Skyscrapers everywhere, the the buildings varied in size... this town was certainly larger than Thamasa. It was quite the sight to behold... and for once she could say she didn't mind the random world hopping, not if brought to her views like this.
So many buildings... and yet it felt so empty, why? Relm felt like she could hear each and every footstept she made.... like she was the only one here ..... a big city, empty? It made no sense to her. All the large cities on her world were packed with a great many people, so what was different about this one? Obviously it had to have been built by someone.... so why? Why would someone abandon such a beautiful creation? It bothered Relm.... and She visibly huffed at the thought, Maybe if she kept going she could find out.....

Notes Hope you don't mind forcing a minor battle of sorts. Two Neoshadows. | All The Pain, I thought I knew All the Thoughts Lead back to you Every world in the whole Realm of Light brought a smile in some way to Sora’s face. Every world, Except this one. As far as Sora could think, the World That Never Was had been simply a world of unhappiness and nothingness. The briefest moment of happiness Sora had felt here had been when Sora and Riku had returned to him, and even then it had been short lived among the battles on this word. It was for that reason that Sora dreaded coming here, but it was part of a patrol. A scouting party of sorts. If actions started being seen here, then Sora would have to alert the others. If mysterious figures, same deal. So as Sora walked upon the streets of the abandoned city, he kept his fingers at the ready to summon his key blade. Heartless lurked around every corner here, and he couldn’t let them surprise him. What’s more, it would be all too likely that he’d turn a corner and bamf, there’d be Xemnas or Xehanort or his Heartless or Xigbar or who knows. There were constant threats. If Sora had his choice, he’d never visit this world again. But nope, he had to come here. Besides, it kept him up to snuff. The near constant flood of heartless here made sure he was in working order for when a battle might arise at any time. Coming around a corner, Sora found himself walking into the shadow of Memory’s Skyscraper. The iconic tower had been the focal point of so much. Riku and Roxas’ conflict. His own with Roxas. The conflict with Xemnas, and so much more. Everything about this place was a conflict that Sora had known of, witnessed, or partaken in. Perhaps that made the name a perfect one. The memories of this Skyscraper filled the hearts of everyone. Everything came to remembrance here. Sora had been so absorbed in his thoughts staring up at the screens of the tower before him, he hadn’t noticed the two larger black shadows forming behind him and rising up, nor had he noticed or heard the girl’s footsteps as she came upon the very scene. |
