Raid #4

Ever since his awakening the Nobody called the Graceful Assassin had been drifting from world to world. Learning what he could of the conditions of the worlds. Of the people who now roamed the worlds. Of the war that now plagued them. The pink haired Nobody was able to gain much from his travels and encounters thus far. He was able discover who were potential allies and enemies while learning a thing or two about himself. While the Nobody still considered himself indeed empty he could not deny the fact that something had cropped up within him and had begun to grow since his rebirth. Emotions, but the how and why of the matter was still unknown to him. And these unknowns gave him something to search for and gave him a path to travel on for now. His path was shaky at first, but the an unexpected encounter with a certain Memory Witch had changed that shakiness to firm determination once more.
While the Assassin would not say so out loud, meeting the Naminé again had helped clear out a lot of conflicting thoughts within his head and showed him that maybe it wasn’t revenge he was after at all. No, if he had wanted that he would’ve struck Naminé down when she had given him the opportunity. Not revenge….no that wasn’t his purpose. His purpose was to figure himself out and if he currently wanted to join this war or not…or even become part of the Organization again. He had many things to ponder and reflect on, so he let himself wander the dark pathways searching for a world that would give him peace and room to think.
Without his command a portal did indeed open before him. Thinking that it was perhaps leading to the place he desired to be in, the Nobody had walked through the portal without a second thought. A moment later, the blue eyed Nobody was being jerked out of his thoughts as the bright white of the room assaulted his eyes. Squinting to block out some of the light, the Nobody stood still to let his eyes adjust to the brightness, but he already knew what this place was. The familiar and calming presence gave it away the moment, he stepped into it. This was Oblivion. His castle.
Even without the bright white and emptiness of the place, Marluxia would’ve easily recognized the place he had been sent to by Xemnas. long ago. The castle he connected with so easily…and the place that had been his tomb in the past. Despite the events that had transpired in this hollow place, the Nobody held no malice towards it. If anything, this was the one place he was actually happy to see standing upon his return to the worlds. As long as it remained unclaimed, he’d have a safe haven to turn to, so being back in the castle was pleasing to the Nobody. After all, the last visit here had been much to brief. He had met the one called Xion, but even that encounter was short lived. It would be nice to walk these halls once more and simply “talk” with his castle. Plus, the place was empty so he had plenty of room to think and plan in it. Time to examine his plans once moe before walking out into the unknown again. Yes, the Darkness had done well bringing him here.
The pink haired Nobody known as Marluxia was on the edge of getting comfortable in this safe and familiar environment when unexpectedly, his joy faded as he listened to the whispers of the castle. As he listened he stepped further into the room as the Corridor that had lead him here snapped shut and vanished. He kept moving until he was in the center of the large room he was in. Something was coming to his castle, but what he could not tell yet. Whatever was coming, he'd greet it and be sure to crush it should the thing arriving prove to be a threat.
This was his castle after all, so he'd make anyone who thought otherwise learn well the meaning behind the title, Lord of Castle Oblivion.

Raid #4
Sept 29, 2012 19:00:12 GMT -5
Post by terranort on Sept 29, 2012 19:00:12 GMT -5
There is darkness in all things, even nothingness. Xehanort had been in and out of this castle as of late, simply watching for signs of visitors. Castle Oblivion no longer belonged to Organization XIII, not since Xemnas not longer served as the main commander over it's walls. Now, command would fall to those who were chosen as vessels.
The time of Organization XIII was long over, and the Age of Xehanort was now in full-swing.
Terra-Xehanort was simply standing still in the room that had served as a battleground between Zexion and Riku when he noticed a presence enter the castle. A presence that was familiar amongst these walls. Terranort opened his mind and let himself take in the scent of this intruder before he learned that Marluxia had returned to his post.
This could prove to be an opportune moment... [/i] Without another moment's hesitation he used a corridor to transport him between floors. As the oval of darkness appeared and dispersed, the hooded figure stood in its wake, without moving an inch. "Your presence is no longer required here, Nobody. Your Superior no longer has reigns over Castle Oblivion. Nothingness has proven inadequate in the face of the keyblade, and I have taken up this keep to insure satisfaction is achieved.
"You may wish to resist, and be destroyed in doing so, but know this: You can still serve a purpose. If you open yourself further to the darkness, then you can walk the same field as Xigbar and Saix. They chose the correct destiny for themselves and have achieved their higher calling.
"Perhaps we will overlook your past transgressions if you agree to these terms."[/b] While delivering his monologue, the vessel of Xehanort walked in a perfect circle around the Assassin. He did not turn his head but to keep it pointed directly in front of him. As he spoke the final sentence, he stopped directly in front of Marluxia and turned to face him, removing his hood. "I am Xehanort, the whole the sprang your Superior..."[/b][/blockquote]

Raid #4

Post by jecht on Oct 1, 2012 15:47:09 GMT -5
A single pyrefly danced in the light of that illuminated the halls of Castle Oblivion soon it was joined by others of it’s kind and a shape started to take form in between their dancing. Jecht slowly walked out from the pyreflies and started to solidify from an ethereal state of being to a sold human. Soon the pyreflies vanished and Jecht was there walking in the white halls. Once again Jecht was somewhere new and strange to him. He had decided to take another break from all his paperwork and go explore new worlds. He had been to a world where he was turned into a lion and back to Spira, but that was about it after meeting hope he had joined the Academy as it’s head of Public Affairs since then most of his time was spent in his academy office. It really annoyed him that he hadn’t been able to explore after joining the academy so he decided to take a quick step out to have some fun on another world. Yet as he looked around the halls of Castle Oblivion he felt a little disappointed.
The pure white halls and emptiness of it made him feel like he was in just a larger office back at the academy. The entire place was silent except for the sound of his own footsteps echoing off the walls. It was strange for him to hear his own footsteps normally his footsteps were silent because he never wears shoes. Jecht stopped walking for a moment to try to see if he could hear anything else, but there was nothing. Even though at the moment the whole place seemed to be empty there was a small nagging feeling that he wasn’t alone in the castle. He had a feeling that there were other people somewhere deeper in the castle yet he didn’t know if that feeling was right or if he just wanted to believe that someone else was here in this empty place. Thats when he sensed that someone or something was coming here to the castle. The feeling that it gave off was of darkness. Jecht knew the darkness very well after being used by both Yu Yevon and Chaos.
Jecht smiled at the thought of a fight. It had been far too long since his last real fight. Jecht started to run in anticipation of his upcoming battle with a stranger with ties to the darkness. He hoped that this one would be stronger than his last opponent. Jecht’s boredom with all the paperwork Hope kept throwing at him, the lack of a good fight and the fact that what ever was coming gave off a sense of darkness was all Jecht needed to justify the fact he was going to fight it. It didn’t matter to him if this was their homeworld Jecht just wanted to get rid of all of his pent up energy and frustration and whatever this thing that was coming was a perfect target for him to get out all his pent up energy and frustration.

A familiar sound echoed throughout the halls as a black portal formed within the middle of a white hallway. Out stepping from it's confines stood a young man, his hair ebony black and his eyes a malicious crimson red. A devious smirk laid on his lips as he stepped out fully from the portal, as said portal closed up behind him disappearing. Mischievous eyes stared out curiously at the new world he had appeared in.
Though Faiz had learned not to take things by face value when it came to new worlds, almost every world had something new and interesting to do. Deciding that just standing there wouldn't get any exploring done he began traversing the halls, only for shortly after to hear voices. His smirk turned into a grin as he stopped just a few feet from the odd silver (white?) haired fellow his arms crossed as he enjoyed the show.
"Heh. And who are these guys? Some annoying heroes?" He questioned mockingly as he noticed Jecht as well. Whatever, it didn't matter Faiz was itching for some fun, and what is the best way other than beating up some poor saps like these? He couldn't find any other better pastime!

Raid #4
Oct 10, 2012 16:43:48 GMT -5
Post by thesable on Oct 10, 2012 16:43:48 GMT -5
Darkness was a tricky, fickle master.
During his travels, the Sable had noted it's presence, whether weak or strong, in different worlds. Some worlds seemed rather consumed by it, and others contained nary a speck of malicious intent. However, most shared the same balanced nature as his home world. When light and dark balanced each other, things seemed much more at peace, in Nero's mind. Perhaps, because he was the dark half of a balanced whole, he knew the feeling of tranquility given by dark and light when they stopped fighting for power over one another. Due to his own nature, he preferred to leave worlds consumed in light, and lurked more towards the balanced worlds or those covered in shadows.
Nero had never actually seen a world become consumed in darkness. But, considering his darkness could extract and consume nearly anything, he would be lying if he said he wasn't tempted to try and make such an event happen.
A final portal of darkness opened within the majestically white halls of Castle Oblivion, and the Tsviet stepped out and continued walking, as if the portal had been nothing but a stepping stone between one world and the next. He squinted to shield his eyes from the sudden bright light, unprepared for such a stark difference in the world's appearance. He continued onwards, his boots clicking softly against the hard floor. He looked and listened hard for others in the area, noticing nothing but absolute silence for the first few minutes. This Castle, was it hiding some sort of tricky secrets? Who lived here, who served here? Nero admitted to having his curiosity piqued. After all, it was no fun to be potentially wrecking someone's life without knowing who they were, first and foremost. It was .. proper manners, to at least know their name.
Nero's ears finally picked up on a bit of noise. It sounded like someone was speaking. He carefully made his way towards the source of the noise, curious as to who or what existed within these mysterious, bright castle walls. He happened upon a large room, where a familiar man with pink hair was being circled by another cloaked man. The Sable wasn't sure of the pink man's name, but he could recall him from a certain frustrating game. Choosing not to dwell on that much further, he turned his attention to another in the area, a man dressed in strange clothing with crimson eyes. He could already feel the tension in the air; strung tight like the string on a trap for a beast.
"It seems I'm not the only one here with ... ," Nero's quiet, light voice lingered in the air for a moment, "... dark intentions." Wisps of purple and black criss-crossed in front of the Tsviet, and his wide, obstructive wings unfolded and stretched, ready to take pistols in claw and do what must be done to see this world coated in the darkness.

Raid #4
Oct 11, 2012 21:42:35 GMT -5
Post by Deleted on Oct 11, 2012 21:42:35 GMT -5
Marluxia had arrived continued to stay where he was until he heard the Corridor of Darkness open. At the sound, he turned to face the one who would exit it expecting another Organization member, the Heartless, or the wandering Nobody. However, the being that came out of the Corridor was none of these at all. Instead, what stepped out of the Darkness was a figure cloaked and hooded that gave off a familiar presence that put the Nobody on edge immediately, but why the Nobody couldn’t understand. He dressed like an Organization member, but the strong Darkness that radiated off this guy told him he was not a Nobody, so he most definitely was not an Organization member....or at least not by the standards Marluxia knew other Organization by. On top of this, there was something about the way this one had appeared and the way it carried itself that made the Nobody uneasy. The height, build, presence…all of it familiar and yet not familiar. What was this? Who was this? Marluxia narrowed his eyes at the figure as it began to move around him and speak as it circled him like a shark. Marluxia listened as he kept his eye on the circling man. The words that the man spoke only turned the uneasiness in Marluxia into fury. Who did this man think he was? Did he really think that by telling the Graceful Assassin to leave that he would? Did he think that cared for one second that Xemnas no longer ran the place? Did he not know that Marluxia never considered the castle as Xemnas’s to begin with? That he always consider the castle his? The nerve of this guy to think that he had any power to tell him where his “presence” belonged. If anyone should be taught his place, it was this cloaked man not him. He should just cut this one down for being so ignorant, but he did not. Instead, he reeled in his anger and let it boil as he continued to absorb the words the man spoke. The only thing that cut through the boiling anger was the man’s speech about nothingness, keyblades, and serving a different purpose. As he listened, the Nobody’s narrowed eyes relax as he considered the words. He could serve a purpose by opening himself to further to Darkness. Find a higher calling like Xigbar and Saix had….Wait a minute! If Saix had indeed done what this figure was saying he had done, then why on Earth was he really trying to rebuild Kingdom Hearts? Was it really to get everyone back on the bandwagon of getting a Heart or was there something even more sinister under that? And if it was the last then…what was that sinister purpose for? As for Xigbar… Hmph. If that particular Nobody was involved in whatever was going on then it had to be no good. The gun slinging Nobody was worse than Axel in the trust department. One couldn’t be too careful around him. No…this deal.. as tempting as it was, it was pushing all the wrong buttons within the Nobody. Besides had this guy not told him a moment ago that he’d be destroyed if he tried to resist? And now he was saying if he took the deal, he’d overlook what had been done in the past. No…we. We? Who was we? Marluxia watched him blankly for a moment a bit confused as to what this wording meant. He had to admit he was very curious as to what was happening or who the cloaked guy was, but to get the answer... Don’t even think it. Clearly this is a trap and another way to be used again. His promises are as empty as a dusk is. Don't fall for it, his logic cut through the confusion like a sword, causing the Nobody’s focus to snap into clearness and solidify his resolve. He had his own path to follow. He wouldn’t let this guy dictate that for him and in turn would not be bullied into anything. This guy…he had to go. The Nobody continued to watch the man emotionlessly until he came to stop before him. As the figure pulled down his hood and turned to face him, the Nobody briefly saw an image of Xemnas there, but just as quickly as it had came the vision was gone as his eyes and mind took in the man before him. There was a definite similarity between the two; but this man was definitely his own self…even if those eyes reminded him Number One. The tension in the Nobody increased as he listened to the man’s next set of words. However, instead of acting out in fury, the Nobody simply watched the man coldly for a few seconds understanding exactly what had to be done. He was on the edge of giving the man his verdict when the sounds of footsteps came from behind him. He turned slightly and took note of a man wearing no shoes or shirt coming down the hall at a run. He didn’t sense anything negative from the man, so he assumed the man didn’t come here to add onto his agitation. As he looked the man over from the corner of his eyes, he couldn’t help, but remember Tidus when looking at the guy. Was he perhaps a relative or friend to the helpful boy then? Interesting, but there was no time to figure out the connection right now. Another had arrived in the castle. His attention turned back Xehanort as he heard a voice. He spotted another young man behind the white haired man. This one had dark hair, crimson eyes, and a mouth that was about to get him in trouble. It wasn’t so much the words spoken as the way they were spoken that had gotten under the Nobody’s skin and that cocky smirk wasn’t helping either. The Nobody's coldness only deepened at this new intrusion. So this one was working with Xehanort then? No matter…assuming the tattooed man was on his side, he was sure he could easily battle Xehanort without worrying about the kid. All he had to do was— Hm?The sound of another corridor and the arrival of a fifth to the group stopped his thoughts as he focused on the new arrival. Unlike the boy, this one had made his purpose clear as he summoned Darkness from within before spreading out his wings as if he were trying to keep them from escaping. The man…creature…thing….yeah. The strange guy with the strange mask and dangerous looking wings was siding with Xehanort too... his words made that quite clear, making that three people to contend with. Maybe even a fourth if the tattooed man wasn’t with him. He was outnumbered and surrounded. He took each one in emotionlessly before settling on a course of action. “Hero?” he smirked as he locked his eyes briefly on the crimson eye young man behind Xehanort. “Don’t get it twisted. You are invading my castle, so naturally I’d come to take out the trash.” His arrogance and confidence was clear in his voice as a single glowing rose petal appeared above Marluxia and began to drift down. He reached up letting the petal fall into his hand. As it did there was the sound of a great gust of wind as Dahlia formed and settled against his hand. As he gripped the weapon, he lowered it before him before casually glancing over the blade as if he was checking its sharpness and then seeming content with the examination, he leaned the scythe against his shoulder casually as his eyes locked on Xehanort, his smirk becoming more malicious. “As for sinking myself further into Darkness, I’m afraid, I simply cannot do that!” he said jumping back as time slowed down. He charging his scythe quickly and then swinging his blade as he continued to move back, he unleashed three crimson energy blades towards the enemy at various levels and angels. The first strike was a horizontal slash that headed towards Nero hoping to slash him half, the second was a vertical slice that zoomed passed Terra-nort in an attempt to hit the boy called Faiz, and the last strike was a diagonal one that leaned slightly to the right aimed at Terra-nort himself. Each slice of the three fold Deathscythe was released in a quick and graceful fashion, making the swirling motion of the scythe and the Nobody’s movement look like an elegant dance as he stayed in the air for a moment. Then time resumed its normal pace as he landed on the ground slightly behind the tattooed man Jecht. Being careful of his potential ally, he charged his scythe once more before swing it about in front of creating small gust of wind as he swung. The gust of wind grew and became small pink colored vortexes full of petals that zigzagged across the area in an attempt to hit Terra-nort. The plan was simply this. Marluxia hoped the earlier blade would distract the man enough to capture him in one of the vortexes maybe more and if he was captured…. Well the end result would be less than pleasant that's for sure. _________________________________________________ ~Cooldown~ [/b] ~ Deathscythe:[/u] Marluxia will swing his deadly scythe three times in the direction of the opponent. When he does, he unleashes three powerful energy blades that correspond with each strike. These blows deal heavy damage if hit, so watch out for them. It takes 2 posts to reuse.~ Flower Storm: Again from a distance, Marluxia will charge his scythe before unleashing three whirlwinds full of rose and blossom petals. These small vortexes follow a person in an attempt to capture them. If caught, the vortex will cause light wind and physical damage…if only one catches you. Sometimes getting caught can cause the other whirlwinds to catch up if they are still on the field. If this happen the damage increases leaning towards heavy by the end of all three; however, the vortexes teaming up on you is the least of your worries. While you are stuck in the vortex, Marluxia will charge forward and then when in range he’ll leap into the air before coming back down to slam his scythe down on the trapped victim for extra damage. It takes 2 posts to cooldown.[/spoiler]

Listening to: Trip the Darkness - Lacuna CoilEven as others entered the room, Xehanort never once let his eyes leave that of Marluxia. He originally had planned to simply eliminate the Nobody, but other vessels were needed. Xehanort’s true purpose would unfold eventually, but he would need accomplices to accomplish the tasks ahead of him. Obviously, Xehanort had yet to master being in multiple locations at once.
It didn’t take long before the other presences made themselves known. The first was a brute that had small stains of darkness within him, but not quite enough for Terranort to find useful. He also saw no real threat in a man with nothing but brute force at his beck-and-call.
The second was an interesting fellow. This was a being who had a taste for the temptation, but the vessel of Master Xehanort seemed to peg him as inexperienced. No matter, experience can be gained if the motivation serves its purpose. However, he saw no need to address this one yet.
The final entrant was perhaps the most interesting of all. The winged man, like himself, used the darkness to his fullest extent. He would have words with this one. He turned his head and began to speak once more.
”My intentions are my own. I merely use the darkness for the advantages it brings. I suppose the same could be said of you? Judging from your tone and actions, you are here to see this world bathe in the darkness it so desires.” [/b] His view shifted back towards the Graceful Assassin as he began to attack. ”All things begin in darkness, just as I must now end your life in your vain attempt to overcome it. You will end in darkness.”[/b] As the second slash zoomed past Xehanort’s head, he refused to lose his eye contact with the being before him. The third slash was aimed directly for the dark entity’s torso, and Xehanort would be forced to act to prevent any damage. He quickly reached his hand forward and summoned Master Xehanort’s Keyblade to counter the attack. The shockwave splashed against his keyblade, dispersing just before it was to make contact. ”Come with me those who would harness the darkness, and call this keep your own along with Master Xehanort.[/b] As the second attack of Marluxia’s was to make contact, Terranort had already prepped himself for combat. Massive earthen pillars surrounded his position and began to rotate at high speeds. Each of the vortexes smashed into one of the pillars. Sure, a few of the petals managed to escape forward and give small abrasions to Xehanort, but he was unharmed by the attempt. Rockbreaker could prove as good a defensive maneuver as it could an offensive one. As the ground became littered with small chunks of boulder, “Ansem” prepared his offensive: a close range volley of attacks. From his observations he assumed that melee combat would prove to be his ally in this skirmish. He wouldn’t call this a battle when it was likely that the Nobody would prove an inadequate foe. Xehanort quickly lept forward and began hacking at the Assassin. First, he attacked with a downward left diagonal slash followed by a horizontal slash. He continued the combination with an upward slash and two more diagonal slashes. He then charged energy into the tip of his keyblade and performed two 360 degree rotations with his keyblade: a vertical slash before a horizontal one. Finally he charged a force of energy into his keyblade and slammed downward, creating a shockwave from the point of impact. He was moving at such a high speed that he couldn’t see what he hit, if anything but the ground, but he wasn’t sure if the Nobody was ready for a full-force frontal assault. Ars Solum was a force in and of itself to deal with. The Battle of Castle Oblivion had begun. -=-=-=-=-=- Rockbreaker 2 post cooldown Ars Solum 2 post cooldown[/blockquote]

Raid #4

Post by jecht on Oct 15, 2012 20:27:04 GMT -5
Jecht stopped running as soon as he came across Marluxia and Xehanort. He took a look at the both of them to try to try to figure out which one was the dark presence he had felt before. The one right in front of him was dressed in pure black and had pink hair. Yet he didn’t seem to be the source of the darkness despite his attire. Taking a good look at the other person it didn’t take Jecht long to sense the darkness radiating off of him. He was the source of darkness or at least it came from him. So Jecht had a good idea of who he was going to fight. Thats when a dark portal opened up and someone stepped out from the portal behind Xehanort. The person was a young kid about the same age as Tidus or so Jecht assumed he couldn’t be too sure about his exact age. Thats when he spoke in a mocking tone calling Jecht and the pink haired man heroes. Jecht didn’t know about the other guy, but he himself was a hero. With a grin across his face Jecht proudly and loudly said “I’m the great Jecht and this hero is going to wipe the floor with you.” Jecht cracked his knuckles and his neck at the boy. Soon there was another man who came up behind the others. He was certainly the most different out of everyone in the room with his wings if you could call them that. He seemed to be filled with darkness was well just like the other man. Another person for him to fight this one looked like he would put up a better fight than the young kid. That being said the one with silver hair was Jecht’s real target he seemed to be the strongest of the three here just based on the immense feeling of darkness pouring out from him. The two other people would serve as a good warm up fight though. Jecht looked back at the first two people seeing that they there conversing now. From what he heard the man with pink hair was the owner of the castle. The other man wanted to sink this world into darkness whatever that meant. From the sound of what it meant it didn’t sound good. Jecht was about to charge in head first, but then the pink haired man launched his own attack at all three other people. The man then summoned up three twisters and launched them at Xehanort. Xehanort satiated his name and called the other two people to join him in his fight. As Xehanort blocked the attacks with his own moves and launched forward at Marluxia, Jecht turned his upper body to face the moving Xehanort. Even though he was off to the side of Marluxia the space between Jecht and Xehanort didn’t matter for this attack. Jecht swung his right arm across his body at face level backhanding the air between him and Xehanort. A large Zanarkand abes symbol appeared for just a moment before vanishing and a torrent of air sped towards Xehanort still in the middle of his onslaught of attacks directed at Marluxia. If Jecht’s Jecht wind hit Xehanort it would send him flying to his side. Turning to face both Faiz and Nero Jecht smiled as he propelled himself forward at Faiz by kicking off the ground with his foot. He was sure he could take Faiz out quickly. He was sure that he would knock out Faiz with one hit Jecht didn’t even bother to summon his sword as he came towards the boy. As Jecht got close enough to strike Faiz with his fist Jecht slammed one of his left foot into the ground and threw an uppercut punch right at Faiz’s torso with all his strength. If it made contact it would most likely send him flying back.
Actions took Jecht Wind: Jecht uses a backhanded slap to attack someone the attack can either hit or miss them. The real power from this attack is a wind blast sending someone backwards. The explosion of wind shows a large Zanarkand abes symbol for just a moment while the wind forces someone away. If the attack makes contact the person is pushed farther away. 2 post cooldown

The demon bandit's grin fell as Jecht went on exclaiming himself as a hero. Faiz mentally scoffed at his tirade before readying his weapon. The keyblade called Moonlit Crescent. He was unprepared for the sudden attack as he was launched back by Jecht's sudden momentum, followed by his upper cut. He fell to the ground before he righted himself upright, wiping the blood from his mouth that formed there.
Grinning the teen stood up summoning forth a purple glyph as he poised the keyblade up towards the sky. Suddenly five black bolts of darkness covered in a purple outline spewed forth from the glyph attempting to barrage the Blitz Ball player with it's might. "Try this on for size old man!"
Chaotic Heaven;; A darkness attack with his keyblade, in which he summons a dark purple glyph in the sky as it glows releasing several (five) bolts of pure darkness down upon the foe. It has a three post cool down.
1/3 cool down

Raid #4

Post by thesable on Oct 22, 2012 16:27:51 GMT -5
Nero observed and listened as each of the combatants spoke their own message. The sides were clearly made; the pink haired man and the loud, boisterous fellow would be the ones defending while he, the white haired man, and the younger teenager plunged the world into darkness. He had nothing to add to their conversation. The Sable was here for one reason, and one reason only; to see what became of a world that was swallowed into darkness. Talk was not necessary at this point, though he politely listened and nodded or watched impassively when spoken to. His intentions were already made clear, and what he stood for was obvious by his appearance alone. Nero the Sable, the man of darkness itself, would plunge this world into the dark, only to satiate his hungry curiosity.
But, just like that, akin to the drop of a pen, the fight had begun.
The graceful, pink haired man had summoned an impressive scythe from what had appeared to Nero as thin air. Before he knew it, there was a slashing wave headed right towards him. He could dodge it, or perhaps summon a barrier to glance the blow, but he was curious. The Tsviet naturally yearned for a fight, to feel the power of another on the other side of the field. Nero shifted the wings on his back in front of him, to absorb the majority of the attack from Marluxia. The power of the attack still passed over him, bringing a burning pain, but Nero's reaction was to grin like a mad man behind his mask. Yes, yes, his very soul yearned for confrontation, for conflict, for blood. He had been craving this sort of conflict for some time, for it was the battlefield that reminded Nero that he was still alive. He hissed through the pain as his wings shifted back into their original position, though now damaged from Marluxia's attack. No matter; the Tsviet had no problem fighting from the back of the field.
However, the odds were not evenly matched. It was a three on two battle, and for the moment, Nero would cater to both of his opponents. Crimson eyes followed Terranort and Marluxia for a moment, and the Tsviet decided he would need to aid his ally first, before moving on to attack. His body was bathed in the soft glow of darkness for a moment, and he lifted himself into the air. As Jecht released his burst of wind attack, Nero summoned his Dark Rain. The first dark orb would intercept Jecht's attack for Terranort, and the second would make it's way to Marluxia himself. No matter if that one managed to harm him; he would see that Nero could, and would, continue to fight long distance.
Now, for the muscled, tattooed man.
As Nero's boots gently touched the ground once more, the claws of his wings grabbed the pistols strapped to his thighs, and from the darkness his summoned his other two pistols. He watched as the dark keybearer was hit with Jecht's physical assault. It would be best, he theorized, to fight Jecht from a further distance as well. While he could fight physically, his power was much greater from a distance and, if all else failed, he would bathe all of the combatants in darkness for a short time to give his allies and himself the edge. For now, though, he would simply attack and observe, before catching any of them off guard. Nero raised his arms and, with all four of his pistols pointed towards Jecht, he unleashed a hail of Gun Fire. Timed correctly, Jecht would either be hit by his bullets, or by Faiz's impressive attack.
Nero could still feel the sadistic grin plastered to his face under the mask. Choosing this world to consume into darkness had been a great choice, indeed.
Dark Rain
• Enduring a brief glow, Nero levitates for a moment and releases two orbs of dark energy at the opponent, somewhat similar to Gravity. [Cooldown: 2 posts]
Gun Fire
• Nero fires rapid shots from his four guns at the enemy, from either up close and personal or from a distance. [Cooldown: 1 post]

Raid #4

Words were spoken and replied to before Marluxia had cut to the chase and started the battle. As he unleashed his first attack on the three, he took note of a couple of things. The first was that he did not have one, but two keybladers in his castle. The crimson eye boy and the one that called himself Xehanort proved this as they each summoned their weapons to retaliate against himself and Jecht. The next thing he noticed was that by some odd miracle, the crimson eyed boy did not get hit by the energy blade he had unleashed from his Deathscythe towards him. A bit odd considering the boy did not attempt to block, dodge, or guard against it; however, he had no time to ponder the issue or see what happened to the third opponent as he his eyes focused on Xehanort as he made his moves, blocking the slash with the keyblade and the vortexes were easily canceled out by the rock barrier he made. The Nobody narrowed his eyes and gritted his teeth at this. How was he supposed to get around a defense like that? He couldn’t even hit the guy with enough force to cause any true damage and on top of all this he still had two other rodents to contend with and potentially a third if the man with the tattoos turned out to be a foe; however, he doubted this. His presence reminded him too much of Tidus, so for the moment he would trust the man to pick a partner of his own to fight with. So that meant only one of the opposing team would be unattended too, but who that one person was or whatever happened next Marluxia had no time to find out for it would seem Xehanort was bent on keeping to his word of destroying him and returning him and Oblivion to the Darkness. With unexpected speed, Xehanort rushed forward coming at him first with a downward diagonal slash coming from the left. Marluxia hopped back avoiding the blow, but then had to quickly bring his scythe to the front to guard against the horizontal swing. There was a loud clunk as the blade met the shaft of his scythe, the force of the blow pushing Marluxia back slightly, but he was able to hold his ground as a third attack came. He barely had time to block the upward slash which in turn broke his guard completely allowing the first diagonal slash following it to slice across his chest cutting mostly into the fabric of his robes more so than himself as he continued to move back trying to recover, block, or something against the attack, but Xehanort was too fast. The fourth diagonal strike caught the Nobody across his right shoulder, the bite of the blade’s teeth painful, but no enough to take him down fully. The Nobody continued to move back under the attack. He only got a brief break when he saw the tip of that blade glowing as it began to charge. Even though the flower had wilted a bit from the previous attacks, slumped over slightly and bearing through pain. he took his chance to gather his strength and teleported away from whatever was about to happen. A good thing he did this too or else he would've been in trouble. For as he reappeared in a cloud of flower petals a safe distance away, he saw the devastating hack and slash move unleashed upon the drifting petals he had left behind. He watched the swings hearing the blade sing through the air from the force and then visibly grimaced the man finished up with the ground cracking downward slam to the ground. That would've hurt if he had said. He was happy he had moved when he did. On top of this, he had managed to get out of the range of the shockwave that followed the slam. Thank goodness too. If all that had hit, he would've been dealing with a lot more than a small cut to the chest and an injured shoulder. The teleport not only saved him, but also gave him time to see what on Earth was going on. It seemed that his ally had indeed tried to help him, but whatever attack had been thrown was stopped by the third member that did not have a dance partner. The masked warrior of Darkness had thrown some sort of orb to cancel out the attack and obviously a second one that would’ve hit Marluxia had he not teleported when he did. He saw the stray orb hit the wall of his castle, damaging it as it unleashed its power on its unintended target. Not pleasing to see, but it was better a wall than him. From the looks of it, that attack would’ve smashed him to the ground and he did not want that. That would've only given the enemy the edge. Anyway, behind him the younger keyblader and his ally were in a fight, which was only being added onto by the winged man that was firing bullets in their directions. The one that had tried to use that orb to smash him. Tch! Typical for those outnumbered to be teamed up against. No matter, he had something that could potentially aid his ally and take care of the three annoyances all at once. He just prayed this attack would work, otherwise he and his ally may very well be screwed. He knew he needed to keep Xehanort away from his ally, so he would deal with him first before aiding the tattooed man. The observation only took a second and figuring out what to do next took even less time. Biting back pain from his injuries, Marluxia gathered energy into him before pushing off the ground and taking to the air with a leap. As he did he began to glow slightly as razor sharp flower petals began to swirl around him and then without any warning, he dashed toward Xehanort. First, he came in from behind swinging his scythe horizontally at Xehanort’s back. Then vanishing in a wave of flower petals, he appeared once more off to the man’s right coming in for an upward diagonal slash running from right to left and then vanishing once more, he reappeared on the man’s left coming in with a second diagonal lash this time flowing downward and running into opposite direction of the other slash. Finally, he vanished once more and appeared above the man letting his full weight pull him and his scythe in a heavy downward strike upon the man’s head in an attempt to smash him into the ground. As Dahlia’s blade bit into the ground a powerful hot pink shock wave went out from the point of contact seeking to add onto any damage already done and bite any enemy near the danger zone. The four moves were done in under minute and then Nobody was standing upright once more, still glowing with the pink aura. Hopping back slightly, he raised his scythe upward and turned it about in a circular motion as if he was stirring something. Above him, the area darkened as pink flower petals began to rain downward upon all enemies in the area, seeking to damage or distract. With Blossom Shower coming down, Marluxia swung his scythe downward, flicking off the remains of the energy still on him as he lowered himself into a battle position that would easily allow him to defend or attack his target. While his injured shoulder did indeed hurt after all that movement, Marluxia pushed back the pain as his cold blue eyes focused on the enemy. It was true that this battle may be a losing one; however, he would not go down so easily. Xehanort could attempt to send him back to the Darkness if he wanted to, but before he could this flower was going to bite back with everything he had. _________________________________________ ~Cooldown~
~ Teleport: Another dodging move. Before getting hit he’ll turn into a cloud of flower petals and reappear elsewhere on the field. It takes 2 posts for him to reuse it.
~ Blossom Shower: Marluxia will jump into the air and surround himself with dangerous blade like flower petals before warping around an opponent and attacking from three different angles. If hit, the target is dealt light damage each time; however, the attack is far from over. Whether you are hit or not, Marluxia will slam into the ground attempting to hit you with his scythe while unleashing a shockwave that can cause even more damage to a target and knock a person or thing off balance (the chances of this is small). If by some miracle you are not grounded or you dodged all of that, Marluxia finishes this attack off by unleashing a shower of sharp flower petals afterward. The spread of petals is pretty wide and it takes some work to avoid them. If you hit by everything, you receive heavy damage…if you somehow don’t get hurt…well you were just lucky is all. It takes 4 posts for him to reuse this devastating move.
~Deathscythe: Marluxia will swing his deadly scythe three times in the direction of the opponent. When he does, he unleashes three powerful energy blades that correspond with each strike. These blows deal heavy damage if hit, so watch out for them. It takes 1 post to reuse.
~Flower Storm: Again from a distance, Marluxia will charge his scythe before unleashing three whirlwinds full of rose and blossom petals. It takes 1 post to cooldown.
