With raid rewards we all know that the winners get munny and the losers get nothing. I think that should change. Even though the losing side, well, lost, they also put tremendous effort into their posts and their side of the battle and I think that deserves some recognition and reward. I think the losing side should get a small munny reward for their efforts. That way even though they didn't win they can still work on improving their characters and get stronger. People put in a lot of effort into their part of the raid and they have nothing to show for it. I think that a small reward of 50 munny would be good to give to the losing side so they feel like they got something accomplished.

I actually agree with this and I support Light's idea of giving some small amount of reward or recognition for the losers of a raid. Everyone enters one to win it and earn the munny to improve their characters.

This issue was brought up in the staff board once and it was kinda divided but now that we have new staff members AND members do what this we shall bring it up again and hopefully get better results when it comes to this issue because personally I 100% agree

It is a favorable idea, and now a new set of staff members will allow for this idea to have a better shot at succeeding than failing. I'll personally fight for it as well, as this old system is mainly for sustaining and controlling veterans who have well-built characters. Given that many on this site do not have that, it is inadequate and personally a turn off for most; as the no-mercy nature of raids is a bit daunting for some.

I'd have to agree. I think the reward might actually help people to keep trying at raids and perhaps even stay until the end of them. Perhaps some of the stress comes from knowing that if you lose you won't get anything or perhaps I am thinking too hard on the matter.
Regardless, I think it should be done.

So first off I think this is a good idea if the raids were the only source of munny. There are missions people can do if they really need munny to upgrade their character. Now I know that missions don'r give out as much as raids it's still something for them to use to build up their character. While I know that people work hard on raid posts and to have nothing to show for it is sad and disappointing isn't main goal of a raid is to protect a world or to take it over? I see getting munny from a raid as a bonus for protecting the world or taking it over not the whole point of the raid. Again this is just my view on it feel free to ignore it or disagree with me.

I agree with Jecht, but also have a slight twist on what Deshi said, I don't believe there should be incentive to stay in a raid, but a punishment or penalty such as a 10% increase on an ability price for disappearing without an excuse, since someone disappearing just kind of messes up the entire flow of the battle.
