The first words Squall heard Lightning was dealing with pretty much all of the machinery and experiment data left all over the place. "Like I mentioned earlier everything here was to experiment with the eidolons. Before, I was in charge the other cities got together and made this facility to create more of them. The higher ups wanted to create devastating beings that would obey there every command," He stopped.
Squall continued forward and did not speak of anything else about this place. Nor did he like to. This place was built for war and power. Thankfully, it was shut down all those years ago. As they pressed forward Lightning said something that somewhat intrigued Leon. "You could be right Lightning, but we wont know until we reach the end."
The more they ventured forward the stronger the darkness and chaos seemed to be. For some reason it was thriving here like a parasitic insect. " It seems were going to have some fun at the end. This darkness only seems to beg getting stronger as we move on-wards." Hopefully, with Lightnings help he could put an end to this.

THIS IS WAR
Lighting was not truly sure of this world Squall lived in. Parallels to her world were remarkably similar. Was this just another path in time taken by the state of history, or were these all truly unrelated worlds living and growing on their own? If that was the case it only drew proof to the fact that people were people no matter what world one stepped foot on.
Cultures may differ a little. Ideals of good and evil hung in the balance of those that ruled. But in the end they all lived and sought to learn of the peculiarities that surrounded their natural world; even if that natural proves to be a little more unnatural for some. But Light knew when something did not belong in a world. It came from the power of Etro that yet remained deep in her heart. The sense of balance that was too part of provided nature could be thrown from its balance through the interference of man.
Squall explained to her of the worries she carried, but being reassured that these situations resonated even now in the hearts of others was truly unsettling. The darkness they came upon was dense and it seemed to swallow the room. It put Light on guard. Squall said to keep alert, but the Valkyrie had been on high alert since she arrived in this world. She nodded to the male and held the hilt of her blade tightly.
The metal gates appeared to be sealed by chains, but on closer inspection the face of a Heartless revealed itself among the darkness. The Possessor Heartless had sealed the great doors that once housed the great, Ultima Weapon. But what lay behind there now? The Heartless hissed a and tightened its hold in the door. Here it could feel the heart if the lab; the place where the scientists had poured their lives to create. The heart of creatures fighting to be free of their tormenting creators.
"Another?!" Light questioned, but this was something else, something stronger.

After a bit of walking, they finally reached the doors which used to hold the almighty Ultima weapon. To their surprise one of the possessor Heartless had possessed the gates. These Heartless seemed to be relentless. Why did they want to stick around such an old facility? Was there something than important here? Well if they wanted to continue onward they needed to beat this Heartless.
"I guess we have to fight it to see what lies beyond the doors," He said in a weary tone. Leon was getting tired of all these pointless battles. The more Heartless they fight, the more energy they waste. These black creatures just keep popping up like weeds that just keep coming back after you dig them up. More importantly how do you fight a door?
Squall didn't quite understand how you fight a door exactly. Was there some kind of method? Or do you simply go up and attack the bloody thing? Perhaps he should let the pink haired women attack first? After all ,she was the one who had asked about this place and the mysterious creations left behind long ago.

THIS IS WAR
The Possessor was not to be an easy opponent. The pair would first have to force it from its cozy door before they could do any real damage. While the shadow mocked the warriors by slamming his fist into the ground, shaking the steel earth beneath them, the entire facility groaned from its age. It bellowed out and reached out to grab the pair, but its action was thwarted when Lightning pushed forward and pulled her shield covered arm up to block the attack, but it was a rushed action and she did not take the creature’s size into consideration. She was pushed down to her knees, taking a considerable amount of strain to her knees, and possible damage, when she found herself far less prepared for a purely physical enemy than what she was used to as of late. She was simply ill equipped for such an encounter. When it raised its arm and swung at the Valkyrie she kicked off the ground quickly. When she pushed back her body raised off the ground and into a backflip where she managed, with ease, to land on her feet and step back into a ready position.
“Great. We are literally fighting a wall.” It sounded stupid, and it was stupid.
How were they going to defeat something like this? Magic was too dangerous to use in such an area. Underwater where everything was pressurized like this was asking for an accident. The Possessor smugly laughed and patted his chest, which was part of the door. He was like a living handle and they had to pull him to get inside of what was behind this door. Little did they know it would only take a few forceful attempts to push the Possessor from his “body”, which would leave the orb floating through the air and ripe for attack. Lightning, on a more personal level, had no idea how to go about this. How strong was this place and how much longer did they have before it collapsed around them? The warrior goddess narrowed her eyes before raising her hand to brush back a strand of pink hair. She was getting annoyed with its laughing. Holding out her right hand, which held the Overture, Lightning took aim. She patiently waited for her moment. When the creature’s arm swung back down she opened fired, the gunblade releasing a blast that landed directly between the Heartless’ eyes.
Wailing the creature seemed to petrify against the door before its true form, floated out from the possessed door. It bobbed around in the air, dizzy and confused. It had to get back to its body, but that meant it had to float around an unfamiliar space to wobble back into the door. It had a bomb-like shape, but the twisted antennae and mark on it belly showed it was an Emblem Heartless. It made quick course back toward the door once it righted itself, but would it make it unscathed?

As Lightning had made her attack, it caused the Heartless to do something odd. It seemed to have gotten forced out of the door it was possessing and flew around for a bit before repossessing the door. Perhaps by dealing enough damage to the Heartless its own powers will get weak. So then when its hold gets released it will show its true form. Squall knew what to do now. So with figuring that fun fact this should be a cakewalk right?
Leon just wanted to end this adventure today. There was far to many battles and creepy things here for anyone to deal with in a single day. Now with no hesitation Squall charged towards the possessed door and make a single sideways slash. However, seconds after his attack the beast roared with much ferocity that it actually pushed back Leon. "Well this isn't going to be fun," he said in another dreary tone.
In only a matter of seconds he Heartless clasped its hands together and attempted to flatten Squall like a little bug. Without having time to think, Leon made a dive to the ground and rolled over to Lightnings side. As he had gotten up to his feet he picked up is Lion Heart with his left hand and dusted himself off with the other. "Well that was close." Squall wasn't amused by this fight at all. It was more annoying than enjoyable.

THIS IS WAR
It would not seem the pair would meet with an easy victory, but if all were so easy than the experiences one gained to live their life would be insufficient. The Valkyrie knew, no matter the difficulty of a situation, it was not in her to turn her back to an enemy, nor could she abandon an ally. Whatever was down here must have stirred these creatures known as Heartless. These creatures were unlike Chaos, but their discordant nature was similar. She could feel a wild, voracious hunger inside of them. It was enough to send chills down the warrior's spine. She has seen many creatures in her travels. Even with the native terrors of the Pulsian shores there was nothing she could compare these creatures to. If anything she did not feel as if they were complete. They were like floating remnants that held no place in the Visible World or the Unseen Realm. Were they perhaps from the place between than? A place not Valhalla?
When Squall attacked the Possessor, it was displeased and continued to strike back with greater ferocity than the swordsman had lent. That thick, perhaps metal, skin was likely due to the object he possessed. It was hard to tell if the creature had any substance, or merely mimicked them. These tall, metal doors it possessed were designed to keep something in. Light got the feeling whatever was behind it did not belong in this world. According to Squall something lived here once, but was it still there? Was it the source of this uneasy feeling she held? The sooner she could take it away, the faster she could resolve these problems suffered by the world. Due to the presence of these abominations of darkness the ex-soldier was sure she was here with the purpose of purging the creatures and discovering the reason toward their existence. This was her duty, but she was growing tired of this creature's games. The lion had taken the time to come with her.
The young man had no reason to help her, nor any reason to believe her words, yet he did. He had offered a stranger like her assistance and followed her on this obscure quest. “I’m sorry.” The Valkyrie suddenly spoke out when the young man slid back to her side, out of the Possessor’s reach. “I was not being completely honest with you about my intentions.” Considering he could have been more of an obstacle than help.
She shifted her weight and stood to her full height, which was not much when compared to the young lion. The Valkyrie placed her blade onto her belt and reached up to flick back her hair from her shoulder. The rose-pink tresses fluttered back over the armor’s pauldron like a curtain of silk. Shifting her weight she would stand with her left shoulder poised toward the possessed door. She felt badly for not trusting him completely, but she did not always find that those in other worlds were totally compliant with her need to scour more secure areas of their homes and territories. She tried to be as forthcoming as possible without sounding completely weird or creepy. It was also the case that not everyone was given to the same beliefs of a reality she knew. These different planes, paths… they all followed a different view dictated by their growth and personal experiences. It was neither right, nor helpful, to push such foreign views on others, turning their ideals upside down. It was not a great experience, this she knew on a personal level.
“What I told you was true, I was interested in this place, but nothing scientific or some salvaging adventure.” How many times has she been accused of being a grave robber? As ironic as that accusation was… “I sensed something down here, something that doesn’t belong.” It sounded strange. Everything down here seemed out of place to an outsider like her. “I can’t really explain it, but something is here in your world, that does not belong. And it’s behind that door.”
The Possessor roared out and clenched his mighty hand into a fist. With a force that would rattle the steel around them it would slam its fist to the ground and try to knock the pair off their feet. Light was growing tired of this thing.
“That’s enough!” She held up her left fist. “You stand against me with strength, but I will turn it all to my favor!” She chanted as a silverish sphere of energy formed in her hand. “Ha!” She jumped back and threw it out.

[OOC: I don't know if its power playing but I'm assuming your attack was going to hit in anyways. So I had you hit it in my post. I hope that's ok. I'll edit it if you need me to]
After his little tussle with the Heartless, Lightning began to speak. Basically, she was here to find some kind of major monster that wasn't supposed to be down here. Well Leon knew he could be angry at the woman for not telling him the full truth. In the end Squall would like to rid of this monster taking home on his planet. If it doesn't belong here it has to be taken care of because it could ruin the balance of the planet.
"Don't worry about it. Lets just solve this problem."
Once the Goddess had finished her short little speech she launched a powerful silver sphere which slowly made its way over to the Possessing Heartless. The Lion watched the silver magic explode with a massive burst dealing great damage. Lightning was truly skilled with both magic and physical fighting. Thanks to his own specific training he knew he could keep up with the woman. Together they would be a powerful team.
Again Squall charged forth, but he only ran up to its long black lengthy arms. Quickly, Leon ducked underneath both its arms and then thrusts his blade upwards to peirce his blade into the creatures arm and then pulled down to get it out. With no real time to react, Leon dove back over towards Lightning once more to avoid any attack that would be made towards him.

THIS IS WAR
The warrior agreed that solving the problem was imperative. She was not so sure what was here, that did not belong, but getting through that door would finally solve that mystery. The warrior mage lowered her stance enough to relax from her spell, but still kept her guard up. The creature, this Heartless, they were a spectacle. The monsters were beyond anything in the warrior’s current experience. But were these the ones that perhaps carried the object she sought? If something was here -- that did not belong; she held hopes that it was the object she sought. Gripping the handle to her gunblade she focused as Squall took a hand on repelling the shadow. The combination of her Ruin spell and his attack finally stunned the creature. It’s dizzy episode kept it locked inside of its casing. Now they would stand a chance! When Squall moved up to stand by her she took a few steps forward, her hand thrown out toward the wall.
“I’ve had enough of you!” Light was growing short on patience and short on time.
She was driven by a clock, one she could not see, could not control. God played his games which she was forced to play. Governed by things she was limited by, the warrior could only step forward when no eyes were upon her. That only happened when Chaos was thick, or when she was fallen from time. She could not continue to pull the wool over God’s eyes though. She had to get the information she sought and return to her duties, a duty that no other could do, or would submit themselves to. Holding out her hand, a crackle of energy, unlike the silver sphere of Ruin, this one crackled a hot white as fire burned, lightning sparkled and ice formed. A triple force of elements struck the incapacitated wall, the Elementga spell a devastating power for one person to hold. The spells were a powerhouse, especially when the creature held no resistances toward any of the elements. The creature wailed painfully and vanished into the darkness. The warrior stood tall.
Was it over?
As the Heartless vanished it lost its possession on the door and the heavy, metal barricade slowly swung open. A hiss of steam that had built up from the forced closing spilled out into the room the pair stood. Light pulled her arm over her face, the hot air burning against the skin. The plume of steam filled the air and choked the room with a cloud that was difficult to see through. Sense were dulled while the body was bombarded by the hot air. When it finally cleared from the room they pair were left with a, surprisingly, empty room. Light stepped toward first. If it was something dangerous from another time or world, she would not want Squall hurt because of her. When she stepped in she would come upon the object in question. She blinked and bent down to pick it up. It was an artefact.
“I see…” The warrior murmured. “So, there was going trouble here…. just not yet.” She looked up and could see the tear forming. If this opened up and was left open… “Well it seems we averted any danger.” Light held the glowing stone in her hand, the object aimlessly floating there. “This… does not belong in your world.” She would state.
The warrior nodded to him. “I’ll make sure to get rid of it. Sorry…” She was honestly hoping to find something else, something more tangible, or connected to these shadows that seemed to cross every which path without the help of a Time Gate. “Thank you… for helping.”

Lightning had cast one last powerful attack which had completely wiped out the Heartless. Once there was no trace of the Heartless they had opened the doors only to find a strange glowing object. Squall listened to Lightning explain how the item didn't belong to his world and that she would get rid of it. However, Leon was amazed how a small glowing stone could create such unwanted attention. Was this item similar to the keyblade power wise?
Whenever a person uses a Keyblade it attracts the Heartless by an absurd amount. What the Goddess said next somewhat surprised the Lion. She had thanked him for helping. Squall kind of figured she was not the type to thank people for helping. But that is his own odd thinking. "Of course. I have to help protect my world. Let's head back," he said softly. Squall was going to take her back to the Garden.
From there it was up to Lightning on what she wanted to do. However, they first needed to get back to the ship. Even though the Heartless may be lessened in this area there still is a chance that other creatures will appear. With any luck they can make it to the top with ease.

THIS IS WAR
The Warrior of Time could not even begin to fathom the reason as to why the Heartless were driven toward the shard of twisted time, crystallized and left behind as if abandoned. For Light all of these Artefacts held individual importance. Each stone carried the heart of a point in time lived or yet lived. Within them were the dreams and affections twisted by the greedy hand of Time which fought to covet the singular moment. This was what the Heartless craved, but her lack of knowledge toward the denizens of the darkness led her to ignore possibilities outside the realm of her normality. For Light they perhaps craved the power that emanated from the crystals or to abuse the uses they held to swirl the vortexes of Chaos that followed them closely. Regardless of the reason these shadows of the unknown chaos had: Light was determined to stop them.
She looked up to Squall who bravely claimed to hold no ill will toward her more secretive nature, so long as its outcome was of positive measure for his world. Light could respect this attitude toward duty and, if not for her own stunted and fractured sense of emotions, she could have even felt proud toward his leadership. She wondered if there were more military leaders on his world that were mindful of this humility toward one's duty. They needed people like that... More people like Raines who gave their lives for the people's rights and well being. Though it was something she once felt passionate about upholding, as of late it has felt like an unshakable, obsessive determination to eradicate the darkness of chaos and restore balance to the worlds.
By God's will...
Light turned to look back into the room. Squall wanted to get back, but she could not leave the seam unsealed. She would have liked to know more about this world, but duty called, as well as an idea. This was perhaps one of the shards she sought to return life to another. She took a step toward the empty room and away from Squall. Holding out her hand she pulled her net over the tear in time and pulled, the action causing it to rip open and form a gate. She peered over her shoulder at Squall.
"Just as you, I have my duty." She held up the shard and nodded her head. "The longer I leave this here, the greater the risk becomes of this world becoming unstable." She was not sure if it was perhaps the Chaos or the Darkness, but something threatened to consume the vast stretch of the cosmos.
She did not wish it to be due to her own leniency toward her duties. "Thank you. May we meet again, Squall." She nodded sternly.
Light turned to face him as she floated back into the Time Gate with the shard in hand. Once inside Lightning would close the gate, sealing it. It would provide a barrier so that no more energy would slip from her world, but it worried Light. Was it the Darkness consuming the world or was it being decayed by another measure of time yet clocked?

Squall gave a slight nod after Lightning had said she hoped they would meet again. The Lion watched as the pink haired goddess had soon vanished before him. So this was the end of his journey with the strange pink haired woman. That's when something just hit Leon like a ton of bricks. He realized that he had a date with Rinoa the next day. Squall knew he needed to get back to the Garden to plan something out for his Girlfriend.
Just like that he bolted to the airship and flew black.
