陰 Dragon ☯ Shaman 陽 Can you see through the mist !?
The man’s right foot slammed onto the ground to anchor him steady now that the lost body shifted his balance dramatically, especially after the feral charge. The behemoth of a man was glad when the weight was off not only his back, but his lungs. The crushing feeling had begun to make his ribs hurt, but his muscles, luckily, had tightened up to prevent any breakage. He did not much enjoy the feeling of being unable to breathe, but he could feel her entire form as it pressed against him and took in the scent and taste that were distinctly her own. That was enough to make up got her little attempt at pinning him, though he could hardly see one so small succeeding in such. When he crashed into the sign it had been destroyed in a flurry of sparks and fraying wires. The pieces fell to the ground, sounding reminiscent of breaking glass. It was not Creed’s lucky day. He had gotten a taste for her and it was delicious.
Her cries were the melodic song of a banshee. The face she made while she clutched to her pained wrist was nothing short of theatrical. He raised his left hand to brush clean his chin. The gloved fingers wiggled and its joints popped. He was a predator, a hungry beast that fed on the despair of humans. Their machinations twisted the world into a swirling abyss, held aloft by their pride, collapsed by their arrogance. She had said so herself: she brought life to the mundane. She willfully denied the existence of her own illusions, the woman ignoring her own humanity, viewing her cause as great.
"He wonders just what it means when a Heartless does not consume all it touches... Voracious animals flinging themselves at man's despair. It sounds quite familiar." He crooned.
The beast's amber eyes stared at the shadow mistress. His pupils began to contract in the light, her fading mist showing that this man was perhaps not really a man. He held himself with pride and strength. It was not just his size that held an intimidating grip on the heart, but he showed no visible signs of anger, fear or even annoyance as she growled, gripped and gripped. His body stood solidly against her onslaught. When her tentacle shot out to grapple him, his left hand pulled back.
Solid legs remained locked, making it difficult to pull him in. His belly filled with darkness, swirling and condensing. When charged he allowed her to pull him in, in spite of and physical attack she threw once he was close enough. He had his own attack. His darkness moved to cover his fist: the magical force filling the air with a pressure. He threw a hooking punch into her belly, the Void Punch ignoring and physical protection provided. A smirk drew itself upon his features despite the burning pain of her slashing strikes.
"You were bitten... He can smell it -- no, taste it." He licked his lips for emphasis.
It was not that he tastes any nature of Heartless, but he had gotten close enough to her to smell her blood from her wound, which he caused. His amber eyes traced down toward her legs. His lips pulled back, showing off those human teeth, instead of fangs this time, but the expression of callousness remained. He would push his weight into his fist after his words dances off his lips, intent on forcing her back into the wall before dropping to a crouch to sweep her legs from under her. His strong arms kept him planted on the ground in the stead of faceplanting it.

It all turned out to be a bad move the moment Creed felt all the air escape her body. The bastard had punched her right in the gut, winding her the second she felt the fist pushed against her stomach. Upon the impact Fai was released. Creed had no intention on tossing him away as she decided on sucking in the air Fai had removed from her lungs. “P-prick!” The dark saviour struggled upon identifying the red head due to the lack of air. A caring hand pressed against her aching stomach, wishing the pain would quickly fade. The former princess was starting to gather a collection of war wounds from this guy, but yet she was failing to see an outcome which would see her as the successor. Creed was a logical being when it came to picking her fights. But she wasn’t expecting that much of a fight with Fai. She would need to pause the battle and reassess her strategy.
She thought back to his previous words, about how a Heartless does not consume all that it touches. Creed rubbed her stomach as she returned to straightening herself up from the suffering of being winded. Her eyes glared in his direction. Her purple orbs locked onto his amber ones, watching him, questioning his thoughts about what he spoke off just moments ago. Her eyes shifted to the man she murdered, noticing the blood leaking from the wound she caused. Was Fai questioning whether or not she was in fact some kind of Heartless? He was good with his words; good enough for Creed to start questioning her being....who she is...or rather, what she is. The more she stared at the lifeless body, the more she thought. The more she thought about it the softer her expression become.
Fai spoke again, capturing her attention which shot straight towards the licking of his lips. As much as she wanted to hold back her anger, Creed struggled upon seeing him rub the salt into the wound. Yeah, she was bitten by this fiend. He didn’t have to remind her! The thought of it made her arm hurt, as if reminding her of his teeth marks and the wound he had left her. “Taste it?!” Creed growled. “Just what on Gehenna are you?!” It was clear Fai was no ordinary human, especially if he can taste whatever it is he spoke of.
Rather than answer her immediately, he decided on attacking her. Creed felt her feet sweep from underneath her, causing her to trip backwards. It was always natural reaction to push out one’s hands behind them in hope it would cushion the fall somehow. Creed was no different. Along with her hands, Creed cushioned her fall backwards by landing on her tendrils. It was enough to stop her from falling backwards completely, but not enough to stop her hands from pressing against the debris of the welcome sign Fai had destroyed. Slowly, Creed pushed herself back up into a standing position with the help of her tentacles, and continued to push her body upwards as she stood on two of the tentacles, allowing her body to hover in mid air. Only now did she tower over the taller being by a good three foot or so.
Her fangs peeked from behind her lips as Creed looked down at the now ‘smaller’ man and smiled her devilish smile. The other two tentacles had continued to slither upwards until they found the thick pipes which stretched along the rooftop. “Look out below...” She warned before wrapping the darkness around the pipes and pulling at them. They bent in shape first before being forced to snap and allow gravity to guide it down towards the ground. With the pull of the pipes, further more parts of the roof started to loosen and fall until there was nothing more than a gaping hole with only the metal bone structure above them. The pipes she pulled upon must have belonged to keeping fluids pumping around the saucer as water started to pour from the broken pipes above, soaking those below.
Unaware that her actions were going to cause such damage, Creed had to attempt at shielding herself from the falling debris. The two tentacles which pulled on the pipes quickly came to her aid and wrapped above her like a coiling snake umbrella. Dust soon filled the space around them from the destruction, along with the combination of the sprinkling water pipes which were now bust. Assuming it was now safe, Creed glanced up at the mess she had caused and grinned. “This is why I am never invited to parties. I always bring down the house. Just can’t help it.” Her eyes turned down towards where Fai once stood. Slowly, she lowered her body until she felt her feet touch upon the debris littered floor. Her smile quickly faded as she returned her hand to her weakened stomach. The punch had a lasting effect. No doubt he probably bruised her, not that she would admit it to the man. Creed was growing tired, and she was willing to stop fighting if he was...for now.

陰 Dragon ☯ Shaman 陽 Can you see through the mist !?
An insulting word was used to hex his presence, the word revealing the animal's true nature. Her annoyance was music to his ears. The sweet sound of her despair was as delicious as the taste of her darkness on his lips. The overwhelming taste was borderline addictive, like a rare piece of candy that crunched between your teeth, or a savory piece of meat that melted in one's mouth. The thinness of energy he was expecting from her was not present. The flavor only showed she perhaps had naught but darkness left in her heart. It was a most revealing revelation. Perhaps the Heartless were born of those who has fallen too far to be considered a meal by them. It was advantageous for the man, who sought to tame and consume the shadows that wrapped around a man's heart.
The woman seemed at her limit and the beast's belly full thanks to her energy, but to let such a source flee from him so easily was not part of his plan. Her anger only spurred him to use that succulent energy he fed from her and use it to grind her further into despair so he could save her. Yes, to drown her in darkness and watch her rush for the light. He wondered just how painful would it be for her? So far she showed no signs of overpowering him as easily as the Knight of Light had, but he was not so jaded by his escape to falsely praise himself into the chance of repeating the near death experience. Hr would remain calm, even as his brother's claws dug into his shoulders, bading him toward the hunt.
The beast remained crouched on the ground after his attack. Glass and twisted metal was scattered everywhere, screams of the panicked filling the air like sirens. The pads of his fingers ground against the cold, trodden floor as his amber eyes glared up toward his prey. The girl had lost her balance proving her lack of ability in close quarters. He pushed himself off the ground, raising to his full height; his back was straight and his broad shoulders squares out his menacing frame. He watched her with hunger, ready for the hunt, like the predator he was. The soles of his boots scraped against the dusty path, his head cocking slightly as she regained her own standing position. He could feel her rage.
He felt someone against his back, the heat of a gasping breathe against his ear. Where, to him, the clear visage of his brother filled his vision, the less impressive view of a tiny spirit summon sat perched upon his shoulders. The warning chirps of the woman's growing mischievousness were translated into words by the sorcerer's madness. Fai watched as she pushed off her feet with her nifty tendrils of Darkness. He exhaled when Cai's fingers bore into his back, against the flats of his shoulder blades.
'Don't let the witch gain the upperhand, or do you plan on standing there to be drowned by rain?'
Rain?
The Titanic beast's eyes refocused when the metal pipes were deformed by Creed's enthusiastic taste for destruction. The loud, screeching twist that rang from her action was what snapped him from his mental combat, though in such a battle that wizard was always doomed to lose. His lips pulled back over his human-like teeth. His canines were more pronounced than the average individual, almost vampiric in their nature. The predatory sneer was produced out of discontent, a hissing growl rumbled from his throat. He hated water! He held no fear of it, but the prospect of water he could not easily wade in was quite a persuasive means to drive action.
Creed proceeded to do the very opposite of raising the roof and brought down the house. The dragon's eyes darted across the narrow hall, the falling debris loosed wires and fell metal rods from not just the ceiling above, but the surrounding walls included. He lowered his form before diving out of the way of the falling rubble, form being swallowed by the dust and curtains of metal and wire that came raining down from above, his figure would seemingly vanish. He had tucked himself behind a stable bridge of debris, the loose, live wires dangling overhead. The sparks that jumped between the metal as they swung by beams were an enough a deterrent to keep his hands behind him and pressed to the wall. Using his sense of smell was no good in the rain of water and dirt, which created an impenetrable, choking slurry. The noise was far too painful to listen his way through the thinning crowds as the initial collapse still reverberated through the hall, as well as the swelling boom of the aftermath.
After traveling through the twisted metal rods and dangling live wires the beast had no further paths with his larger size so was forced to climb up. Below he could already feel the water that flowed from the destroyed water piping begin to threaten the mouth of his boots. The slurry was also growing more difficult to navigate as the hardened soles would catch on crooked, metal pipes or hit solid plates. Reaching up he would wrap his larger fingers around any structure he could find solid enough to hold his weight. The titanic, red beast would test each hold with a tug, which caused the metal to cry out from the stress, as the collapse had yet to fully settle.
His hand erupted from the debris covered mounds. Wrapping his thick digits around some felled piping he would tug. The anchor was safe. Pulling his form from the impromptu grave of metal the beast freed himself, sending metal and glass shrapnel tumbling from his hair and collar of fur.
"Enough!" The command was mixed beneath an inhuman, guttural sounding growl that was enhanced by the surrounding plates of metal and the dead silence of the abandoned path. "Can she not feel what he smells beneath her skin?" He questioned. "In her lust for games she has become prey for the shadows." He snarled.
Whipping his head back he would run his barehand through his wet, dirt matted hair to clear she of the mess and throw his bangs from his face.
"It will not be long until they consume her mind and soul and make her one of them…" It was in his experience that Heartless consumed those too weak to guard their hearts and he could profit from it.
If she performed more deeds of doom he could consume her and become stronger. Her presence, as a human, could alone draw the Heartless, perhaps expedite his own hunt for the Heartless that consumed his precious brother. But, what would she do now?

[/font] She placed a mocking hand against her chest, pretending to feel relived for his safety. Fai was quick to dismiss the battle. His words roared from between his lips, taking the saviour aback a little from his little outburst. The tall being went on; continuing to question Creed and her lack of skills to sense what he was able to. Her eyes narrowed, watching, listening to what he had to say. Creed crossed her arms over her chest, tilting her head and absorbing his words with full attention this time. There was no distraction; no fighting, no people or noise to distract her from his words. So the beast thinks that she is prey for the Heartless, was that what he was getting at? The dark saviour scoffed at the thought, shaking her head gently in disagreement. “You’ve got it all wrong, big boy.” Creed dropped her hands to her sides before pointing to her gem against her throat with her left claw. “I cannot be consumed by the darkness...I am the darkness. It’s already within me. It can’t devour me...” Creed paused for a moment, thinking about her choice of words. That wasn’t entirely true. Whenever she was unable to fulfil the darkness within her with the souls required, the darkness would start to turn on her. Creed dropped her hand and stared into nothingness as she processed Fai’s words and her own. Maybe he was right? What if she failed to deliver the souls to Gehenna completely? Would she turn into one of those things? Creed had never left it too long before she would steal more souls. She had once started to be attacked by the darkness, but that was only minor stabbing pains. If she were to leave it for too long...then maybe... “No. You’re wrong. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong!” Creed’s words grew louder and louder, as though saying it out loud would convince her that it was all just noise. A single tendril slithered into one of her clawed hands. Gazing into the black and purple swirling darkness within, she stroked against it with her free hand, smiling softly. “My babies would never harm me.” Her smile hung loosely over the worried mask she tried to hide. 陰 Dragon ☯ Shaman 陽 Can you see through the mist !?
The Titanic beast allowed his fingers to curl in his ginger locks a bit longer as those molten, gold eyes drifted over her form. His amber eyes always seemed to glitter brightly against available light sources. When the darkness was upon him they gave off a glow similar to that of a Heartless’, but the creature was far from their appetite for hearts. The way she moved did not match the way she spoke. It was like watching a cuckoo begging a mother Warbler for food. A deceptive creature who tried to stir games through her swaying hips and fluttering lashes. A mockingbird was perhaps the best descriptor for the feminine creature, though she would be more suitably referred to as a magpie. Destructive little birds who would sooner have a swoop for your eyes than sing a song. The dragon and shadow-woman’s tempos did not match, but the beast held use for a being who exuded dark as she did. She was bait, wonderfully formed of the darkness and perhaps weaker than he if he was so lucky. A weaker creature would more easily draw the attention of Heartless from him and allow him to progress in his tasks.
Yes it was a good idea, at least he felt it an opportunity. Keeping her close would perhaps lure more Light siders and Heartless, but also give him a better understanding of the unique Darkness she seemed to carry. The woman did not look to understand the sort of powers she held or played with. She treated them like extensions of herself, but one could never truly own the Darkness. It was a wild force of nature. It would prove to be a fun game, at the very least. He allowed a smirk to paint his youthful features, cheeks pinching up at the thoughts that filled his chest. Though he was a mature adult by the aging standards of humans, by a dragon's natural longevity he was barely out of his nest. In fact he was still a naive pup outside his own right. He was inexperienced outside of his homeworld was limited and the worlds had visited were few. The venture to this world had been a new game for him which was provided to him by the Darkness, one he would not squander. Yes this was a terribly, fantastic idea.
The dragon was carried forward by his curiosity. The way she so frantically denied a basic truth of the world was endearing. The woman seemed fond of her Darkness, but the beast was darkness and knew well of its nature. Boots would mercilessly crunch the debris underfoot. His steps soon carried him to her form, her scent becoming an acknowledgeable presence in his nose and an undeniable texture on his tongue. He raised his arm and leaned his forearm on the wall, or what remained of it, over the shadow user’s head. He leaned himself forward, his knee bent slightly as the larger male lowered down so his head was closer to Creed’s height. That feral grin remained a perfect line curled from cheek to cheek. His fire-red hair framed his face, leaving visible the strong lines of his chin and neck visible. His jaws parted, wild eyes adding to the already mischievous facade he held up while holding himself over the Unholy being. His thin lips were glistened softly as the lines of flesh pressed to his oddly sharp, human-like canines.
“In the stead of risking playing with such wild fires, come with him. If she can get stronger, her control over the ever-growing Darkness shan’t ever come into question again.” But, that in itself was a sketchy admittance.
One never knew just what the Darkness was up to….

Tagged: @titan | The darkness she once had hold of slithered out form her hand, following an invisible path until it calmly waved back and forth behind her in a slow motion, motioning the same pattern as the other three tendrils. The interest of Fai moving towards her had pushed aside her fondness of her beloved dark limbs. Purple eyes hooked onto the moving beast as he pushed closer and closer still. A delicate smile formed on Creed’ face, watching - waiting for the male to do whatever it was on his mind. His movements weren’t threatening. She had witnessed his battle movements. This – this walk, was trying to tempt her. Creed found herself smiling all the more. The giant was trying to toy with her.
The tall red haired beast leaned forward. Creed couldn’t help but notice in the corner of her eye the sharp points in his mouth that were his teeth. If he wanted to, he could easily sink those devilish daggers into her flesh as though she was nothing more than a piece of meat. She knew this, and he most probably did, too. That, however, did not play on her emotions as she remained calm through Fai’s soothing words. Confident eyes focused on his glowing amber orbs, still watching for any sudden change which may result in her being attacked unprepared. Seeing none, Creed would play his little game back.
The back of her fingers traced against the bones of his cheek. Slowly they would make their way down to his chin. Her eyes followed the path of her claws. The gentle fingers which had completed their journey to the tip of his chin shifted. Now his chin was in between her thumb and index finger, cupping his with very little pressure added. Looking back up into his unusual, yet mesmerising eyes, Creed grinned, showing off her own (smaller) fangs. “I need no tutor, Fai.” It was true, she didn’t. Creed would not become a tool again. She had once been used by Vinx as a weapon. Who was to say Fai was any different? Creed laughed quietly before dropping her hand from around his chin. “But if you would like a play buddy...I’m game.” Whatever game he may have in mind, Creed would play it smart and keep the giant in her sights at all times. He was dangerous, and his motives weren’t fully recognisable. However, he would be a useful ally if she were to ever request a helping hand.

陰 Dragon ☯ Shaman 陽 Can you see through the mist !?
How tempted he was. When her fingers drew close to his face the dragon fought all temptations to bite into those slender fingers of hers. Though he exposed himself in a vulnerable manner to the woman, standing over her as such, he has already claimed her as weak. The way she hide behind her blistering almost made him think she was strong, but no. he could smell her trepidations and the hesitations that were natural to the weak. He knew it well because his strength was below par for his kind, but it grew every day. So long as he continued to gather such relics of power to fill his pearl he would one day overcome his weakness and restore his kin’s lifeforce. He was convinced, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that without his brother at his side his life was not livable. Her fingers tempted his lesser nature to destroy, but he rose above it, as he would toward every challenge.
He could not help but chuckle in his throat at her words. “Everyone needs to learn from another. There is no one in this world that is born with all the knowledge of the stars. Eventually you must… until than he will patiently wait.” He breathed out, his hot breath against her face.
He was hunter. He would would patiently wait until she lowered her defences. He chuckled and stood back, pushing his hand through his hair, brushing the red bangs from his eyes. He shifted his weight so he leaned back away from Creed, a smirk painted on his features like a badge of pride. He hand came to rest on his hip. Looking around it would seem that authority figures were beginning to fly out of the debris, digging through it to get to the troublemaking pair. They had been preoccupied with the Heartless they left behind at the Haunted Manor and swept their way through when word reached them of the collapsing hall caused by a human-shaped Heartless, at least it was what they had thought of Creed who had summoned her dark tendrils to bring everything down. The dragon turned and held out his hand. From the expanse of nothingness he would bade the shadows to twist and rip apart, creating a portal born of the Heartless’ very magics. The realm between, the Corridors of Darkness. He would make use of their open paths to each world.
“This world already revels in the dark. We must travel to the next to make sure it is not without. To spread one’s influence is to ensure the best picking of humans to play with. We shall have a fun game….He hopes she can keep up.” With that the dragon stepped into the portal and vanished as the armed soldiers broke through the disaster of twisted steel and plaster. In the end the dragon would succeed in manipulating her worries, but it would take time to lead her thoughts to how he wished. He would continue to feed off her, for the time being, and make her stronger so he had a continual fountain of youth in his travels.

Tagged: Finished. | Shouts of anger and authority cried out from behind the wall of debris, capturing the girl’s attention from the tall man before her. Her purple glowing eyes shifted from watching those amber orbs to the mountain of concrete, twisted metal and glass behind him. The guards were coming, and by the sounds of it they were armed. Gun shots were being fired, no doubt at the Heartless which could have travelled from the haunted manor to here. The two dark souls were so busy entertaining one another that Creed had forgotten all about the Heartless and her purpose of being here. It would seem the giant male was also aware of the noise itching closer and closer towards them. He held out his hand and called forth a portal, much like the one she was able to summon when travelling from world to world.
“Well, he shall be waiting a long time. She is in no hurry to be lectured.” Creed smiled, mocking his dialog once more. Her smile dropped at the sight of hands pulling away at the debris. The guards were closing in now. The two would either have to stay and fight or flee. Judging from the vortex behind Fai, he wasn’t so keen on sticking around for one more battle. Creed grinned and bowed her head as Fai spoke about moving onto the next world. “See ‘ya there.” With that said, he was gone, leaving a visible window for Creed to spot one of the guards squeezing between a gap between the mess she caused.
”You there!” Creed heard one of them shout out. Feeling unfazed, yet entertained, she held her hands up in a defensive posture, holding onto a gentle smirk as they poured in from the gap. Guns pointed in her direction as they all found a sturdy place to stand and take aim. ”We’ve found a suspect...with those things I believe she may be a Heartless.” Another uniformed male spoke into a radio as he spoke about her waving tendrils. There was a static reply back from the radio, too static for Creed to make out what was said. Judging from the slow movements of the guards closing her in, it was to capture her and take her to wherever it was they take these ‘Heartless’.
“Again with the accusations of being a Heartless?” Creed sighed. Her hands dropped, causing the guards to scream and shout at her to put them back up again. She done as she was told – her hands reached to shoulder height and she waved them side to side, as if waving her goodbyes. A dark swirling portal opened on the ground before her. Without a word, she stepped off the slight platform of debris she stood on and fell right through the portal, vanishing from the guards’ sight and from this world completely.
