[cs=2][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, width: 400px; border-left: 15px solid #000000, bTable] BEHOLD! YOU STAND IN THE PRESENCE OF GODS...
Limsa Lomsina...a shoreline fortress city where the water glittered in the morning sunlight, gently carrying ships of every shape and size across her surface. Towers stretched into the sky, touching the clouds, reaching up towards the heavens as banners of the Barracudas fluttered above them--the black and yellow symbol of the city's forces carried high upon the winds.
The early light was just hitting the mighty city--the crafters and gatherers mingled with the early bird adventurers as they all began their day. Stalls slowly began to open, and the very first of the early ships were beginning to make port for the rounds they had to take. The Crystarium gleamed silently in the heart of the bustling hub, as the first of the many warriors of this generation began their quests, and the gulls chirruped gently over the harbor.
And in the midst of this peaceful serenity...Someone screamed.
A body hit the cobblestone with a dull thud, blood painting the earthy roadway a crimson red as a young swordsman strutted across the street. The empty clatter of armor upon the ground filled the air as two more guards hit it, their weapons scattered and rolling about. Muramasa dripped with their life essence, leaving droplets in the steps of Etzolis Ryht.
Of all the worlds, this was the most perfect to him...and the first way he would make this world his own, was to destroy this cesspool of filth known as Limsa Lomnisa. Pirates, bandits, gamblers, thieves, whores and drunks...they would be cleansed from his new world. All of those with imperfection would be...it was their destiny to die at his hands.
He'd seen the future. It was his purpose to do this.
More and more guards came after him, even adventurers were now noticing the pandemonium and foolishly beginning to stand against his might. But with a few quick movements of Muramasa's bloody blade, they were quickly silenced. Guards and members of the Barracuda toppled to the ground, still as the stone they lay upon, dripping with blood.
The Godling locked blades with a Paladin, a tall creature with pointed ears, dressed in thick armor, and bearing a shield, while enduring a blow of Thunder from a tiny being in black mage robes. Delivering a swift kick into the shielded male's crotch, his opponent sank to his knees with the last breath he would ever take, as Muramasa found his throat. Turning, he gave a horrifyingly icy stare at the small creature before him, who scampered backwards against the stairs and fell in her attempt to backpedal away from him. Etzolis could see the fear in her tiny eyes as his shadow came upon her, and her mortal body trembled before him.
With one hand, he grappled the front of her robes, causing her to squeak in terror, and spoke softly into her face. He deliberately forced his breath to touch her skin as she cowered in his grasp, making every word as bitter and cold as the soul in his eyes. "...This world...will fall to shadow...and you will become nothing but a memory..."
Before the pathetic mortal could reply, or even bother conjuring up a spell, Etzolis grew bored of her whimpering, and without even glancing to see if there was anything below her, tossed the little black mage off the sides of one of the platform. Her scream was abruptly cut off with a splash, a noise which somewhat disappointed the bloodlusting god--she'd hit the water, and most likely survived.
First he would take this city and its people...and then he would worry about killing the plague of imperfection.
The thunder spell he'd been hit with had caused a small fire to break out in what the godling could only think was a market of some sort. There was now a thick layer of smoke billowing forth from every stall, spreading quickly through the masses and causing a panic as mortals scattered before him. He scoffed, hardly caring to kill them all at the moment...no, that would come later. For now, he would simply enjoy the chaos around him...and slowly work his way up to meet the esteemed Admiral of this quaint little fortress.
This smoke, etzolis knew, would only cause more adventurers to appear to face him...but he was a monster that none of them should ever face the likeness of again. He was a god...and this world would be the first of many to be cleansed of their imperfections. He would see to this. The future depended on it.

Rosa opened her eyes as the void of light cleared around her , signalling her arrival on another world. She blinked once, twice, her vision and her other senses adjusting to the new area and she can't help but gasp at the sheer beauty of this new world.
All around her she could see the blue seas; water shimmering against the dawn sky, a small smattering of stars that are left from the majestic night, reflected on the surface. The pristine waters were so clear, that if she may look closely, she could see the fishes swimming merrily in it, reminding her of the voyages they had at sea, albeit brief. This was the kind of placshe dreamed of seeing when she was a child, and as she stepped upon the gigantic bridge that led to somewhere she thought of as a town, the sea breeze had lulled her to a false sense of security, for a place of such beauty surely could never be too dangerous.
The white mage would soon learn that could never be as wrong.
Her footsteps were soft on the wooden bridge, and all around her, people are doing their daily routines, some of the passers-by waving or smiling at her in greeting. She was overwhelmed by the sheer size of the port town, not used to such large structures that might have been able to challenge even the tower of Babil. Everywere she looked, there are buildings with massive turrets, a cadtle on their own, each marked with what she thought as the emblem of this city and she did not know whwere to start. If Cecil ever is in here, then it might be difficult to find him. But the Queen would face any difficulty in her way just to find her beloved King..
She reached the other side of the bridge after a long walk, looking back to commit the place to memory before pushing forward. She passed what seemed to be a chocobo stable and came out in what she assumed was the city proper, stirring with life just as the sun painted the dawn sky in a myriad of colors, starting a new day.
It was then that she heard the scream.
Several heads turned along wih hers, and the quick-footed minority sprinted towards the source. Rosa quickly took pursuit, ambling along the roads towards the commotion nearby, her breathing geetting faster aswith the beating of her heart. Numeroud bodies of soldiers and brave adventurers alike piled on the cobbled floors, making her stop in her tracks. She reached behind her and pulled on her bow, placing an arrow in place before looking ahead of her. Standing near the waters was a man with peculiar clothing, his long, black hair dancing in the sea breeze. She found nothing wrong with the picture at first but then she noticed his weapon, the red blade doing nothing to hide the crimson trail of blood that dripped from it. The Queen took a step back, a moment's hesitation shown with the slight falter of her grip and she sensed his great power, forcing her to stand by and wait.
But wait for what?
All around her the people were trying their best to thwart the oppressor, charging in with their magic, and their weapons, yet all she could do was freeze in fear. She closed her eyes and cleared her head, berating herself for letting the display of power jostle her. She had to be strong, she was alone in her conquests during the time of Cecil's disappearance and she knew she was capable of fighting. How would she have survived the different worlds if she was so weak? Danger lay in every corner of the vast worlds she had been into and the weak will surely succumb to darkness if they don't find it in themselves to fight. She opened her eyes, raising her bow and took Aim at the man, her sure arrows would get their mark if he doesn't move.

i got these maps of limsa lominsa: lower decks and upper decks, at the triangles on the map are the staircases going up and down.. heres a map with the land around the city, its a port city and so everywhere around the roads/buildings is water.. -------------------------------------------------------------- Silv heard the screams as well, moving towards the location. In her hand she held her axe and on her face a smile, of how did she enjoy to see others in pain. This was another great bright day. Darkness started to float around her body and gathered into her axe as she started to charge her axe for the Dark Beleaguer. She looked off the road over the water, it seemed to be largely sea around this place. “Coloring the sea red,” she said softly as she watched the people run past her. She was more interested at the cause of the trouble right now and as she got closer to the source, the bodies littered the road. Well now, this is interesting, she thought with a smirk, but she didn’t attack, not yet. It just seemed to be a better choice to wait, to see who all would come to defend, and if one was able to overcome this foe as she looked at the man that was fighting the people. Then when it comes thus far, I shall destroy everything, her smile turned into a twisted grin. ----------- activeDark Beleaguer: charged 1 post

Everything about this world felt new... unexplored. Never before had this particular world shown itself and it came as no surprise to find the world had already been hit by both forces of Light and Dark. It was hard to tell where anything and everything was here without a reliable map though, but fortunately, the large single black angel wing sprouting from the left shoulder blade of a man in along crimson coat, allowed for fast and easy travel across this entire new world. The only thing stopping him was his own strength and stamina, but they were not in short supply. Genesis Rhapsodos, a SOLDIER First Class from the world known as Gaia, was on a personally mission to seek out trouble on each world he visited and either decide to side with or thwart the situation at hand. His heart beat with powers of both Light and Darkness swirling about him, making him somewhat of an enigma to others who could sense the power of ones heart. He fought mostly for himself, to train himself and push him beyond his limits, but he also knew that Balance between the worlds had to be maintained.
It was a thankless task but word of the Goddess, Cosmos, had spoke of unspeakable happenings that may result should the balance of power between the 'Heroes' and the Villains' start to favour one side too much. It may well have been a load of superstitious nonsense, many a person Genesis had spoken to about this not believing his words, but why would a divine entity such as Cosmos lie to him about such a thing? The auburn-haired man had heard of the stories of Cosmos gathering many warriors to aid her plight against the God of Discord, Chaos... so why would she need extra help from the Crimson SOLDIER...? A frown spread across the SOLDIER's face as he questioned his motives for the first time in a long time. Was he actually doing the right thing? Working for someone else once more reminded the Crimson SOLDIER of the time he worked for ShinRa... and look where THAT got him. I should stop and think about what I actually want to do... This fight to keep Balance is never-ending... I aid one world and another two fall...
[/i] A flock of seagulls flew through the sea-salt smelling air, high in the sky. Few clouds littered the heavens as the morning sun slowly started to peak up over the subtly curved sea line horizon. The sight brought a smile to Genesis' lips as he turned his head to his side and cast his glowing-eyed gaze upon it. His large black wing continued to beat at a steady pace, launching him further and faster through the skies each and every time. After a couple of seconds has passed of him watching the raising sun, the Crimson Commander looked back before him to see where he was going and yelped slightly as his eyes widened - he was quickly catching up on that flock of seagulls and had an instant to change his course before crashing into them. Tucking his arms into his body, Genesis tilted the angle of his wing and corrected his direction, forcing him to head downwards towards the ground. He zipped past the seagulls with a loud windy 'WHOOSH' that caused them all to panic and fly off in every direction, squawking as they did so. Fortunately, the change of direction had allowed the Crimson SOLDIER to set his eyes upon a large port town below him. Towers stretched high into the sky and many ships were pulling into and leaving the many docks scattered around the port. It seemed business was as normal here but that didn't help ease the tickling he was getting in the back of his mind. Call it a warriors 6th sense if you will, but whenever Genesis got this tickling, he knew that something wasn't right. Sure enough, the closer he got to the port town, the more audible the sounds of screaming people became. Something wasn't right down there and with his heightened advantage, Genesis could see bodies littering the streets with one figure walking ahead of the trail and adding more bodies to it. A fire had begun and smoke started to waft as high as some of the towers here. The auburn-haired man knew that this would act as a call sign to other possible adventures and warriors of this world and would draw their numbers in, possibly resulting in adding to the number of fatalities already. If these people were innocent and had been slaughtered without reason, the Genesis was not going to be able to stand by and watch. If the forces of Darkness had found their way to this port town, then who knew what impact they would have here if left unchecked. As a stern expression captured Genesis' face, he flew down towards the one whom he could see was fighting the waves of adventurers and landed down upon the ground with a heavy thud several feet before him. The cobblestone ground had cracked from his impact but the SOLDIER First Class rose to his feet and turned to look upon the stranger who held the bloodied blade within his hand. "What do you think you're doing?"Genesis spoke up, his voice soft and poetic, the complete opposite of his facial expression that were cold and serious. Genesis' bright blue eyes flashed and started to glow as if on fire with the power of Mako coursing through his body. Genesis couldn't stand cowards who murdered innocents, picking on people weaker then them because they knew they'd not be stopped. A subtle glance over this stranger's shoulder revealed a young woman holding a bow, aiming a shot at the same person Genesis was confronting. She had an aura surrounding her that was a bright and soothing as possibly Cosmos herself. It was clear that she had also chosen to oppose whoever this murderer was. Looking back at the man with black hair who wore black garments with a red scarf about his neck and matching red belt about his waist, Genesis looked him up and down, trying to judge what type of person he was. It was hard to tell... all the SOLDIER really knew was that he knew how to handle that blade whose colour matched that of Genesis' coat. Lifting his right arm up, Genesis held his palm out before him that caused a small spark of flame to appear before his fingers. Flexing his fingers to grip about an invisible object before him, a long stream of flame shot forth from the spark. From the stream of fire, the auburn-haired man summoned his own blade, Rapier, which he pulled free from the flames that died out a moment later. Genesis' Rapier was slender, long and sturdy. It was also the same colour as his coat and this strangers own sword. "How about you stop picking on these guys and instead fight someone who'll fight back?"[/blockquote] -------------------------------------------------- DamageNone taken. Actions1. None used. 2. This situation was bad. Two beings of great evil were unleashing hell on this poor little town. The situation seems dire, if left unchecked these two might end up destroying th whole town! Then again there are those hero types around...better add a third villain just to be safe.
The twelfth stop in his great big tour of the worlds was...this place. Kefka materialized by the docks and even before he got the chance to look around and see where he was offended. Look at this, a big giant ship stood right in front of him and it wasn't on fire. That was just stupid. These guys were asking for a whopping, though it would be nice if he knew where he was.
Kefka kept the ship in his head for later and hovered off to explore this new world. It seemed to be some sort of...fortress...dock...thing? He saw a lot of weird shops and odd locations he didn't care about because they were going to be blown up soon anyway. Just another town, like the other ones. Turns out most of these "New Worlds" were rather unimpressive to Kefka. They in fact all seemed very similar to him. As in they were all flammable. And uneventful, Kefka didn't mind there not being any heroes around to stop his shenanigans but hey everyone needs variety.
Fortunately, it wouldn't take long for Kefka to find a bit of a change. Around the middle of the town Kefka would pass by running citizens who seemed far to eager to get away from...whatever they needed to get away from. Ever curious, Kefka grabbed the collar of a passing man and threw him against a nearby wall. Kefka was rather lucky that the man was lightweight, it wasn't likely he could throw some of the others who passed near him. He lifted his left boot and pressed it against the man's chest. With a warm smile and wide eyes Kefka questioned the man, "What's the hurry bucko?"
The man attempted to push away from the wall but Kefka was very adamant about keeping him there. Eventually he spoke, "There's a mad man killing people killing people back there! You gotta let me go, I have to get away! I can't die here!" Kefka raised an eyebrow before hovering a bit higher and placing his boot against the man's neck instead. "What's so bad dying here huh? This is a very nice city they built for you, it is only polite to appreciate it!" Kefka pushed off of the man's neck, spun a few times in mid-air, and sent his boot unto his head.
The man didn't die, he was only knocked out. Kefka didn't mind, he had bigger fish to fry. He landed on the ground, ignoring those who witnessed his actions and screamed about everyone going insane or something. He folded his hands and began to lament aloud, "A man's causing chaos in a well established city...and didn't invite ME!? The nerve! The blatant disrespect! I bet they're not even using any explosions too! Fine fine fine fine fine FINE! The day is young, I might as well drop in to...observe. Perhaps I can teach this amateur a thing or two about death along the way!" Kefka cackled to himself and began to hover again. With a kick tot he air the mad clown hovered in the opposite direction of those who ran, hoping to find this mysterious killer.
Wouldn't you know it, a killer he would find! What are the odds? Came upon the scene just as a hefty man in a red suit floated onto the scene. Jeez was that guy intimidating! Kefka would love to drain the life out of him sometime! Though who was he threatening? A man with a bloodied blade? Ah ha! So he was the troublemaker! He didn't seem to be doing a good job, most of the buildings around him were still standing! Never fear! Kefka is here to rescue this pitiful death bonanza. Wait though, there were more heroes about. Oh no! One of them seemed to be preparing an attack! A ball of speeding fire ought to put a stop to that!
Kefka wasn't inclined to protect this troublemaker because he liked him. No no, he thought this guy was a punk. Kefka just wanted to show this youngster how it was done! Using a sword, what hogwash! THIS is how you kill someone! Quickly Kefka went into "stealth mode" and tiptoed over to the space behind the girl with the bow. Wiggling his fingers a bit, Kefka lifted his right boot and attempted to hover-slam right into her back. Oh he hoped there would be a snap!

[/div][/td][tr][td] I JUST WANNA DANCE WITHOUT YOU!
Ursula wandered over the pathway to the edge, overlooking the water. Many ships there were in this city, turning towards the large tower that seemed to overlook the entire place sparked her curiosity of this place even further, especially how the tower was shaped. While she thought of this and thought about other strange towers, her thoughts were interrupted by panic.
Not thinking about it, she leapt forward and rushed in the direction the people were running from. As she got to the place, she quickly looked over the place that seemed to be starting some fight, a man carrying a bloodied blade that was the start of the mess, a crimson-cloaked man that seemed to be on the road of halting the first man, and a familiar face... Rosa? Seeing her own godmother being present, holding her bow up and aimed at the start of this mess surprised the princess of Fabul.
Not only that, her eyes quickly went to the strangest clothed person she had seen thus far. Apparently some sort of jester was tiptoeing towards Rosa and just looking at the scene brought Ursula's feet in motion. As quickly as she could, she moved towards her godmother using Cover Counter as she placed herself in between the jester and Rosa, taking the kick while bracing one of her legs behind her while moving the other leg in response.
Ursula attempted to kick Kefka in return towards his torso while pushing herself towards the jester with her other leg due to height differences. This to finish her Cover Counter. She didn't care who this jester was, but seeing him strike at Rosa made him enemy.
Actions [1] Used Cover Counter to place herself between Rosa and Kefka, which resulted in her counter-attacking Kefka. [2 & 3] Unused.

[cs=2][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, width: 400px; border-left: 15px solid #000000, bTable] BEHOLD! YOU STAND IN THE PRESENCE OF GODS...
My...things had gotten much more interesting now. The godling wasn't concerned with the other two villainous beings around him--one a woman with silvery hair, and the other some sort of...clown. Etzolis did a double take. CLOWN? Kefka Palazzo. He'd know that atrocious attire anywhere. So, Master Xehanort hadn't rid of him yet...which meant...that several heroes were still alive...if not the majority of them. This made his overall plans vastly more complex...but these thoughts were for another time. Nevertheless, he had managed to flush out an attacker for him, and for that, Ryht was rather thankful. Ducking gracefully into a roll, Etzolis tumbled away from his previous location, landing directly in front of someone's rather attractive shoes. Coming out of his movement onto his feet, the youth came to, and stood face to face with their owner. Another figure of legend suddenly made themselves known to him, although rather more direct to the youthful swordsman than the Deity of Magic--a man clad in a crimson cloak. Etzolis had to take a good, long look, as time had definitely done a number...but this was Genesis Rhapsodos, quite possibly at his prime. A shiver of pleasure went down his spine. Etzolis was more than aware that there would be ample resistance in this world...little had he realized just how lucky he would be to meet someone of Genesis Rhapsodos' caliber in a matter of minutes. He'd only heard stories about the man, from people who had known him and fought alongside him...and apparently according to their testaments...he was only a notch below particular figures in the "legendary" department. He was looking forward to this. Holding Muramasa at a delicate angle, so that the tiny rivers of blood slithered down its crimson visage, Etzolis eyed the silvery haired woman and Kefka with interest, raising his voice to them both. "Let's agree to disagree shall we? We will all strike together...and place our quarrels to the side for now."With that verbal confirmation said, that he wouldn't harm them, and instead would aid their efforts in ridding of these supposed heroes...the godling turned his entire focus upon the crimson clad warrior. His lips curled up into a smirk, knowing, daunting...and unnervingly familiar in nature. "I am painting my utopia, dearest Soldier, in a shade I see you're fond of. But...I see you're not here to help me in my task..."Placing Muramasa between himself and the former winged plight, he leaned in closely, almost taunting in nature. "Tell me something...do you long for the acceptance that those with honor possess?" He chuckled at his own query, his eyes crinkling in response. "But...what do monsters know of honor?"Without warning, Etzolis triggered a spell--pillars of light and darkness erupted from his form, their expanse sprawling around the field of battle--the powerful Feral Judgement attack. Quickly making the most of his element of surprise, the young godling whirled at Genesis, taking a quick strike to his right kidney with a sharp punch. "Let us see if you are still but such a monster!"Admittedly...Etzolis knew little about Rhapodos, a thing which placed him at a serious disadvantage--his attack style was all about planning ahead...something he could not do with someone he had only heard stories and rumors about. But...he would have to learn on his feet in order to fell someone of the former Soldier's nature... What he COULD tell from sight alone, was that swordplay was not the preferred method of bringing down such an opponent. There were those who had beautiful blades for show...and then there were those who had such weapons because they could use them...and use them well. He was betting on the latter on this one--his blade would have to be put to other purposes than striking for now. It would be an interesting challenge indeed.

Actions taken:Rosa's AIM has been evaded! Feral Judgement has been cast. ( Feral Judgement is now in cooldown for: 1 post) Touching Feral Judgement pillars will cause BLIND for 1 post! Etzolis launches a punch at target: Genesis Rhapsdos at area-- right kidney. EDIT:If you want to see what the place looks like Click me! The city is freakin' gorgeous. IF you have the opportunity to get FF XIV, A Realm Reborn, I suggest the crap out of it. It's so damn pretty--even prettier than Genesis!

The arrow flew from her hands before she could see the man swiftly turn to a greater area, her eyebrows furrowing at the wasted shot. Right now, she knew she was out in the open, as her arrow would surely reveal where her location is. But then, the newcomer seemed to have gotten the black-haired man's attention, and although the auburn-haired male looked as dangerous, he is as good as an ally if they have the same target of attack. With a determined voice, she called out.
"Whatever you might have needed from this world, killing the innocent is never inexcusable." She exclaimed, her hands keeping her bow steady, as steady as she could. She was afraid, she could never deny that fact. It was the first time she stepped up to face a foe she does not even know the exact measure of strength. But she had to be strong, she just had to be. It would be shameful for herself to break down at such an obstacle, she would never be worthy of saving Cecil if she just gave up and run. For that, Rosa stood her ground, stringing another arrow onto her bow, before she heard the commotion behind her.
"Ursula!" She gasped, jumping backwards to make way as her goddaughter blocked the attack of a...jester? Her moment's curiosity was whisked away, however, by the sight of the Fabulian Princess attacking the other with speed, reveling at the training her father must have given her.
Casting aside her thoughts for the other man, she knew that Ursula is first and foremost. How did the girl end up in this world? Was she also here for a purpose, and if so, what could it be? With agile movements, Rosa put up her hand to cast Protect enveloping herself, Ursula and the other man that came to their aid. This was all she could do for now as with afterwards she reached behind her back to shoot fire arrows at the clown, hoping his clothes catch on fire.

Silv remained standing, watching the scene unfold with the crimson-cloaked man's appearance, the clown and monk 'interacting' behind the archer. Then the archer used magic on herself, the monk, and the crimson man, oh... It appeared the crimson man and the main murderer were about to face off as well as the clown with the two women.
As a response to the protect spell, the pale woman walked forward as her body gained a dark aura. She activated Aura of Persistence while she moved forward, which functioned similar to the protect spell as it lowered damage from physical attacks. Then she made sure to get within mid range of the murderer, Etzolis, as she activated Wanion and spread the aura towards the man in question, giving him a protect status as well.
While she now was walking forward and stood closer to the fighting groups, Silv kept charging Darkness into her axe for the Dark Beleaguer. As of yet she still stood outside of the fighting, however.

Where Light and Darkness gathered, beings of either side were drawn together. It always happened like this, at least every time that the Crimson SOLDIER had observed an attack upon a world, he had witnessed allies and enemies from either side of the way converge and join the chaos. Some enjoyed it, others detested it, everyone had a reason for it. Fighting for what they believed in, fighting to destroy everything, fighting to avenge someone, fighting to get revenge on someone. Usually the excuses were pretty pitiful and as each day passed, the excuses got even more so pathetic. At least that's how it appeared to the naked eye. There may well have been a reason for the attack on this world but until the likes of that Jester appeared, the Crimson SOLDIER knew that he was only here for the chaos and misery. Genesis had heard of that Jester before, named Kefka Palazzo. He was part of the Dissidia Wars as told by Sephiroth. A mad man if there ever was one who went insane on magical powers. Getting up close and personal with the Clown would be the best form of attack in dealing with him.
Fortunately there, where the Darkness spread, the Light was there to counter it. Although another woman brandishing an axe clearly belonged to the enemy, she appeared to biding her time over something... perhaps waiting for the most opportune moment to attack. That being said, the two girls who Genesis assumed were on his side, had to deal with the insane Clown on their own. Two against one until the axe lady jumped in, but even then, the auburn-haired man wondered if the women were able to handle Kefka. There wasn't time to lend a hand though. The dark-haired individual whom started all this chaos seemed interested in the SOLDIER First Class and so long as he kept the strangers attention, it would at least mean no more innocent people were going to get killed. This city seemed peaceful enough. The populace were just normal people, mostly fishermen and sailors by the looks of things. What threat were these people to the users of Dark who invaded this world? It just didn't make any sense!!
The dark-haired man's mentioning of Genesis being a SOLDIER didn't even cause the Crimson Coated man to batter an eyelid. He just continued to stare at the man before him with his deathly cold glare, his eyes not even flicking away to see what everyone else was up to. Genesis had acquired his target and he was going to make him suffer one hundred times offer for every innocent he had killed this day. The man holding the bloodied sword continued to speak, as all 'villains' tended to do, mentioning that of Genesis' honour as a SOLDIER and as Hollander's 'monster'. "Indeed, what do monsters know of honour? The only thing monsters do is prey upon the weak and innocent, a trait you and all your ilk share." Genesis' voice was not it's usual soft and poetic self. No, it was much darker, his tone dripping with disappointment as his mako-infused eyes flashed brightly as he readied himself for the approaching duel with this stranger.
((OOC: Apologize for this next part. I cannot picture for the life of me how your 'Feral Judgement' attack is carried out. What you wrote here is different to your Power listed on your profile. PM me ASAP Etz and I'll fix this part accordingly ^___^;;)
A sudden flash came from the man before him that caused several pillars of light and dark to tumble from the sky in a strange pattern, an unpredictable pattern. Whatever those pillars where, the Crimson Commander wanted nothing of it. Though for the first time since he had drawn his Rapier, Genesis' eyes were turned away from the dark-haired stranger as he readied himself to move should one of those pillar tumble down right above him. In doing so however, he was unaware that his opponent had moved behind him, sending out his fist in a hard punch towards his lower back. Moments before this though, the young woman with blonde hair who wielded the bow had cast her own magical spell and as Genesis felt a wave of magic wash over him, his felt his defences strengthen slightly. This was a Protect spell! it would increase his resistance to physical attacks, but ultimately would prove useless if he bumped into whatever these pillars of light and dark were...
Genesis suddenly found himself stumbling forwards all of a sudden. The dark-haired stranger he was challenging had vanished and had appeared behind the SOLDIER First Class, sending his fist into his back. The Protect spell cast upon him had taken a small chip of the damage and the resulting impact dealt little damage but did push him eerily close to whatever those pillars were. Not wanting to find out what they could do, the Crimson SOLDIER suddenly vanished himself, leaving naught behind in his wake aside from a handful of black angel feathers that one could assume came from the large black wing tucked behind his back. Angel Wing Teleportation
[/b] was a marvellous evading technique, one the auburn-haired man tended to reserve for special occasions, such as now. Within the same instant as he had vanished, Genesis reappeared several feet behind the dark-haired stranger as he stepped forth through an identical cluster of black feathers. His eyes were glowing brightly as the mako coursed through his body, his orbs locked onto the figure of Etzolis. So this guy wanted to play with magic as well as melee attacks huh? Well, two could play at that game. As Genesis' leather coat swayed softly in the sea breeze, the auburn-haired man slowly brought up his left hand, where upon his fingers clenched together as if he were gripping an invisible ball within his palm. A sudden bright light broke free from the space between his fingers as a bright white sphere of burning flame appeared in his grasp. Genesis was readying his spell, Energy[/b], and while it was not one of his more powerful spells, it would serve as a good enough test against this stranger. Upon raising his hand, the fiery white sphere sudden broke free from Genesis grip and sped towards the dark-haired stranger with significant speed! Aimed at the strangers feet, should the spell make contact with him or with the floor itself, a large 15 foot radius explosion would erupt, engulfing the area with a strong blast of energy that would shred the cobblestone floor as if it were paper and blow away anyone or anything caught within it's reach. [/blockquote] -------------------------------------------------- DamagePunch to the right kidney, damage reduced from the Protect spell, resulted in a light bruise and mild sting. Actions1. Genesis used Angel Wing Teleportation to avoid the Feral Judgement attack. 2. Genesis cast Energy upon Etzolis, aimed at his feet to force the spell to explode should he dodge. 3. None used. Cool DownsAngel Wing Teleportation[/b] - 2 Posts. Energy[/b] - 3 Posts.

Pain was denied! As Kefka's boot was to pound into the archer's face, another chick appeared right in front of him to block it. Kefka grunted as his kick was deflected by the woman, pushing away only to be kicked further outward by the woman's counter attack.
Kefka fell on his back, but quickly got up by doing a strange legs in the air backward somersault that got him back on his feet. He brushed himself off and placed his hands on his hips before flipping around toward the women. "Now that was just rude! Didn't your mother ever teach you not to interru-" Kefka's eyes widened as he spotted the three fire arrows speeding toward him. He wouldn't let those hit him though, in the blink of an eye he would disappear and reappear next to the woman who fired them, acting as if he had been there the whole time (Position Change). "That's exactly what I'm talking about."
Before Kefka could let out another one-two, he realized the woman was protected by some sort of barrier. He backed away a few feet before realizing he too was in a barrier. Where the heck did that come from? He looked around and saw that the amateur and some creepy lady nearby had similar barriers to his. Just as the intruding woman and the red gu-...what? There was a red guy now? This situation was getting more annoying by the millisecond. "Bunch of wusses." mumbled the clown as he crossed his arms. He did not approve of barriers, they were for wimps and weirdos. Two things he also didn't approve of. Kefka backed away and shrugged, "Well I suppose you expect me to just stand here and wait for those fancy auras to disappear? Yeah that sounds boring, so I think I'll just hit one of you until something happens!"
Kefka pointed a finger at the archer and swung said finger between her and the "other woman". "1-2-3-4, I-declare-a-thumb-" He didn't finish, he just straight up jumped back and summoned a spell. Four orange orbs appeared around the "other woman" and fell to the ground. They quickly bounced back into the air, only to zoom toward the girl in an attempt to bring massive pain upon her weak little mortal form (Meteor)!. Kefka chuckled and took to the air, hovering off toward the middle of the area. He peeked toward the woman standing outside the battle and raised an eyebrow. What the heck was she doing?
------------------------------------------------------- Actions: ~Teleported out of the way of Rosa's arrows. ~Used Meteor on Ursula ~Hovered away like a ninny Abilities used: Position Change - 2 Post Cooldown Kefka's strange version of teleportation, in which he simply appears somewhere else and acts like nothing has happened. How does this happen?...I don't know, physics I guess. He can only "change positions" within a 30 feet radius around his original position. Meteor - 2 Post Cooldown Oh no, you mean that scary spell that almost always causes the apocalypse? Not exactly, Kefka's version is on a smaller, quirkier scale in which four soccer ball sized dark orange orbs drop down around the opponent, bounce up and zoom toward the opponent they were dropped by. Get hit by one, you get a small explosion and probably an achy neck. Get hit by all four at once, and you'll get a hefty four foot wide explosion and an achy everything.

[/div][/td][tr][td] I JUST WANNA DANCE WITHOUT YOU!
Ursula's kick did some damage, but when Rosa's arrow flew, they hit thin air as the clown had vanished. This confused Ursula for a moment, but the jester seemed to be a really talkative one as he just continued to talk, now standing near Rosa. Rosa had given her, as well as herself and the crimson cloaked man, a Protect status. However, having looked at the clown up close, she wouldn't assume him to be a physical fighter. Despite him having tried to use a kick.
The jester didn't like the Protect spell, it appeared and launched four orbs that scattered about, right... She thought while she took on a defensive stance, using Brace as the Meteor robs collapsed into her body and quite an explosion happened. While somewhat shaken, her bracing had helped take most of the damage, the Protect didn't protect her from magical attacks after all. The other villainous man had started spreading pillars over the battlefield that seemed like a problem, but it was of later concern to Ursula as they were at a distance from the two fighting men.
As she leapt forward from her braced stance, she sped up faster as she came upon Kefka and used Five Star Crimson Palm as her speed increased drastically while she attempted to strike Kefka quickened with about ten palm strikes to the torso before spinning around in an attempt to get around Kefka and pushing her feet off the ground. With great haste, she continued her assault with Kick aimed at either Kefka's left side or his back depending how far he could get behind the jester.
Actions [1] Used Brace to lessen the damage Kefka's Meteor did by 75%. [2] Performed Five Star Crimson Palm to quickly move in on Kefka and perform a storm of palm strikes upon his torso. [3] Followed this with a Kick after she tried to spin around Kefka to aim either his back (if she managed to get there) or his side.

[cs=2][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, width: 400px; border-left: 15px solid #000000, bTable] BEHOLD! YOU STAND IN THE PRESENCE OF GODS...
Etzolis was not expecting that one.
The godling didn't know Genesis. He had never met the Crimson Crusader in his timeline, and for what he was aware, Rhapsodos wasn't even living. Even if he were still alive...he certainly hadn't shown up when he was needed, or...worse. All he knew, he'd learned from people who had known and seen him. Etzolis was aware he was a swordsman of the expert caliber--close to Sephiroth, but not so much as to best him--and a talent at magic. He knew better than to take down the former SOLDIER with blades, for certain.
However...he hadn't known it would be to this extent.
Thankfully, the youth was prepared for these sorts of things. Channeling his energy, Etzolis threw up a Reflect spell to bounce back the whirling white orb. Whatever it was, he wanted nothing to do with it, and was more than happy to send it back to its caster. His pillars were doing a good enough job keeping everybody occupied, but had yet to touch anybody...
He was going to have to change that immediately if he was to end this quickly.
But the child of Axiym was more than aware he wouldn't be able to fight all three of these heroes alone. Turning on his heel, Etzolis focused some more energy into another spell, aiming it at Kefka. "Take this blessing, and go forth." A bloody crimson sheen covered the former deity of magic, strengthening his physical attack, magical attack, speed, and resistance to harmful effects. That, the godling was sure, would help the three of them significantly, as the two women seemed to focus their energy on the mad clown ruler.
Etzolis was not one to waste his time focusing on Genesis once again, this time moving in closer to avoid another one of those spheres. From what he knew, the would-be-hero was not familiar with hand to hand combat--a strength that Etzolis himself had in great abundance. He knew he was not his equal in the sword. Trying to match Rhapsodos in either magic or swordplay was asking for a death wish. Genesis had faced Sephiroth at his own game, and lived to tell the tale; few crossed the One Winged Angel himself...fewer survived to speak of it again.
His only chance, the young god knew, would be to strike at what he WAS best at: strikes at the weak points of the body, quick, precise, and accurate. Despite how well he was augmented, the Crimson Crusader was just as human in body as any other opponent, and just as susceptible to his strike. Once Genesis was wounded at the least...Etzolis would have plenty of time to focus on the two feeble mortal women who dared to try and strike him at his earlier point.
Cracking his knuckles, the bloodthirsty youth charged at the former Soldier again, wary of incoming assault, prepping his body for a maneuver should he need it, his sword raised at an angle to feign attack when truly in a position to defend himself, and aiming another combination of blows at Rhapsodos's sternum and solar plexus.
|
ACTIONS:Perfection was cast on Kefka. Kefka is now granted the following status effects for 3 turns: Haste, Bravery, Faith, Veil. Reflect was used to counter ENERGY. Energy has been sent back to Genesis. Etzolis is charging Genesis, aiming a punch at his sternum/solar plexus.
