Xehanort raised his eyebrows from under his helm as Sephiroth neglected to respond. He searched the ground and spotted that two new beings had come to trespass. Was nothing sacred anymore? How were these philistines getting here anyway?
Xehanort did not recognize the two newcomers, but if they could put Sephiroth to silence no good can come of them. Xehanort stared at the two, particularly the one in red garb. He seemed to sense the darkness atop the skyscraper, consistently peering upward. Xehanort peered back, a sneer forming on his hidden face. Could he really see him? What an intriguing fellow. The other, he felt, was slightly less interesting. He didn't seem to have the same perception as his companion, but from what Xehanort could hear high above he was a commanding man with a strong voice. Neither should be delt with lightly.
In the background Xehanort heard another voice below, and out of curiosity he leaned himself slightly downward to observe yet another newcomer. A simple youth or something more? Xehanort of all people knew to never judge a book by its cover, the boy seemed simple and weak but then again many of the young people he has encountered over the years have proven themselves to be quite powerful. Was he no different, or was he an ignorant traveler? He thought the same about the boy in the cloak, and also to a lesser thought to the girl. Xehanort was always sure to be aware of every piece on the board, otherwise he may miss a victorious action in the future. He would have to make further observations while in battle, which luckily would not be far off.
Pieces on his side of the board appeared as well, a knight known as Gabranth would arrive close to Sephiroth, and with little delay he went on to attack the beings below. With a summoned companion, Gabranth caused chaos for the beings of light. Xehanort observed another being on a nearby rooftop, his other half. It would seem he had decided to jump into the fray directly as Xehanort has. Brilliant minds think alike, especially when they are virtually the same.
Xehanort used his position to watch each of the following events as they unfolded and locked them into his mind. Another beast was summoned, presumably to battle Garbanth's. The earth was shattered, throwing about a nearby truck like a child's plaything. The commanding man revealed an unusually large sword and attempted to do away with Garbranth. Xemnas jumped in early, protected Garbranth, caged in the commanding man, and proceeded to attack him from above. The girl moved to attack Xemnas. Sephiroth noted that this was enough to enact his participation and dived forth, attacking the girl as well as the man in the red garb. The boy in the cloak attacked, using the truck as leverage and burning most of it to a metallic crisp. The question now was where should he reveal himself?
Always take time to observe your surroundings, that way you may most firmly place yourself within a battle. After all that, the apparent best target was the cloaked boy. He appeared to hide helplessly behind the burned truck. Well perhaps helpless wasn't the best word, the boy was possibly preparing for another attack at that very moment. Most likely upon Gabranth, who was right on the other side of the truck. Best not let him go through with it.
At last Xehanort made his move, he floated away from the skyscraper and placed himself high above the cloaked boy. Darkness formed around him as he outstretched his hands and looked downward. With the utmost of swiftness, he made a single loop in the air before diving downward at a terrible speed. In a matter of seconds he would smash into the ground right behind the boy, shattering the earth around him (soul crush). He would then kick off from that position and roll several feet away. Swiftly he turned to face the boy's position, his keybalde now clenched in his hand, to see his handiwork.
There was a bit too much dust from his impact, he couldn't see anything. He had a quick solution for the problem, with a wave of his hand a black portal of darkness would appear a few feet from Xehanort in the direction of the truck. The portal quickly went to work, sucking in the smoke and anything else that would get too close to it (black hole). One way or another, Xehanort shall soon know the fate of the cloaked boy.
[/blockquote][/blockquote] -----------Actions Taken --------------Abilities Used Soul Crush - 4 post cooldown: When ending Dooming Flight, Xehanort shall encase himself in darkness and slam into the ground, creating a powerful ten foot wide shockwave that shatters the ground around him. Will always activate Dooming Flight's cooldown period. Black Hole - 3 post cooldown: Xehanort will summon a dark portal that will attempt to suck in nearby opponents. The suction of the portal is ten feet and is moderately strong. If they are sucked in, the opponent will be warped to 15 feet above the battle ground and dropped, causing moderate damage. Portal suction does not effect Xehanort. Portal will disperse in Xehanort's next post.

This empty, dead world did not stay empty for long. The little darkness that the Crimson SOLDIER could feel coming from the top of the large skyscraper nearby seemed to multiply immensely. Was this another one of those mysterious occasions that whenever a few beings arrived at the same place, others wielding powerful aura of light and dark were brought here too? This was not the first time such a thing had happened to the auburn-haired man and his feelings of a war brewing were not wrong either. Before everything kicked off though, the tailed-boy and the female Turk had taken to ignore his words and were soon find out for themselves the mistake that had made. It didn't bother the Crimson Commander too much though. Zidane might look like a fool but he knew how to handle himself and Cissnei, well she was a Turk and Turks tended to be pretty good at handling trouble, both at getting involved and getting out of. Odds were that the blue clothed boy was not going to leave Cissnei's side any time soon, so it would be safe to let them both work together and sort out whatever trouble they might get into.
Zack, who had managed to follow him into this world through the same portal, was another one Genesis didn't have to worry about. He was a SOLDIER First Class after all and it was going to take a lot of punishment to shut him up. Finally there was another lad who came here, one who looked almost like a lost civilian, though he felt very much alive and well compared to the bleak atmosphere of this city and the entire world itself. What was he doing here? Who was he? He had approached Cissnei and Zidane and offered a greetings as the Crimson SOLDIER himself walked away to return his attention back onto Memory Skyscraper, so it was safe to say he wasn't part of the Darkness he could feel growing on this world. That being said, that strange eerie feelings Genesis got from that large building was consistently keeping him on edge. If anyone or anything was going to attack the 'guests' of this world, it was going to come from up there, no doubt about it. The only unanswered questions was when they'd attack and who was going to lead the charge.
The LOVELESS Quoter just remained quiet now as he idly listened to the 'heroes' talk to each other, still standing in the middle of the street in plain view of the watching eyes high upon Memory Skyscraper. Soon enough, a figure started to move down the side of the towering building after having summoned a disfigured and horrific looking creature. The beast in question seemed to go after the closest thing it could reach, which ended up being the civilian-like lad, Joshua. While this was happening however, the summoner of this monster had begun his own attack. As the figure came nearer as it ran down the side of Memory Skyscraper, Genesis' sharp eyes quickly recognized the human to be that of Gabranth, a 'knight' and 'judge' he called himself whom Genesis had the pleasure of meetings on a couple of occasions, most recently being at Destiny Island. The armoured knight summoned his dual weapons and used an attack that sailed towards Zidane's mini group. The Crimson SOLDIER felt himself being pulled down to the ground by The Puppy beside him as an explosion shook the area, an old truck parked in the street and left for who knows how long, had been the target of the armoured man's second attack.
Fortunately, Zack's 'heroic' moment had saved Genesis from taking any damage but the pupil of Angeal had suffered in his place, getting burnt from the flames and injured from flying debris. This seemed to do little to the spiky-haired young man, as expected, and Genesis smirked to himself as he watched the friend of Cloud hop to his feet and jump straight into the action. Firs he summoned in response to Gabranth, bringing the King of Dragons into the scene right off the bat. Was that because he too now recognized the size of the threat they faced, or did he simply need something to distract the death-like summon that the armoured knight had summoned? Either way, Zack wasn't waiting around, for he jumped into the fray once more and sent a Blade Beam towards the armoured man. It was a powerful technique, used by Cloud too, though it became blocked by a man in a black cloak and hood who had flew down from the Skyscraper to assist his Dark Hearted ally. This newcomer had spoke up, mentioning something about this being his home and how everyone was not welcome here.
Genesis got to his feet at this point and walked forth to stand beside Zack as Xemnas spoke his peace. In answer to this though, the Crimson SOLDIER spoke up. "If this truly is your home and you wished us to leave without violence erupting, perhaps you ought keep your dog here on a leash next time before speaking to us." Genesis commented, his voice was soft and poetic, as he nodded his head in Gabranth's direction in regards to who the 'dog' was. Seeing that this cloaked fellow was just as keen to start a fight as the armoured man was, Genesis brought his right arm up and slapped his palm down onto Zack's shoulder. At the same instant, Genesis' beautiful black angel wing tore itself out of his left shoulder, expanding to full span before he and Zack Fair both disappeared into a cluster of black feathers.
Using his Angel Wing Teleportation, Genesis brought Zack along for the short ride as they both appeared at least 20 feet behind Xemnas and Gabranth in the same instant that they had both vanished. As such, the Thunder Cage attempting to trap The Puppy missed altogether. Lowering his hand from Zack's shoulder, he turned about and looked upon the sight of the mysterious cloaked figure being attacked by the Turk, of all people. The Turks were never the type to back down from a fight, but this was one heck of a fight to be getting involved in. No Turk would willingly just waltz into battle like this, so she must have been under orders of Tseng or something. But what orders were they? Scouting mission? Gathering information? It wasn't long before the most familiar Dark aura had made itself known, Sephiroth finally descending from Memory Skyscraper to get stuck in and started off by casting a powerful fire spells upon the female Turk.
It seemed that luck had been kind to both Genesis and Zack, for the Corridor of Darkness had indeed brought them straight to the one they were looking for. Sadly, it seemed from Sephiroth's comment that he was much more interested in fighting his old friend and rival more so then Zack wanted to get revenge on him for Niblehiem. "Are you sure it's me who is fighting on the wrong side, Sephiroth?" Genesis answered back as tucked his large wing in behind his back. Jumping away from Zack, the Crimson Champion summoned his Rapier to his hand and prepared himself for whatever 'gift' his old SOLDIER comrade had in store for him. "It is wise to call your supposed allies in this war, 'small fry', especially when two of them are beside you? Zack, Zidane and Cissnei are not as weak as you might think. If you every got down from your high horse, you'd realized that you're not as powerful as you once thought you were." Sephiroth's provoke came with an attack as well, one that Genesis recognized from the many times he and Sephiroth had sparred together.
Genesis brought his left arm up before him and clutched his fingers about a sphere of flame that erupted from his palm. As the Godspeed attack drew near, Genesis jumped backwards and threw his arm out in an arc, unleashing several (eight) Flash
[/b] fireballs that flew into some of the energy blades, destroying them before they could reach. However, it took more then one Flash fireball to knock one one of the energy attacks from Godspeed, so Genesis had to resort to slicing the remaining away with his Rapier before they could reach him. Settling back down and lifting his head up, he noticed Sephiroth taking flight to a nearby rooftop, wanting to get away from the rest of the fights as to either remain undisturbed or to prevent Genesis from helping his own allies as they fought the rest of the dark hearted warriors. What are you planning...?[/i] The auburn-haired man thought to himself as he pondered chasing after him or remaining on the ground to help everyone else. Odds were they if Genesis didn't chase after Sephiroth, then the One Winged Angel would simply summon Meteor and destroy everyone in this world. "Zack, you're in charge down here. I have to chase after Sephiroth in case he plans to use Meteor. I'll help you find him again... I give you my word."He said as he turned to look at the SOLDIER First Class beside him. Before chasing after The Chosen One though, Genesis kept his attention on Angeal's pupil and cast a Regen[/b] spell upon him. A bright green glow surrounded Genesis before transferring over to Zack, which would then absorb into his skin and slowly start to heal him over time in small, frequent boosts. It was more then enough to fix his burns and cuts from the exploding truck, but the spell would last long enough to heal any other injuries he might suffer in the coming minutes. With that done, he gave The Puppy a confident smirk before spreading his wing and bolting up into the sky with a few wing beats, flying over to where the Silver-haired Legend had gone to before softly landing down upon the same rooftop. Glowing blue eyes watched his old friend silently for a moment before he spoke up. "What are you doing, Sephiroth? Why are you here teaming up with the likes of those guys?"Genesis asked, genuinely curious as he brought his left arm up, his leather sleeve creaking and flicked his thumb over his shoulder to motion back down to the fighting below them. Genesis' Rapier was will held tightly within his right hand and his hawk-like eyes didn't shift away from the silver-haired man before him even for an instant. This man was very dangerous and there were very few people who could stand up to him and walk away to talk about it. [atrb=border,0,bTable]I thought you couldn't afford to lose. |
[/div] Joshua was a little irritated at the events that had followed. For no real reason, a group of what he could only assume to be locals decided that Joshua, along with the others he had been talking to, were trespassing. His first clue to this: some strange-looking creature that seemed to belong to a heavily armored man swiping him with its wing. Completely blindsided, Joshua didn't even have the time to modulate his Vibe. Instead, he was sent flying away from the skyscraper and down into the fray.
The Composer stood up, clearly irritated, and was just in time to see a truck explode. While most of the vehicle went towards another area of the fight, a decent amount of shrapnel was headed for the composer. He raised the hand with his phone in it almost casually, and the hail of metal was... "convinced"... via Telekinesis that it would much rather fly back at Gabranth. So it did, at high speed.
"No wonder this place is so dreary, if this is how you people treat sightseers. We're nowhere near this antisocial in Shibuya." Joshua's comment, made in a light tone, was more meant to draw attention to his expression. He was clearly irritated. He flipped his phone open, punching in the numbers for a Junk Drop. At this point, one of the other combatants, a short distance away, had created a black hole. Joshua decided he'd share the love, and called two large vans into existence without a sound; one directly above the armored truck-killer and one above and slightly behind the other armored man. Gravity would do the rest of the work for him. tag Raid people words 275 notes Telekinesis (2 post CD remaining): Used to redirect shrapnel at Gabranth. ... and he would not be greatly disappointed. The last addition to appear for this group of rag-tag rebels was the first to confront him, a man with an absurdly large sword and spiky black hair to match. The Judge did not move his head, but simply cast a eye from under his darkened helm at the other summoned creature, which appeared to be a dragon. "So, you have called upon the sky fortress' namesake. Intriguing. Do you call yourself a hero?" he followed-up inquisitively, keeping the flying summon within his sight at all times as he started to pace. The dragon's size compared to the actual Sky Fortress Bahamut was not to be underestimated, like all Espers, and considered to be a potential threat just like any other in this group.
He didn't have to strafe far before one of his allies came to his aid, which was rather unbecoming of a Xehanort to look after something else than another form of himself. Still, one does not look a gift chocobo in the mouth, and Gabranth did not mind the assistance of the Blade Beam being blocked and not causing him damage. However, the beam still hit the shield, and thus it was allowed to split off and strike the esper Zalera despite the fact Gabranth himself did not recieve damage. The undead Esper only seemed to stagger for a moment, before darkness began to ebb and flow around it drastically, and the shamaness from it's wing raised it's head and let forth a bone-chilling scream. Showers of wisps flooded from the Esper to the darkened sky as the Esper wrapped it's capped wing around itself and spun, laughing a inhuman damned laugh and pointing fowards in the general direction of Zack, Zidane, Cissnei, Joshua, Genesis and even Bahamut the King of Dragons itself as a impossibly immense flood of darkness pouring down from the night and summoning ravaging twisters into them in the form of Condemation.
Having used it's ultimate attack, the Esper Zalera disappeated and was no more, leaving the Judge Magister to contend with whoever had not succumbed to the Esper's limit effects. Strangely enough, the only female present had tried to use the now-combusted truck as a shield, when his Innocence energy blades were fired first and should have been a whole lot faster to never have collided with the truck in the first place. "Looks like it is you who thoust have come crawling from the slums, rat. Crawling when this armored boot marches upon your stringy corpse." he spat back in reply, when he identifyed the wearer of the cloak to be that monkey-tailed vermin from the wars between the gods. The lackey of the witch godess had tried to retaliate by sending the truck back in his direction. With a amused 'hmph', the Judge Magister leapt forward towards the flaming hull of the remaining truck he had launched, re-attached Chaos Blade and Highway Star back into the combined swallowblade, and spun the blades in a pinwheel-like motion to effectively cleave the metal in twain to pass harmlessly through. However, he still suffered from flame damage through his armor causing burns, as well as to his Imperial cape.
As he landed, the Master of all Xehanorts seemed to have picked up on the fact they seemed to have a severe rodent problem and procured a pocket void to draw him and his fellow pests out. The void was rather powerful and drew everything in towards it, including even the powerful Judge Magister himself, who's battle-damaged Empire cloak rippled furiously as it was being drawn towards it. His durable armor seemed to be keeping him anchored for the moment, but with the pieces of the truck being sucked int towards it he would need to use it to his advantage or pay the penalty. Oddly enough the coward appeared next to his caged friend with the giant sword as if picking up on the same idea, and somehow got to him through the cage despite the fact it had already been cast, teleporting them some distance behind himself and Xemnas. However the crimson-clad warrior had managed such a feat, the 'hound' sneered at him through his metal mask and managed to utter one of his favorite sayings in retaliation.
"Even a stray has pride."
With the true underdog running away with his tail between his legs going to fight Sephiroth, Gabranth kept a watchful eye on his raven-haired ally and his summon as he turned, suddenly blindsighted as he did so by the hail of metal flying his way. The will of the mind seemed more powerful than normal gravity or even the leader of the true Organization's void as the hail came down, colliding with his armor but slicing him across the joints and causing bruises from the force of the collision. "A wielder of magicks, boy? Are you prepared?" he tested him, switching his sight rapidly like a tennis ball between the summoner and his dragon, as he did so witnessing as the boy dropped vans from the sky upon both him and Xehanort from above. Curiously, Gabranth separated his swords back into Chaos Blade and Highway Star and let both arms fall to his side, trusting that Master Xehanort's void could indeed be used to his advantage and draw in everything including the vans being dropped on them. Whether the foolish action that would be changed by the void's gravity hit him or not, he began to run to Joshua while being dragged towards Master Xehanort's void, so the youth would be stuck between himself before him and the void behind him. Using the combination of the momentum of his speed and the suction of the wind, Gabranth did indeed figure out a way to use his ally's ability to his advantage, closing in on Josh quickly while surrounded in a energy bubble before exploding it around him in a non-elemental magic shockwave of Hatred. The shockwave should not only be able to hit Josh, but also all his allies in range which included Zidane, Cissnei, Zack and possibly Bahamut.
Leaving Zidane to Master Xehanort, Cissnei and the momentarily departed Zack and Bahamut to Xemnas and Genesis off to fight Sephiroth, the Judge Magister chose to duel directly the only opponent his allies had not yet touched as he waited for the oppotune moment to strike again as he reveled in the havoc and potenial that was promising in this battle. If the girl and the man with the overcompensating sword kept up physical attacks on Xemnas, he would have to return the favor to him the next spare moment he got. For the moment however, he focused on Joshua as he stood confidently before him and pointed his dual blades before him, also pointing to his other allies he was keeping visual tabs on. "Good. Not completely incapable. Hmph. Why did you all end up here? Do you even know where you are? For this is a purgatory where empty battles are fought by shattered warriors. For what do you all continue struggling for? Do you not realize what your tyranny of the Light will do to unbalance the worlds, and throw the sea of stars into the oblivion of the maelstrom? All lanes between lead to the same end, anyway. Keep fighting...and you will die like dogs at our hand!" Actions/powers used:
- First action - Zalera was dismissed by Gabranth after using Condemation with the enemy party as it's target.
Condemnation: When it's summoner commands it or after a short time that Zalera is summoned, it will use it's ultimate attack, opening his right arm to reveal beneath his wing the shamaness he captured who shrieks into the night. A storm of dark clouds gather which quickly stream out darkened souls of the damned, forming devastating twisters that cover the battlefield. When these ravaging dark winds hit, they deal non-elemental damage and a chance to put the target to Sleep for a turn, where they cannot be woken up unless cured by the proper remedy or are struck by a melee attack. As this Esper's Limit Break, this cannot be evaded. Zalera must be instantly dismissed when it uses this signature attack, and it's cooldown begins. The target is put to sleep depending on the first number in the [/rand] code. Even = Success, Odd = Miss.
The result of Sleep status effect on the Light party: [rand] (Note: Since for some reason the code doesn't appear to be working, by default Sleep status effect was not inflicted.)
- Second action - Gabranth sliced through the piece of truck hull Zidane tennis-balled back to him to attempt to avoid damage, but still got fire/burn damage through his armor.
- Third action - Used MX's void and his own running momentum to pincer Josh between himself and the void, and also attempt to hit everyone of the Light in range except for Genesis, with Hatred.
Hatred: Gabranth will draw in a bubble of violent clear energy around him, as if intertwined in a Aero spell, then extend his limbs to unleash it around him in a shockwave. Three turn cooldown.
Damage taken: Burn/fire damage while cutting through the truck hull, cuts and bruises from the metallic hail from Josh.
Cooldowns in effect:
- Innocence: Two turns.
- Gaia's Breach: Two turns.
- Zalera/Condemation: Four turns.
- Hatred: Three turns.

And so, the battle to protect Xemnas's favorite place in the universe had finally begun. Chaos had ensued and full scale battle had engulfed the huge area where Memory's Skyscraper rested. Xemnas was going to do everything that he could to protect his home. He was not going to let some self-righteous ingrates like the denizens of Light take his only home away from him. He valued this place because it help his Kingdom Hearts, the key to supreme power that was rightfully his. These people were trespassing and what was more was that they endangered the balance between Light and Darkness... Xemnas, Master Xehanort, Sephiroth, and Gabranth were going to rectify this with the defeat of these mindless wastes of flesh that mindlessly followed the Light. Xemnas and his allies would smite them with a force they have never encountered before and when it was all said and done, the bodies of the denizens of Light would become naught but lifeless shells, with their hearts bathing in Darkness in the wake of Xemnas's victory.
The Superior of the In-Between paid no mind to the empty, idiotic, underhanded response that the one in the red coat gave. Xemnas wondered how he would feel if someone came into his home. Xemnas wondered how a man like him, who Xemnas felt was covered in darkness, would act if someone invaded his home and violated his privacy. That was the thing about those who followed the Light. They see themselves blameless in every action that they take. Xemnas had taken to the air to strike the one with the gigantic sword after Xemnas caged him but the one in the red coat stopped Xemnas's attack run by teleporting the black haired man out of Xemnas's Thunder Cage. It would appear that these people that have tainted Xemnas's world are not without some skill. Xemnas was distracted by the act and so he was hit by the fire strike that came from the young woman, or rather the only woman among them.
The shuriken cut Xemnas's right shoulder. Her weapon cut through the cloth and though Xemnas's skin as it flew by. Xemnas gritted his teeth in pain and looked to the cut. Xemnas felt a sharp burn in the wounded area; so she must have used some type of Fire magic. Xemnas looked to the girl as she called her weapon back to her. It was then that she threw it again but Xemnas would not be caught this time. Xemnas, while he was still in midair, opened a Corridor of Darkness behind him and slipped through it and closed it quickly so that the weapon would not follow him where he went. Xemnas appeared behind the girl, however he did not let his feet touch the ground so that she would not hear his footsteps behind him. A lot seemed to have happened from the time Xemnas left the battlefield via corridor to the time he reappeared. There were remains of a huge attack and Gabranth's monster was gone. He knew that Sephiroth hit the girl with a powerful fire magic attack as he saw the beginnings of it just before he disappeared into the Corridor of Darkness and so Xemnas decided it was time that he moved in to try and finish the girl himself. He flew at high speed at the girl that used the shuriken to hurt Xemnas and with his right and left hand, he summoned his Ethereal Blades, having long, red laser beams stretch out into existence from his right hand and his left hand. Once he got close, he raised his right hand and his left hand, which held the Ethereal Blades, and as if to punish her for attacking him, he brought the Ethereal Blades down onto her shoulders with all of his force and might, with the right Ethereal Blade coming down on her right shoulder and the left one coming down onto the left shoulder with extreme force and might.
"You are so weak...", Xemnas said, taunting her as he caused her excruciating pain, punishing her for attack the strongest Nobody in existence.
So many things were happening on the field. It would appear that the black haired individual and his monster had been done in by Gabranth and his monster due to their superior abilities and it would seem that Master Xehanort had joined the fray as well. Sephiroth seemed to lead the man in the red coat away from the battlefield, isolating him from his allies of the Light. It was then Xemnas found himself being drawn in. He looked to see that his leader had summoned a of black hole with an amazing gravity pull. Xemnas, using quick thinking, used his Orb of Nothingness, knowing full well the extent of this move used by his leader, given the fact that he is basically a part of Master Xehanort and knows his leader's capabilities due to being a part of the True Organization XIII. Xemnas encased himself in an impenetrable orb of nothingness and moved away from Master Xehanort's gravitational pull; far enough to be at a safe distance away from it.
Actions Taken:
Action #1: Xemnas slipped into a Corridor of Darkness to avoid Cissnei's Double Cut attack after being hit with the Fire Materia shuriken attack and appeared behind her in midair.
Action #2: Xemnas flew toward Cissnei at high speed and attacked with his Ethereal Blades from behind, slamming his left blade onto her left shoulder and his right blade onto her right shoulder.
Action #3: Xemnas encased himself in the Orb of Nothingness and dashed away from the group to escape MX's black hole's gravitational pull.
Powers Used:
Corridor of Darkness - Xemnas is capable of summoning portals that allow them to travel to different worlds and in the case of combat, different areas on the battlefield. These pathways are formed through using the power of Darkness so it is naturally unsafe for a normal person to use them. In battle, Xemnas can use to escape an attack and reappear somewhere else or he could use it to get to a good vantage point and strike his opponent which means that he is only able to open two portals to the Corridors at one time. (3 post cooldown)
Orb of Nothingness - Xemnas can encase himself in an impenetrable orb of nothingness and move away to a safe location on the battlefield and away from his opponent’s onslaught. This move cannot be penetrated by any physical and magical attacks if they so happen to follow Xemnas. (2 post cooldown)
Thunder Guard[/u] - Xemnas, by the quick wave of either of his hands, can erect a huge barrier screen in front of him, blocking any and all physical attacks and magical attacks. It can cause Thunder-elemental damage to any that touch it, causing light damage. Only Limit Breaks and Ultimate Attacks can break through this barrier screen and hurt Xemnas. (1 post left)
Thunder Cage - Xemnas, by the quick wave of either of his hands, can erect four barrier screens around his opponent or opponents to make like a square to cage, trap and hold his opponents. It can blocking any and all physical attacks and magical attacks and it can cause Thunder-elemental damage to any that touch it besides Xemnas, causing light damage. Only Limit Breaks and Ultimate Attacks can break through this barrier cage, however. (2 posts left)
Authority Bolt - Xemnas then summons energy to the palm of his right or left hand and then he hurls an energy based attack in the form of arcing bolts of electricity from his hand toward his opponent. (1 post left)

Review #1 Damage Taken: Joshua - Attacked with Summon Wing, hit. - Minor Damage
Zidane - Innocence Attack, but avoided some of the damage on it. Attacked by Xehanort with the Slam and possibility of being sucked into the Black Hole. Black Hole prolly blocked by Van. - Moderate Damage
Cissnei - Innocence Attack but dodged, Attacked with Fire 3 by Seph - Fire 3 Damage, Blade damage - Minor/Mod Damage
Zack - Hit with Shrapnel, caught in barrier, attacked by beam from above. Saved by Gen from the cage/beam. Regen used on Zack. - Healed a bit, minor damage.
Genesis - Saved from Shrapnel, Attacked by Seph with Godspeed slashes, blocks with Flash - No damage
----
Gabranth - Attacked by Zack but Xemnas blocks it with Thunder Guard. Truck launched back at him and party effectively. Van launched at him. Shrapnel redirected at him. Hit with Shrapnel, cut through van - burned, minor damage
Xemnas - Attacked w double cut by Ciss, hit by part, not the double cut (Corridor). - Minor damage
Xehanort - Attacked by Van. - Minor damage
Summon damage across field that no one responded to...

Realism: I love that Zidane used Detect to be able to figure out who is who and who's on what side. Not sure if Gabranth's Gaia Breach would be powerful enough to shoot a truck into the air or even rip it apart. Plus, he wouldn't have had control of where the truck was going to go. However, Zack did a pretty good job playing along though by getting hit with the shrapnel. I like that Cissnei tried to attack the truck and knock it, though not sure she'd be able to do much with that. Zidane used an ability that could knock the truck off with since it has knockback. Points to Xehanort for mentioning that the dust he kicked up would blind him.- [Light]
Creativity: I have to say trying to trap Zack in the cage and attacking from above was pretty thoughtful. Overall, I loved how well the Dark team worked together through all of this. I like that Xehanort used Black Hole to fix his vision problem. Then, Genesis used his Black Angel Teleport on Zack to save him from the attack. - [Dark, for their teamwork]

Review #2 Damage Taken: REASON – The thread itself was very slow and it barely got a round and a half in before the thread itself had to be closed so there wasn’t too much room to throw in attack especially at the beginning when people started arriving. I noted that the Dark had pretty high defenses especially with MX with his keyblade armor and Gabranth with his own armor so they’d already be hard to injure because of their higher defense.
Even moreso, their attacks were concise though the direction of where the truck [almost called it a fire truck heh.] was thrown by Gabranth’s attack is questionable since that isn’t something that can be controlled but rather aimed.
Although Light did a great job at holding their ground and even returning the karma , I’d give this category to Dark. [Dark]
Realism: As I mentioned in the last category, the truck’s direction when it was thrown via Gaia Breach was rather questionable. It can be aimed but there’s always some unknown variable such as there wasn’t enough force or even the wrong angle in the particular technique that could have it thrown in the wrong direction or even not thrown high enough to make such an injurious impact. And since this was at the Memory Skyscraper, the environment should be wet because it’s always raining there. The truck would slide when it impacts the ground. I’m rambling here so I’ll shut up about that.
Speaking of the rain, because of it I don’t believe there’d be any dust kicked up to blind Xemnas; if anything it’d be dirty rainwater that would blind him temporarily. Also not going to question how or why the truck caught on fire while it was raining otherwise I will break my brain.
Everyone is incredibly IC here but I like the fact that Zidane used his ‘Detect’ ability to figure out identities then use Rumble Rush to knock the truck away but I honestly do not know how it did not burn him.

Creativity: I especially loved the teamwork the Dark did through this raid and they had each other’s backs. From Xemnas attempting to block Zack’s assault with Thunder Guard then retaliating with Thunder Cage and Authority Bolt to Gabranth taking advantage of MX’s void to put himself between Joshua and the Void then trying to hit everyone with Hatred. This is the type of teamwork I love to read as they’re practically in synch.
I won’t ignore the fact that Zack and Genesis had each other’s back either but the Dark did better in my eyes. - [Dark]
Overall Winner Dark NOTE: This raid will be the last time we use this review format as we are going to implement the new review format that the members have voted upon in future raids.
