrounding and his topics, which were usually stars, but in this case it was Marluxia. "So Marluxia. Please tell me...What world are you from? You aren't from Traverse Town. I can pretty much guarantee it. Sorry if I sound rude but your actions are against that of a regular citizens." Lucius told the man. This man was to be watched. He was mysterious. "Is he really a heartless? He wears a robe to hide himself. Could his body be made out of pure darkness? Is he real? Am I dreaming?" Lucius began to ponder in his mind as he waited and examined Marluxia.

The Nobody allowed himself to answer the boy’s question playing nice and normal, but something told the man that the boy was not buying his words. He could feel it. Each word he spoke, the boy pieced together what he was or at least what he assumed he was in his own way. The boy study him in a way that made him think of Vexen as he watched one of his new toys go into action. It was a look that would’ve caused the Nobody to flare up defensively had said person been a threat to him. Sure, Vexen had crossed him, but the beautiful thing about one such as Vexen was that he was easily crushed when his use had ended. As he watched the boy, he wonder if he too were a scientist type or maybe one that loved research. Or perhaps the boy was simply one with a good eye for odd details. Despite the earlier words the boy spoke making him look useless to the Nobody, the kid’s silent action suggested something different. If he indeed was a researcher type then, this could be trouble and trouble he would not know how to handle. The boy was an unknown variable and that he'd have to watch and keep his distance from until he knew exactly what he was dealing with. This kid wasn't normal like Olette had been. No, this one had something hidden within him that the Nobody wanted to see brought to light, so that he could judge this kid properly and see where he rested on the great board. The boy's studious gaze and his aura could not be ignored and kept the Nobody on edge despite how kind the boy was being. The Nobody, despite lacking emotion himself was pretty good, at catching wind of what others were feeling. Whether it was through words or actions, he saw through most acts and could tell when something was a cover and when something was not. The boy was kind, but so were many others he had met along his path. Underneath it all, the kindness hid monsters and other odd things under itself. things that could bite one badly if one was not careful where he or she stepped. Being with a group that used all resources to their advantage, including kindness and false loyalty, he knew the various tricks. That’s why he had a feeling that the kindness the boy showed was an actual cover for the boy’s own mistrust of himself and a way to appear innocent to get more information. Heh. Now that little tidbit of information was something of use.
If the boy already didn’t trust him then it was no reason to play games with him as he had done with Olette. He could be himself and let go of the game of emotions.... revert back into the empty shell he really was. As the boy answered him, he nodded at his words. Two years, hmmm? Well, it is not like I’ve been coming here everyday of my life and I have been dead for quite a while now haven’t I? A new development like this could've come up during my absence in the world, but still. I’ve been here recently, so how could I’ve missed a fruit shop that seems to be well known and this kid? Marluxia wondered to himself for a moment.
Granted, he had been hunting down something back then, but still a popular fruit shop? Hmph. He wouldn’t have missed a detail like that….or if he had he most certainly wasn’t going to admit his error. Oh no, he had too much pride in himself to that.
Anyway, the Nobody kept his face and body free of his thoughts as he watched the boy watching him with those eyes that reminded him Vexen’s, but with a bit more life to them. He didn’t like to be stared at in such a way. Stared at as if he were some sort of unique specimen to be studied. The earlier “friendliness” of the Nobody melted away as his eyes became cold. He heard the boy’s words and was silent for a moment as he simply watched him.
Keeping his icy blue eyes on him, he spoke.
“Now why on earth would I give you that sort of information? I don’t know you and quite frankly you are too curious for my liking. If anyone is acting out line here it would be you. Your words are like a researcher’s logical and sure. Why are you here really? What do you want?” Marluxia asked his voice low and cold, his dislike for the boy apparent. While this conversation was taking a dangerous turn, the boy could keep himself safe if he could keep the Nobody’s temper from boiling over...with the right sort of answers.

“Now why on earth would I give you that sort of information? I don’t know you and quite frankly you are too curious for my liking. If anyone is acting out line here it would be you. Your words are like a researcher’s logical and sure. Why are you here really? What do you want?” The man was thinking on the right path. Lucius was a scientist, but it was obvious that the man wasn't a happy camper as he spoke. "Just when I thought I might make a new friend..." Lucius thought to himself, liking to meet new people. "If he continues to get mad though he will most likely resort to violence...Fighting...such a thing like this only exists in these worlds." Lucius continued to think.
It was time for Lucius to answer the man, hopefully his answers wouldn't attack the emotional man. Fighting at such a time would be a shame, it was night, when most would be sleeping. Lucius wasn't tired, he just didn't want to make lots of noise to wake others. "You are right. I am a scientist, an astrologist to be exact. I am here by pure fate. The sky opened up to me and would not re-open. So I am stuck in this lovely town. I want nothing in all honesty. I simply do my research on my free time and work at the fruit shop for work. My life is quite basic, but I live and continue to live so I cannot complain." Lucius told the man. His statements were spoken kindly, Lucius did continue to watch the man though. He didn't trust the man, he might have pink hair, something people might consider a sign of weakness, a feminine color, but Lucius wasn't foolish. He wasn't the strongest looking male, by size, but who knows, he might be a very strong mage.
"So that's my life story. Care to share yours?" Lucius asked with a kind voice and gentle smile. "This man is far to strange. He hides a lot about himself. Secrecy is never a good sign, especially when the person already suspects you of something. But what can he possibly be? Heartless don't look like that. Is he some sort of special heartless? Able to take human face and features?" Lucius continued to think, pondering upon the idea of the man, Marluxia, being a heartless.

This was simply infuriating and no. No, it was not just the boy and his strange aura that made the Nobody so frustrated. It was these cursed emotions he still could not understand why he had. It was almost like he was pretending to be a Nobody! Why? What had happened between death and rebirth that made him like this? Conflicted and doubting himself? Why wasn’t he sure of his actions or of his path in life and why did things like the Heart cross his mind now? This had never bothered him before, so what had changed? He was still an empty shell and still clung onto his old ways, but there was something there that irked him and made him a very dangerous person to deal with at any given time. Distrust, suspicion, and the unknown only made whatever this mess was in him even stronger. He didn’t understand it or himself anymore. It drove the Nobody crazy and made it hard to focus, but he had to try to overcome it. He wasn’t going to show weakness to no one. He’d find the answer to this infuriating thing called emotions and figure out why all of a sudden they bothered him so. He would not rest until did, but right now he was fighting inwardly for composure.
This boy put him on edge and made him dislike him for simply existing in the same space. There was just something about him. Something about his kind nature that tugged at a memory that he could not quite grasp and force to the front. Why did this boy agitate him so? What was it about him that made him want to strike him down so? He studied the boy, quietly smoldering as he waited for his answers. Why do I not like you? Why do you effect me even though I do not know you? Who is it that you remind me of so strongly? Marluxia thought for a moment his cold eyes remaining on the boy his face blank. He sought the answer, but could not find it. Growling inwardly, he gave up on the matter for now.
Perhaps it wasn’t the boy at all then. Maybe he was just frustrated with himself and how emotions seem to bubble up around people more often. How it was becoming harder to control said emotions and keep himself “empty”. Maybe that was what made the Nobody so moody; however, instead of addressing said issue and seeing it as coming from himself, the Nobody instead sought to find a reason for his agitation. In this case, the boy who he did not trust, the one with the researcher’s eyes and strange bright aura. It was hard to say the true reason for his foul mood and even harder to read on the Nobody. All that was known was that this Nobody was easy to tick off at the moment and only careful stepping would keep the boy from harm.
For example, after the brief silence between questions, the boy did indeed answer his question confirming he was indeed a researcher. An astrologist? Marluxia ponder that word for a moment trying to see its worth. So he studied the stars, huh? Now how was that going to be useful for practical applications? What did stars tell you except that this or that world was in or out of darkness? Hmmm…he’d have to figure that one out when he had more space to think. What else was he saying?
Gotten here by fate, sky opening and would not open again? What was this? Was he saying his world got destroyed by the darkness and he got put here like all other lost souls? The story wasn’t too out of reach and now he was saying he was stuck without a means of escape. Olette painted with a different story and form, then? And now he supposed the kid wanted out of this place too. Heh. Too bad the Nobody was in no mood for gift giving at the moment.
He listened to the rest of the boy's words and then heard the questions asked to him. To this the Nobody simply shook his head.
“I have no story to tell,” he said and left at that. A silence fell between them being broken by only the wind and the occasional song of insects. The boy was studying him again, questions in his eyes. Why did he keep studying him like that? What did he want to know that he could not speak out loud? Why did he continue to get under his skin? He wanted the answers badly and getting no answer only put him in a more foul mood than before.
Becoming fed up with the face off after a while longer, the Nobody turned away and began to head towards the doors that led into the first district.
“While chatting with you was nice. I’ll be on my way. I have better things to do than to answer questions of a child,” Marluxia said in an emotionless voice as he waved his hand in a way that suggested he was dismissing this meeting as he continued to move towards the door. The question now was: would Sky let this meeting end quietly or had he come to his own conclusions by now and would take actions against the strange and uncooperative Nobody?

The man began to walk away. "If he really is darkness he will have a way to defend himself. I should at least make sure. I should make sure that he really isn't a heartless. If he is then he could start going around and slowly destroy this world as well." Lucius thought to himself. He sighed, disappointed he had to land the first hit, never liking fishing in general. Lucius held his hand out to the man who was walking away, a decent distance away all ready. Lucius's palm pointed straight at the man's back. "Aero." Lucius spoke quickly and quietly. The small ball of condensed wind firing out towards Marluxia, the assumed heartless. It wasn't an all to powerful attack, well not really. It would hurt him if hit but if he was truly a heartless he would either dodge, block or get hit them release his dark powers as a counter attack. If not I would simply apologize to the strange human. Lucius stood still, his free right hand at his side, ready to summon his key blade if it were to escalate quickly. Lucius continued to smile even though he fired off the attack at the man. He couldn't help it really, it was just in him to smile. Name: Aero Description: A small ball of condensed air is shot out from the user. Once it hits something the ball errupts into a small torrent of wind. Cooldown: [2 posts]

It would seem the boy had decided to not to let this end quietly after all. As the Nobody headed towards the large double doors, he heard a whisper and then the release of a spell that was aimed at him. So you have made your judgment call and chose death? Fine by me! the Nobody thought as a small smirk briefly appeared on his face before he had vanished, leaving the ball of wind to terrorize a cloud of pink rose and cherry blossom petals instead of his actual body. As the petals were scattered by the wind spell, another rain of flowers would appear off to the right of the boy as Marluxia reformed with his weapon, Graceful Dahila, in hand. The large scythe was held loosely in one hand as the pink colored blade gleamed in a deadly fashion in the light of the area. Without a word or any sign of emotion, Marluxia moved his scythe across his body in a slow fashion like bringing up a heavy shield. As he moved the blade began to glow with a pinkish hue. Then without warning, he swung his scythe downward slashing the air with a heavy downward diagonal slash causing the air to whistle as his blade passed through it. A pointless looking move if it had not been for the thick blade of pink crescent shaped energy that was flung from the scythe and was now sailing towards the boy at amazing speeds. The energy was laying at diagonal and sought to slice the boy in half; however Marluxia did not think cutting this boy down would be easy. The child knew magic, so it’d be interesting to see what else he would do. "Come on then. Show me your worth!" the Nobody called to him and then fell silent with a cold smirk on his face as he waited to see how the boy would react to his attack. This after all was only the beginning of a deadly dance.

Another dodging move. Before getting hit he’ll turn into a cloud of flower petals and reappear elsewhere on the field. It takes 2 posts for him to reuse it. ~ Crescent Wave: A single energy blade slung from the scythe after a brief charge. It does medium damage to those it hits fully. It takes 1 post to cooldown.
As the aero flew towards the man, the man's place was replaced by flower petals. The aero blew them all to the side with its wind currents. "So he isn't a normal human being." Lucius quickly thought to himself. The battle had commenced. It was time to see what Marluxia truly was. He looked to his right side and saw Marluxia standing there, holding a large scythe. "Well his weapon is large, but I shouldn't automatically think it would take him awhile to swing the thing. I should wait and see." Lucius continued to think. The man slashed his scythe and it created a crescent wave of energy towards Lucius. It was definite that this man was not pure of heart, but now the question was, how far was his heart in darkness. Lucius had to react as as he was just about the dodge the man yelled out a taunt it seemed. "Come on then. Show me your worth!" The attack as moving at incredible speed, but Lucius wasn't some kid who didn't know how to dodge an attack such as this.Lucius dashed forwards, dodging the attack. He didn't stop running though, he turned and began to run straight at Marluxia. As he was getting closer, within ten feet, he activates another spell. "Caeli Missilium" He spoke quickly and softly. Latin was one of his native tongues so he spoke is fluently, a lot of his research papers written fully in Latin. Twenty missiles of air formed around Lucius and Lucius quickly brought up his right hand forward and pointed it at Marluxia. The missiles waited not a moment. They shot out, all twenty, at amazing speed. Lucius continued to run towards the man, ready to summon his keyblade if the man wasn't completely blow off from his attack, seeing as that was one of his more powerful wind spells. Name: Caeli Missilium (Air Missile) Description: Twenty(20) missiles of highly condensed wind, 1 foot long and 2 inches wide, are created around the user. The caster points at what he wants the missiles to fly at, and they do so. They will fly at what ever the user points at with almost perfect aim. The caster must continue to point at the target until the missiles reach their maximum range of thirty(30) feet or until hitting something else. In Lucius's case he is capable of using this spell and using his keyblade as the pointer. Cooldown: [5 Posts]

Marluxia had unleashed his Crescent Wave at a diagonal that could only be dodged in one of these ways: jumping over it, sliding under it, moving to the left or right of it, or perhaps even slicing through it with a weapon; however, the way this boy dodge his attack without gaining any harm was quite confusing. He charged forward and somehow by moving in said straight line towards him he had managed to avoid damage from the blade without veering from his course when he had dodged. It would've been okay if he had ducked or dove forward, but he did neither. He just somehow dodged while going forward. A bit odd, but what could be done? The boy had gotten luckily, so for now the Nobody let the strange action slide as he focused on the boy’s new action. He was still running towards him and he saw the kid's mouth move in a strange manner that suggested he was speaking, but couldn’t make out the words . Then again…he didn’t need to understood what was being said. No he was shown what was happening. He saw the strange projectiles of air surround the boy as he reached the ten foot mark and he saw the boy move his right hand and point it at him sending the fast moving projectiles towards him; however, the Nobody did not panic. Instead, he leaned back and kicked off the ground allowing himself to take to the air a bit as his natural ability to levitate took over. With ease, the Graceful Assassin glided back as each of the 20 missiles slammed into the ground inches from where he once was seconds ago. He continued to move back until all 20 were used and then landing on the ground, performed a deadly counter of his own. To start, he brought his scythe across himself like a shield as it glowed a bright pink before he brought the shaft of the handle down, tapping the ground with end of it. As he did this, the ground around the boy began to glow pink as a series of three energy filled shock waves were unleashed upon him. Since the boy was grounded and charging forward, perhaps the shock waves would be enough to halt his progress, damage him, and even knock him over. It would be hard to get out of shock waves, but he did not know the boy's full skills, so with that being said maybe the boy could save himself from the attack again. Regardless of what the boy did, shortly after the shock waves were over, Marluxia would quickly glide over to the boy and close the distance before swinging his blade downward upon him in a heavy downward diagonal. If the boy got hit by the blade moderate damage would be done; however, if the boy managed to block the attack with some form of weaponry, then Marluxia would have to resort to other methods to bring the boy down. ~ Petal Blade: Gaining distance between himself and an opponent, Marluxia quickly charges his scythe before unleashing a set of three shockwaves across the battlefield. For those grounded, these shock waves causes medium damage and has a 50% chance of knocking you over. It takes 2 posts to reuse this.
~ Teleport: Another dodging move. Before getting hit he’ll turn into a cloud of flower petals and reappear elsewhere on the field. It takes 1 post for him to reuse it.
~ Crescent Wave:
Ready to use again.
((Sky please keep the cooldowns of your previous attacks on the list until the cooldowns are complete done. Much like mine are listed. It just saves you from people saying you were cheating by using the move again to soon. Proof of not cheating, k? ^^))

The pink haired man had dodged the air missiles. He was quick, that was a definite. He would be a pesky problem. What was he though? He didn't share similarities with the heartless, but he didn't seem like a regular human. His powers were proof enough for that. The man sent out shockwaves through the ground. Lucius would have to use a power he dosen't rely on to much, his wings. As the shock waves were coming Lucius bent his knees and kicked off the ground, going forward with his jump, straight towards the enemy. As Lucius jumped he whispered in his Latin tongue. "Alas Caelum" He spoke as white angel wings with a sky blue tips appeared on his back. He flew over the shock waves then quickly rose up into the sky with a beautiful 115 degree angle.I flew about twenty feet high into the sky and looked down at Marluxia. "So tell me...what are you? You don't seem to be a heartless...What could you be?" Lucius called out to Marluxia, the scientist in here wondering what this man really could be. Name: Alas Caelum (Wings of Heaven) Description: Holy white angel wings with sky blue tips appears on Lucius's back. These wings give Lucius the ability to fly, giving him greater agility when in the sky and faster speed. These wings last for five (5) posts. Cooldown: [6 posts]
