"Hey everybody Dewey here again finally staring up the Command Board for everyone to play. Sorry it took so long building the garden from the ground up was a lot harder than we thought it would be. Anyways as you can see the Garden as been all set up for you to play on (bigger picture available if you click it]. In this event a dice will be rolled for you and based on that roll tells you how many times you can move. And depending on the result you react accordingly. Remember - Blue Buttons: Where you get +3 Coins
- Red Buttons: Where you lose and get -3 Coins
- Green Buttons: Which will start special events
- Pete Buttons: Causes Pete to show up and do something good or back but at a heavy cost!
The goal of the game is to buy as many Crowns as you can from Queen Minnie as you can see her on the board! It coast 20 coins to buy a crown from here so be sure to save up your munny! There is also 2 gates in which you can see they cost 10 coins if you want them to open for you for a short cut. There is also an Item shop that I run where you can buy bonuses if you like! Sadly the Beagle Boys seemed to have snuck their way in here as well doing their own business. Probably gonna let you guys pay them off to steal coins or a crown from another player for a price, but you guys wouldn't do that right? Anyways here is the line up for the game, and next to your name your first dice roll! [there were problems with screen shots with my comp so you will have to trust me for not rigging the dice rolls, later rounds will have proof of roll] : - Marluxia - 6
- Nier - 4
- Altima - 2
- Faiz - 3
- Ysera - 5
- Vincent - 4
- Nero the Sable - 2
- Kadaj - 2
- Namine - 1
There is a special barrier around the board so all your abilities are canceled out, we're hoping this will stop you guys from fighting each other if you happen to land on the same space. Though if fighting does commence, or if the queen is in danger by any of you, since this is a pretty shady crowd, we have Master Eraqus outside the board watching the game to make sure everything is being played fair! Remember you have 2 days to post a response, and the staff will post an update once everyone has gone, or if you happen to land on a green spot or Pete button the staff will post after that person to describe the events. Have fun everybody! [ I believe I have covered anything if you're confused at all feel free to ask, Marly you're up ]

Marluxia had come to Disney Town to explore the colorful place and see what he could learn about it; however, instead of being able to explore like he had wanted, the Nobody found that when he stepped out of the Corridor, he had come to the town when it was having some form of celebration. While he had appeared in a more or less abandoned place, he could hear the sounds of people talking and laughing and smell a variety of foods that made even his stomach rumble, a reminder that he should eat at some point or else he’d end up wilting later. For the moment thought, the Nobody moved out of the ally he was in and began to look around the town. When he arrived at the main square, he couldn’t help, but be a bit shocked by how many people were gathered in the place. What on earth were they celebrating anyway? Surely, this place couldn’t always be this way…could it? The Nobdoy’s cold blue eyes looked around the brightly colored area. Hmph. It was hard to say.
In any case after wading through people and avoiding folk with messy snacks such as ice cream or nachos, the Nobody found himself getting wrapped in the energy and smiles of the place. While he didn’t have a Heart, there was something in him that was actually enjoying this event. And you know what? For once, Marluxia didn’t rebel against the joy or curiosity. He let himself get pulled into the festive mood, drifting here and there to explore whatever caught his fancy. Perhaps he could’ve continued this little bit of fun if he hadn’t become fascinated by this little thing called Command Boards. He was told when he asked about them that the command board was pretty much a challenge to see how many crowns could be collected. The one with the highest number won a prize in the end. Liking the idea of a challenge and the potential of being number one, Marluxia had signed up for the event not really sure what to expect, but never expecting that he himself would be the piece on the board to be moved by an unknown hand.
Yet here he was standing in at a corner of a large garden with different paths stretching this way or that and marked by colorful circles. He didn’t understand what they meant, but he did understand that finding the Queen and getting from her crowns before the others did was going to be his goal. He looked around the at the strange bunch gathered around him in the same corner. There was about 9 of them all together, but of the 9 only one could be the champion and that one would be him. With his mind set, he waited for a while longer for adjustments to be made and then after some more talking on the behalf of their host, a small duckling, there came a moment of random selecting where he was the first one called to make his move.
Being told to watch a big die that had appeared in the air, Marluxia watched as it was tossed by invisible hands bouncing around in the air as if it was on a table until the die finally came to a rest on the number 6. A number that dictated the amount of moves he was allowed to make, according to the duck. With the number given, Marluxia was encouraged to go left, so stepping forward, he followed this path: he stepped onto the red circle in front of him and then five blue circles later, he came to a rest on a...blue circle. Looking down at the blue circle he wondered if the circle's color meant anything and if so what would've happen if he had landed on something like that red one he had passed over first...or perhaps these colors meant nothing at all. Hmm...guess he'd have to wait and see.
(Since we are going left that puts him on a blue circle.)

Once Marluxia landed on the spot the blue spot glew for a second as three coins would have magically showed in front of him the size of mere quarters for him to take and collect.
After which a large dice was rolled in front of Nier that landed on 4 taking him to the forth blue spot toward the left, though he only received one coin.
Marluxia - 0 Crowns / 3 Coins Neir - 0 crowns / 1 coin

It took about every ounce of patience, something that should have been expended during the long term of existence the High-Seraph of Ivalice had been forced to maintain, to not twitch her eyes at what in the world had just happened. She can't even fathom the journey that led to such a predicament anymore. That's how bad this nightmare had gotten.
Everything just looked like a bad painting done by a pierrot thinking he was the creme de la crop. Bright colors, rounded edges, and just an overabundance of joy that almost symbolized an over saturated worm's bodily fluids. Then there were the citizens, ohhhh the citizens of this wretched town! It didn't matter who it was that walked in; they just went along and handed out their merry cheer like it was a girl calling for a client with some indecent exposure. There was just no other way to describe her current situation other than...
...ridiculous. [/style] | [atrb=vAlign,top][style=margin-top:5px; width: 90px; font-family: georgia; font-size: 10px; text-align: center; font-weight: bold; background-color: #680000; color: #f9f9f9; text-transform: uppercase; padding: 3px;]ACTIVE EFFECTS:[/style]

People she didn't know outside of a piece of dog filth that somehow trailed her no matter what. Even to the depths of a madman's drunken creation it seems. Altima was not one with the greatest sense of humor or tolerance to recurring jokes, and the repeated encounters with the excretion of a mongrel was really beginning to grow tiresome. It didn't matter. So long as none of them stood in her way from getting as far from this joke of a death trap, everything would be fine.
There were sounds of talking in the background, all of which drowned from her attention at a more serious matter. She couldn't channel a single speck of mana within her vessel. Now it was pretty clear and known to her that since being reborn into this time period, her existence was far from being complete. This though, this simply was mortifying to the angel. Nothing was there. She was unable to connect to any spiritual life form, unable to conjure any feeling of a spell's essence, and the worst of all of this would belong to the physical cage itself.
Altima's body felt weak. Weak as in someone thought it would be hilarious to strip her down to nothing and place her amongst other mortals. Her demonic energy and scionic power did not course through her petite body. She tested the theory by punching the ground with a fair bit of force. What should have occurred was a giant crater forming under the lucavi's natural physical fortitude. What came instead was a stinging pain spread all around the punching arm.
She was a mortal, 15 year old girl.
This was perhaps, the worst possible outcome for both her pride and battle wise. Altima did not like being the puppet to anybody, but now had no choice. She was a player to this game that normally would be the handicraft of her or Mateus's efforts. Altima did conceal her wings and red body suit under the woven cloak suitable to a high-bishop. Her wings took their place as a shoulder mantle, much like an embellishment to a piece of clothing.
Her attire and identity wasn't that well known, but the dog filth would expose her. If he didn't, then it would be the taunting road for him. Either choice would just be an ordeal to test her pride. Something she wondered if it would survive, since it was already shaken by this delusional world. [/style] | [atrb=vAlign,top][style=margin-top:5px; width: 90px; font-family: georgia; font-size: 10px; text-align: center; font-weight: bold; background-color: #680000; color: #f9f9f9; text-transform: uppercase; padding: 3px;]OTHERS[/style] [style= color: FFEAF2; font-size: 8px; font-family: century gothic;]Song- Change by MiWa | [atrb=vAlign, top][style=width: 305px; margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: justify; font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10px; padding-left: 5px; border-left: 1px dotted #b3b3b3;]A man stepped forth and moved along a marked road according to a number that had appeared in front of them. She also vaguely remembered acquiring some form of currency upon being placed here, which was unable of being thrown away by the keeper. Altima tried. For her efforts, the coins simply just respawned into the pocket her decorated clock had.
A second man moved, without much of a care. The tables then focused in on her, which she took as it was her turn to go. The great die said 2, and the path she was to take was lit. Altima said nothing, for nothing was needed. She couldn't risk exposing herself to any more of this insanity. Her mind would keep the plan simple: find a way out. And whatever this was, it was pretty clear the only way to leave was to play.
The angel rose and walked forth to the blue square that was designated for her. She loathed this, having to walk now like a hume. There would be hell to pay for this. Her red eyes scanned the area once she settled down, beginning to take mental notes of anything and everything that happened. No one gets away from treating her like this. Absolutely no one.[/style] |

Due to how late its getting in the competition and how slow things seem to be going everyone is now required to post within a 24 hour time period, rather than than the 48 hours before.

Also, it was more relaxing than attacking and guarding worlds which she had done most of the time so far. Seemingly she always fought against forces of Darkness, but a little game wasn't so bad either. The girl was far from a person that liked to play games and have ridiculous fun, but more of a very serious person.
To win, she had to make the right decisions it seems, and a lot of luck came looking upon it as well. Hopefully the dice would roll some good numbers. Looking at the path ahead of her, she noticed the first 'button' as the circular bits on the grassy ground were called, was a red one. She figured standing on it when not having any coins, it wouldn't take any from you.
Seeing they needed to get crowns, the Gria flapped out her wings and flew a bit up to take a better look around. Then she slowly descended back on the ground as she took a look at the other competitors. It appeared they placed a barrier in hopes that no one tried to kill each other, which seemed like a wise idea with the strange group. The Gria had left her bow behind, so she wouldn't be able to attack anyone and as she took a look at her ring, it seemed the magical power wasn't functioning with the barrier.
Ysera watched as the first man moved forward, the man then was given three coins as he came upon the blue button. The second man was more or less forced forward, perhaps a daydreamer, as he gained only a single coin, the Gria figured the man was taking too much time. Following him was a woman that looked more normal to her than the first two. The next also took quite some time before being similarly forced forward. The man did stand a bit out with clothing style.
Then the large die rolled for her and ended up on a '5'. Looking ahead, it was the only still free blue button within the number range the die had. Only the first button, a red one, wasn't having someone, so she wondered what would happen with the next, were they all joining them on a button?
Not bothered by all this, the Gria flapped her wings again as she rose up in the air and flew over the three people that had left the start area before her and after the first man in the black coat. The woman on the second button, the exotic man on the third, and the one that looked like some heavy hunter/warrior classed person. She wondered what kind of job class could be assigned to the sturdy man, but left that thought out as she landed on her button. She held her hands out for her coins. So three coins, she thought to herself, wondering how this game will function. [/style]

A crimson cloak marked the arrival of one Vincent Valentine as he entered Disney Town. Things had been quiet for a while and his intel told him that the movements of the enemy were taking a break here in Disney Castle itself. So, why not keep an eye on everything, as well as see what all these events were about? Normally, he would have kept away from such colorful and lively events, but his intuition told him to stay to make sure all the residents were having a peaceful co-existance in happiness. That's what he was fighting for, right? A world without the sins of the past, with instead the bright clear skies of the future?
There had been a large board that had been set up that particularly caught his intrigue, and his tattered cape billowed in the light breeze behind him as he wandered over to examine it. Immediately, he noticed the assortment of known villains that had also been attracted to the event along with some familiar heroic faces such as Naminé, and others he had not seen before. It seemed that Disney Castle was all too familiar of villains coming to raid it for the Cornerstone and it's structure guarding it, so it seemed like a paling of magic had been set up to stop their super-human powers from waging all-out war. This seemed prudent when one girl in red started to punch the ground, which had no effect, but looked as if she was expecting more with the force she put behind it. Of particular note, Kadaj and Nero were here, but as long as the paling was in effect there should be no cause for concern.
He decided to enter the event, even though he would be competing with fellow friends and associates he was on friendly terms with, such as Naminé. The rules were explained and dice rolls followed, first to see who would go first, then the number of spaces there were to move. Vincent watched as people moved before him, like pieces of a chess board moving down the spaces, until it came to his turn. He had rolled a four, and so walked the appropriate number of spaces down from the start to land on a simple blue space. He understood that the coins earned were different from gil or from the universal munny currency, that the aim of the game was to find Minnie and buy a crown from her. Likely from how long the day would last for them to complete one turn, at this pace it seemed like a race, for the first person who would buy the star was most likely the winner.
As his golden pointed boots stepped their way over to his space, he landed on the same space as a young man with white hair. Turning to face him side-on, her didn't really make much of an effort to speak or even notice him, staring up the path into the depths of the unknown living board game. Apparently there were other characters on the board besides Minnie. Pete was a familiar character that was the enemy of the king and a aid of Malificent, and the rules explained that he would either do something bad or good if someone landed on his button. There were also some people called the 'Beagle Boys' he haadn't heard of yet, but would be interested to gather data on them as well, his red eyes shifting up to the start of the board to nod to Naminé and watch as Nero the Sable, one of his nemesis, went next.

Perhaps ... This time I will ...
Nero stared, in his own way, at the darkness ahead of him. Though it seemed like nothing was there, he was very aware that, if he were to split it at this point, he was happen into another world. It was difficult to use his portals now that there were multiple worldy destinations, as opposed to just various points on a single world. But, he was desperate to find his way back to Gaia and search for Weiss. Desperate enough to open each individual portal until he found what he was looking for, even if it involved traversing several other strange, confusing worlds and ... interactions with others. The types of things that the Tsviet wasn't well accustomed to, and never would be.
Readying himself for whatever may be on the other side, the Sable cautiously opened the portal and stepped out. He expected to fall a short distance, and then use his darkness to glide down, preferring to scope out a world for a few moments before falling into the area. Nero was quite surprised when he attempted to will his darkness forward and nothing happened. An alien emotion emerged, primal fear, and the man quickly braced himself for impact with the ground. His legs easily buckled underneath of him as he hit, and he attempted to gracefully tumble into the crowd ahead. Nero managed to stop before bowling into anyone, or anything, and he quickly got to his feet to assess the situation while ignoring the few sounds of concern around him.
What he saw almost set on an immediate headache.
Had he fallen into a cartoon? Not that the Tsviet knew much about cartoons, but that was the only description besides ridiculous he could come up with shortly. Everything was oddly colored, alive, and bouncy. The citizens of the strange world were cheerful and happy, happily chatting amongst each other and seemingly enjoying some sort of festivities. Nero was careful to dodge as many of them as he could as he scouted the area, only stopping permanently once he had glanced down to something on the ground by his feet.
However, he wasn't looking at his boots. Well, to be more precise, he wasn't looking at the boots he'd been accustomed to seeing for the past few years. What he saw instead was a familiar, worn black pair that had baggy pants tucked into them. How ... could he not have noticed that? Crimson eyes quickly swept over the rest of his body, curious to see what else had changed between his descent from the portal into this new world. His arms were bare, but not tattoed, as he expected, and he was wearing black gloves. The sleeveless shirt was rough and heavy, and set a little too loose on his smaller frame. It took another second to click, My old SOLDIER uniform ... of course. The only difference between his dark uniform and that of other Soldier operatives was, of course, the Deepground insignia on his belt. Curious, slender finger touched his face, and Nero was surprised to find it bare. A little more quick exploration found a thin, white bandage over the bridge of his nose, and a white headband keeping his hair from falling completely into his face, reminiscent of the mask that should be there. Unfortunately, the metal, clawed wings remained, but that was something he could deal with.
Nero grinned with maniacal glee, free from the confines of the damnable uniform forced onto him by the scientists of Deepground. He could finally- .... Wait. The sable haired man frowned and continued to walk, indirectly towards a large board that a few others were gathered around. He couldn't summon his darkness. He could feel it, locked deep down inside of him, but nothing he did could grasp control of it. The more he focused on it, it actually felt like the suit was still in place ... an illusion, perhaps? How cruel, to give him his freedom and yet take it away, at the same time. Unconsciously, he signed up for the event that was apparently taking place at this board. He stood there silently, watching as others signed up and scoping out the ones who already had while he was still attempting to grasp some of his power.
The Sable was fairly certain that he wasn't the only one who seemed to have stumbled into this situation. However, all of his attention to the others was quickly diverted away when a familiar face entered the scene. The mighty Valentine Nero sneered sarcastically in his mind, though he remained impassive on the outside other than narrowing his eyes a margin. So, Vincent Valentine was alive and well .. and signing up for this strange event as well? So be it. Any triumph over Valentine was worth it, especially now that they seemed to be on even ground. Turning his attention to the others for a bit confirmed his suspicions. No one could use their powers. Wonderful.
Nero watched and listened to the judge of this event, a talking duck, explained the rules and how to play and win. It all seemed simple enough. Collect enough coins, buy a crown, win the game. He'd never really played any games before this, so .. his experience on such a thing was limited at best. He watched as the other contestants moved to their spaces, each landing on a certain spot. So far, they'd all managed to land on blue spaces, which highly outnumbered any other spaces on the board. His crimson eyes watched Valentine carefully as the man went. The Tsviet's roll was less than satisfactory, a two, but he'd manage. As usual, he would start further back and behind the scenes, and then work his way forward and past the rest.
That was the plan, anyway. Nero stepped forward two spaces, landing on a blue space. He was the furthest back so far, but that hardly mattered if they were rolling random numbers. He glanced back to the starting space, noticing that a young man with short, silver hair and a young, blonde girl were the only ones still waiting to get onto the board. The Sable turned his attention forward once more, sending a silent glare to Valentine before observing the rest of the board. This would prove an ... interesting experience, at least.

Marluxia simply grumbled inwardly after the first move was made and three gold coins appeared in front of him. Holding out his hand, he let the coins fall into the palm of his hand before carefully placing them within his cloaked. He notice that only three had appeared making him wonder just how much he’d needed to get a crown…or how long it would take to get said crown for that matter. The Nobody turned slightly on his spot on the blue circle and looked over at the crowd at the “start” area. As he looked at both familiar and unfamiliar faces, he took note that there was quite a crowd and from the looks of it, like himself everyone was playing the game. Meaning he’d have to wait for all those people to go before moving again. Marluxia sighed at that thought.
He didn’t like waiting one bit and while this competition may have sound fun and challenging when he signed up, at the moment it was plain boring and he didn’t like that either; however, he couldn’t escape. His powers had been locked as it seemed that everyone else's were too. It was a nuisance, he’d simply have to deal with, so while he waited he could just observe what others did. The next to go was a white haired man. He was dragged forward by some unseen force before being placed on one of the blue circles receiving a coin. It was a strange thing to see and even stranger to see an award come from, but he suppose like his castle this board had its own set of rules everyone had to follow. Anyway, the next person that moved was a woman in crimson, but unlike the white haired man she moved on her own accord and seemed to be reward with more coins than the one forced forward. The people that followed behind her pretty much followed the same pattern. As before it was boring to watch, so when Marluxia saw that a strange lady with funny clothing was right behind him, he looked forward once more refusing to acknowledge her or the others any further.
It didn’t matter who or what these people were as long as he won. So he stayed where he was waiting impatiently for the die to give him his next number. When it finally did appear and another six was rolled, Marluxia was all too happy to move, to do something besides waiting. He traveled across a blue circle, two reds and two more blues before landing on a strange circle with some form of print on it. Seeing no coins appear, he looked down at the strange print, taking in the cat like head with a grin so ridiculous that it actually agitated the Nobody. Frowning, he glared coldly at the circle that seemed to mock him. Just what was this? And why did he suddenly feel uneasy about being in this spot?

And just like that, this strange game was underway.
Nier examined the single coin in his hand, mysteriously awarded to him after he had moved to the die’s whim. Best that he could tell it was the space that had awarded him the piece of currency, which itself appeared oddly cartoonish in nature. He immediately suspected that such a thing would be worthless outside of the game, if even he found a method by which to smuggle it. So it had in-game applications, then? Perhaps toward this mysterious goal of obtaining a “crown”? He shrugged to himself, taking the coin out of sight and out of mind. There was really no point in thinking about it too much. He was more of a doer, and it was by doing that he would find his answers.
All around him the other players were settling in. It was when the long-haired brunet made his move that he noticed something though; the game presented him with three of the coins, rather than Nier’s one. He blinked, his curiosity welling. A quick glance determined that their spaces were not visibly different. And for that matter he had moved farther. When the partially-masked man also received his three coins the swordsman was especially puzzled. Was the amount random? He looked around to see what the others had gotten, but found no luck on that front. Perhaps it was because he had hesitated in moving, unlike the others?
The rose-haired man began to move again, which signified that Nier was next. Casting another brief glance to the man in red who had ended up in his proximity, he turned to observe his new roll. Three. It was less than before, but progress was progress he guessed. He took the appropriate amount of strides, ending up just before a series of red spaces. He wasn’t sure of they had a payout like the blue. The blonde girl had stepped on one, but he didn’t think he recalled seeing her get anything for her trouble. Best to be safe for now.

Very little conversations, some dragged their feet, and others weren't worth remembering or mentioning. It was rather pathetic, but she could see that there wasn't just one person here who was either glad or upset at the barrier's powers. She wouldn't be surprised if a warrior of the light was paying attention to this turn of events. Looking back on her earlier action, it did seem suspicious for a girl like she appeared to be, do what was done. Alma Beoulve's body wasn't exactly emitting the whole, tomboyish appeal.
'I would rather be deflowered and ravaged by the Ochu's of Dolbador Swamp before degrading my pattern of speech.' That's what servants were for anyways. For those long, painful moments of being in a confined area with two others was beyond insulting. She was not a girl waiting for public transportation! Her hand stretched out and met with an unseen force that kept them all in place until their turn it seems. The creator of this game fell further and further within Altima's favor list, as she mentally cursed the slow pace this ordeal was moving at.
Her mind had recalled the order in which she had to move, and the number to go was five. Much better than last time, but wasn't enough to end this childish charade. No roll with a single die could do that, and all she could do was play along to this sorry excuse of entertainment. She made every attempt to move past the crowd before her with haste. In that hurry, the young girl had clumsily bumped into what appeared to her as a Gria of Ivalice. Two things fouled her mood at that moment: the first being that her lack of familiarity with mortal movement was growing more cumbersome by the second, and the second was teh presence of an Ivalice born existence.
Altima had tripped from the exchange, but righted herself relatively quickly. Her crimson eyes met with the Gria's briefly, easily long enough to paint a mental picture of what she had gone through. After all, her magical abilities were all sealed, so everything about her vessel now followed the laws of the human realm. The fallen seraph scoffed for a moment, and spun around to finish her journey to the designated tile.
No words were needed. It was just a momentary phase of helplessness. Her mind went into deep thoughts, while subconsciously accepting the falling pieces of currency. [/style] |

As Marluxia landed on the Pete button, said Cat seemed to have come out of no where jumping onto the space in front of the nobody. Probably shaking the ground lightly from his weight alone, the fat cat kinda hoping to knock the poor soul down. "Hahahahaha! You landed on my space chum now, and now you and all yur gaming buddies are gonna pay the price!" Pete laughed more as suddenly a single Komory Bat popped up, one for every person on the field. Each attaching a person with a Supersonic.
objective: Defend yourself and fight back against the Komory Bat Those who fight gain +5 coins, those whose turn has to be skipped get none.
