"Man, I don't get it. We've been at peace for so long and now we have these reports coming in from Timber that say they've been launching small skirmishes against Galbadia."
"Yeah... I mean, Galbadia did oppress them at one time, but that's in the past, right? I thought they had forgiven Galbadia."
"Well, until we are sure of what's going on, let's keep our wits about us."
The woman who just spoke was Edea Kramer and with her were the White SeeDs, orphans under her care who eventually became her bodyguards after a fashion. She had just come back from a visit to Fisherman's Horizon and she had arrived at Balamb in the middle of the night. Due to the new attacks coming from Timber, safety was top priority and the last thing she needed was to be kidnapped and used as leverage to force Balamb to surrender. Hence, the guard detail. They walked silently through the streets of Balamb, the only sound being the waves of the sea crashing against the shore. From here, it was a simple matter of getting a rental car and driving to the Garden, which Cid had decided to land at its former home.
Edea was just going down the main road when she heard a noise. It was an odd noise, like a strange gurgling sound. It was coming from an alleyway. Edea didn't even have to say the words for the White SeeDs to pull out their weapons and begin investigating the alleyway. The sound was heard again and it sounded like a gurgling combined with chuckling. Edea was on edge... ever since she passed on her Sorceress powers to Rinoa, she was left without the magical power she once had. The trio of White Seeds walked back and smiled. "It's alright, there's nothing the-" Suddenly, a huge hand made of Darkness rocketed out of the shadows and grabbed the SeeD by the torso. He screamed as he was dragged back into the shadows, followed by the other two SeeDs with him. The remaining members pulled out their guns, but strange black creatures appeared out of the shadows and attacked them. One young SeeD named Roland grabbed Edea and lead her to the car rental business. They needed to get a car and drive to the Garden, pronto. However, as they neared it, they saw a man in a nice suit, with green hair and a fedora low over his face, twirling a butterfly knife around his fingers and leaning against the car. His shadow seemed to extend far, farther than what should be normal. In fact, it extended all the way to the alleyway...
"Well... hello there, Ex-Sorceress."
------------
A few days later...
A meeting was being held in Balamb Garden, in Cid's Office in particular. The attacks coming from Timber had escalated and Cid was now afraid for his wife's life. Sure, Edea survived the ambush, along with Roland the White SeeD, but no one else had. Thus, he sent a few of his own SeeDs to investigate the town of Timber. Things just weren't adding up. Timber was a small town and couldn't have mustered the forces necessary to conduct an ambush so far from home. Even if they did, Balamb had saved Timber from Galbadia's oppression. Why would they attack them? The only answer Cid could come up with was a grudge against Edea... but he had announced that she was no longer a danger to anyone, hadn't he? This was a mess. Edea was at the meeting and holding up somewhat better than her husband. Cid sighed... where was Squall when he needed him? He stood up and began to speak before the various dignitaries of the world (aside from Esthar. No need getting Laguna mixed up in this trivial matter.)
"Ladies. Gentlemen. I'm sure you know why you are here. Timber's attacks are getting more and more frequent. They have even recently attacked my wife, killing several White SeeD officers in the process. Given the size of their population and lack of military force, we were at a loss of how they managed this. I sent some of my own SeeD members to investigate the town and their search has brought up many illuminating things. Namely, the rumor that the one leading these attacks is a woman. A woman by the name of Sorceress Azalea."
Murmurs sprung up from this. "But... Isn't that Rinoa girl the only Sorceress left? How could there be another?" Cid nodded. "I thought the same as you. Perhaps there are other lines of sorceresses or perhaps Rinoa has passed on her powers. I have not personally spoken to her in ages, so the latter is possible, but unlikely. However, the rumor only solidifies with this next piece of information. Her forces do not merely include humans. She has recruited creatures the likes of which I have never seen." Cid then passed around pictures of Heartless to the dignitaries, where murmurs continue to persist. "We are clearly dealing with a woman who has extraordinary control over unknown monsters. If Timber is allowed to continue these attacks, they will only grow stronger and more determined. I fear we may be staring war in the face, unless we can figure out how to appease this "Azalea."
Suddenly, the TV behind Cid began flickering to life...

"Hehehehehehehehe~!"
The feminine voice came from the screen behind Cid. "This is rather fun!" The voice was quite amused as she tilted her head a bit. "Let me begin by introducing myself to you all. My name is Azalea." The young girl stated before shutting her eyes to smile for the camera. "I'm rather sure that the headmaster has spoken up about my presence by now. I will tell you, however, that this is my only warning. No harm has befallen anyone of any importance yet...." She continued as she gestured for the air quotes with a roll of her eyes. "As you fear, I am much stronger than your previous Sorceress. However, in a strange twist of fate I am not one. I am much worse...and it may be in your best interest to give me exactly what I want." She smiled sweetly as she leaned against the wall behind her. The room she was in was quite dark compared to the garden. The girl ran an hand through her hair as she fixed it before continuing. Her body language was sure to convey that she was not playing games, as if her actions so far hadn't proven that. She leaned forward toward the camera to smirk a bit. "What I want, is Timber's true freedom. You all believe that you haven't been oppressing them since the war, that Edea is no longer a threat. I am here to finally speak up that you are wrong. All the actions taken since the starting of this war has oppressed and continue to oppress Timber!" She snapped before laughing again. Her tone had become a tad mad as she spoken. A whisper of darkness in her address to the people.
"If we do not get what we demand, I assure you that there will be far more blood spilled to accomplish our means. I will not rest until we have our freedom to act once more without the constant reminder that we cannot. My comrades in arms are here to help accomplish this and will be lavishing the thought of taking lives. Headmaster Cid....Ex-Sorceress....everyone....you have been warned. Hell hath no fury like a nation scorned...." She chuckled a bit before smiling. "I thought that went quite well! Don't you? Oh. It's not off? Well.... this is rather awkward." The young girl made an awkward face before the camera cut out, the television going to static.
Azalea stretched as she walked off set, smiling at the reflection of her deceased brother. "I will protect you, Aius. I will make Tenebra proud. I will make the light suffer for trying to harm you.... I think I do rather well at being the darkness for a change. We will make people see our way. That the darkness isn't always evil. We just need to do some bad things...but the good will outweigh it." She was naive in her assumption, blinded by the illusion she refused to see, twisted mad at the darkness now flowing threw her. Tenebra had a permanent hold on her heart and mind now. Azalea wasn't aware that she was now completely at Tenebra's beck and call, that her own will was lost in the darkness. "Now things are about to get interesting...."

Tracking Azalea and pinpointing her location had been a tougher task than Selena had originally thought. She had first attempted to locate her at urban areas on certain worlds they've had previously encountered such as Twilight Town and Radiant Garden but then set her sights on some of the otherwise obscure places that Azalea may be such as the Deep Jungle. The dark keybearer had then returned to the last place where she encountered her, La Cite Des Cloches, on high guard due to the previous circumstances during the encounter. It wasn't until Selena bounded for this world that any progress about Azalea's whereabouts began to show. The rumors of a "new sorceress" murmured from the citizens of this world and word of the Timber attacks were her only possible clues to go on despite the fact that the new "sorceress" may as well be someone else.
Although her concern of the 'Tenebra' entity as well as the Heartless posing as the brother has her on high guard, her unvoiced worry for the seemingly naive keybearer won her over and thus the need to find any clue or answer on both beings were put on hold. Her main objective is to locate Azalea and figure out what the hell was going on as the dark keybearer knew that the girl was not herself back at the La Cite Des Cloches.
Infiltrating Balamb Garden was simpler and easier than trying to pinpoint the young woman's location herself. The cloaked Selena had heard of an attack on the previous sorceress life that had left several dead and slipped through like a shadow. It didn't take her long to find that there was a meeting held in a "Cid's" office and found that no one was guarding the door. It was alright for her though, the dark keybearer didn't need to enter or even watch. Her listening ears were enough to observe the group without needing to glance in and possibly get caught.
The dark keybearer listened and recalled meeting Rinoa back at Agrabah. With strange things going on, she didn't doubt that the woman she had met on that desert world is the same Rinoa that they briefly spoke of. She made a mental to get in touch with the sorceress immediately after leaving this world to help repair any damage the other keybearer may have already done or at least reassure the people here that she wasn't dead. Selena froze when she heard Azalea's voice. It was her voice, but the words and the tone they were spoken in did not sound like her at all. That cannot be her. Before Selena could stop herself, she had already taken glanced in through the doorway in time to recognize the figure on their television right before camera went out. It was her.
Selena quickly began to walk away from the room. She did not need to be discovered here nor did she need to remain here. Right now, the dark keybearer was back to her original objective to locate the other keybearer and pull her off this world before she could interfere with this world any further. But she needed to hurry and find her. Hopefully, the cloaked woman can catch Azalea before she could do anything rash that she may regret later on.

The bar in the Balamb hotel was crammed and packed with out of town guests this afternoon, from all over the area. Many people, whether they were fishermen enjoying a break on their lengthy shifts, or sailors that had just arrived from a voyage across the bay, sat at the tables and bar to enjoy warm food and beverages. It was the official local hangout for those also waiting on the next train to depart for Timber, as well as the Garden cadets who were training to become future SeeDs. Each table had its own set group of characters, with the burly and vulgar sailors exchanging jokes, the travelers reciting tales from the likes of Dollet, Winhill and FH, better known to the world as Fisherman's Horizon. The Cadets talked about their studies and the pain of the Training Center at the Garden, whilst the bartenders did their best to babysit the indulging drinkers on the stools.
In the back of the bar, away from the other guests underneath a dusty old window, at a lone table sat a dark enigmatic figure. Vanitas sat with his feet upon the surface of the dusty wood, with his chair leaned back and against the wall, with his arms crossed over his chest. His mask remained stooped to appear as though he was enjoying a deep sleep, as the light of the sun outside reflected off his features. Nobody dared to make motion to approach the mysterious dark clad figure in the corner, simply for the unnerving feeling he seemed to radiate, though many assumed he had been napping since they arrived. The noise of this place was bothersome, but that was to be expected among people as ignorant as the present company, for such were the natures of weak hearts.
A strong aura of darkness had called out to Vanitas when he was visiting the city of Alexandria a few days prior, and it was enough to intrigue him to the point it was worth investigating. Master Xehanort had yet to reveal himself and the extent of his plans to his Apprentice, and without any contact since his revival, Vanitas began to wonder whether the old coot was around at all. Did Terra defeat him in the Keyblade Graveyard that fateful day? Did the Master prove to be successful in acquiring another asset for his end goals? After losing to Ventus inside their Dive for the X-Blade, Vanitas could not recall what had happened after that. The aura that had caught his attention though, was strong enough on level that it could have been mistaken for Xehanort, yet he could not be certain from another world away. Luckily this water based world was nearby, and did not take long to travel to in the Lanes Between. The power he felt was significant enough, that it very well could have been the Master, and he was simply regaining his lost senses after a decade of slumber.
Vanitas watched the occupants of the bar with intense yellow eyes behind the black glass of his mask, surveying each of them for any hint or trace of darkness. Much to his disappointment there were all traces of light blended with what he found, and nothing was near as significant as what he had sensed a few days ago. The crisis of a city called Timber littered the newscast on the television screen hanging upon the wall above the bar, which had formerly garnered his attention on his arrival, but lost interest since the drunkards showed up. The noise in here was so loud he could no longer hear what was being said, but he ascertained that attacks by extremist groups in the town had been making moves against forces from another, whose name he did not manage to hear. Dollet perhaps? Winhill? Any of these idiots yelling about their travels and stories had given enough names to go off of, yet only the name Timber stood out on the text on the screen.
He knew he was in Balamb, as evident by the sign on the outside of the hotel, though he didn't have the faintest idea where in this world that was. No maps had been around to have a glimpse of, so Vanitas only found himself going off what he had encountered thus far. He wasn't exactly feeling ambitious to explore this world to its fullest, and was in no rush to uncover the source of this dark aura. Nobody had been around barking orders to lure someone here, or kidnap somebody there, and so the Masked Boy seemed to have all the time in the world to himself. It was unusual to grasp at first, but the more he indulged in his freedom, the more he seemed to grow fond of doing things his own way for once. It was then that an emergency broadcast came on the television, which caught the attention of everyone in the bar, as they all grew quiet to whispers.
Vanitas took notice of this and looked around the room again to examine them, and saw they were all watching the screen. Turning his head slightly and laying his golden eyes on the television, the image of a blond girl with purple eyes came after the emergency graphic. She stood in a darkened room, bearing a smirk that told beyond words of an underlying deviousness. This girl began to talk about the rumors surrounding her presence, of which Vanitas had not heard even a whisper. He heard about a sorceress here and there, but paid it no mind, seeing it as a dead and idle threat. This girl, Azalea as she had said, began to brag about herself being far more powerful than this sorceress, before she went on to make threats. They surrounded the same town on the news, Timber, and vied for its freedom lest her forces begin to spill the blood of her enemies.
A dark eyebrow raised at the sound of these words, as Vanitas began to ponder the likelihood that these threats could escalate into a full blown conflict, filled to the brim with negative emotions. Were that to happen, his Unversed would be able to feed off of these, and grow further in strength to potentially become a formidable threat once more. Those connected to him now were barely of use against the likes of Aqua and Ventus, and until he returned to face his other Half, Vanitas knew that he had to strengthen the Unversed to their full potential again. Azalea continued her speech until it came to an unusual ending, and the screen turned to static before again returning to the regular news broadcast. Many people in the bar began murmuring after hearing that girl's words, and great concern seemed to be gripping the roots of all their conversations. Vanitas turned his eyes to the door of the bar as he felt another presence at that moment, one not a far distance from himself, strong of heart with a mixture of darkness and light more potent than these mere civilians.
Darkness enveloped his form as he took a Corridor of Darkness, leaving his seat empty, which remained propped against the wall. It was time to do some hunting.

These were tense time for the great nation of Galbadia. They were struggling to make themselves look better to the rest of the world, while still holding internal, stability. It was a tough time, though things were looking up for the Empire ever since the new president took over. He had been working overtime going from place to place making economic and political deals with the Estharians and giving motivational speeches every few weeks to the people to boost morale and give hoped to a more prosperous future. The new president wanted things to get better and he hoped they would, that was until a month or so ago.
The small town of Timber during the old president's rule had been trouble makers, but were never a serious problem. Now though they were attacking Galbadian patrols, and causing trouble all over the Timber area. Armand, was in the presidential estate watching another news broadcast about more Galbadian's being attacked. This was not a good situation along with that Deling City had been getting a load of Refugees who have been avoiding the entirety of the Timber area as to avoid the conflicts and be safe.
As Armand continued to watch the broadcast he couldn't but breath deep and just rub his forehead. His friend Elliot who was also his most trusted guard stood behind the president keeping watch. "How did things get so bad with Timber so quick?" Armand asked and a very low depressed voice. " I don't know sir," Elliot replied keeping watch. Armand grunted before saying in an almost angry tone, "For the last time Elliot call me Armand, I get it I'm the president, but that doesn't make me any less of your friend." Armand sighed before saying in a sort of ashamed voice, "Hey look man I'm sorry it's just these last few weeks or so have been tough you know."
Elliot nodded silently before saying, " I understand Armand." This made Armand do a partial grin, before it all evaporated again as his thoughts were brought back to the TV report. "Just how did they mobilize so many forces so quick this just seems inhuman," Armand grumbled. "We have scouts around the area of Timber that don't understand it either Armand," Elliot said in a monotone voice. This just seemed so unreal to Armand, he hadn't seen resistance this large since the assault on Esthar. He didn't know what to do.
"What am I too do, I don't want this to end in violence, but Damnit," Armand said in an angry tone as he turned off the TV. Elliot approached his old friend placing his hand on his shoulder saying, "Armand you do what is necessary, the protection of the people comes before the political identity you give yourself, you should get some sleep." Armand nodded up to his friend saying, "I know, thankyou Elliot I think I will."
Though before the President could prepare himself for bed a messenger ran in saying, "Sir sir, urgent message from Cid of Balamb he is calling all the dignitaries of the world together on the basis of the recent Timber Attacks, it will be held in two days’ time." Armand nodded before saying, "Very good dismissed." With that they both exchanged salutes and the messenger left.
After the messenger left Armand turned to Elliot, "Change of plans though this is short term this could work in our advantage arrive at the guardian under the cover of night, tonight, if we travel right." Elliot nodded saying, "But what of you this can't be good for your health."
Armand grunted saying, "Screw my health we leave tonight I sleep in the car." With that Armand went to his door and called for the two guards guarding his door. "Change of plans get a convoy of two armored vehicles and my personal vehicle around back quick and call some of the officers to come along." With that both the guards sped off, as Armand walked over to his closet. He found his military armor, and put it on before shoving aside a few other clothes revealing his beauty. A Galbadian issue Sniper Rifle. He slung it over his back, and signaled for Elliot to follow as they made their way to where the cars were parked.
Elliot stopped the president before he stepped in the president's limousine. "Armand if I may suggest drive in one of the armored transports, if anyone is out for you your main car is where they will look." Armand chuckled and smiled for the first time in awhile before saying, "Smart man, fine I trust your advice." With that Armand climbed in one of the armored transport cars along with Elliot and 3 other soldiers, and with that all the cars sped off.
Nearly half the way to Dollet, before a soldier who had been sitting on the passenger seat said, "Sir come up front you may want to see this," With that a flush of fears drove through Armand's mind what was happening now. He got to the front of the vehicle only to see the limousine was spiraling out of control before crashing and exploding into a fiery mess. "Planted bombs perhaps," Armand said before continuing, "Floor it we need to reach Dollet before Day breaks." If he had been in that vehicle he would be dead. Leave it to Elliot to save him again. When Armand made his way to the back of the vehicle he patted Elliot's shoulder saying, "My friend trust you to be right again." Elliot simply nodded before saying, "It is my job as both your guard and friend Armand."
With that the vehicle sped forward not stopping for anything till they finally reached Dollet, even then they sped all the way through the streets before arriving at the docks. When the vehicles stopped a few Dollet guards approached the vehicles as the Galbadian soldiers jumped out. "Wha- What is the meaning of this sending a military brigade into our city," One of the guards said to which Armand replied, "I am deeply sorry but we got the call from Cid and we are trying to make it to the Garden As soon as possible."
The guards looked between each other saying, "Okay but only the President and two guards go, just for our own safety reasons." Elliot was about to protest before Armand interrupted saying, “Understood just want to make it in time you know, come Elliot and Lieutenant Samuel." Though it did suck it was understandable Galbadia and Dollet have had steady relations ever since the Raid on Dollet a few years ago. Ever since then they've been hesitant with large numbers of Galbadian Soldiers in their city. Armand turned back to his troops before saying, "Safe travels back home keep the city safe." With that they exchanged salutes and Armand and his two guards followed as the Dollet Guards ushered them onto a few transport ships.
The ships flew across the water as they headed straight for Balamb though Armand had different ideas. Armand asked for rather than being dropped off at Balamb if they could be left on the beaches near the town as to avoid being seen. The boat drivers obliged and by the time the boats hit land it was morning. Armand was starting to grow exhausted but they were almost there, he could even see the garden in the distance. "Come Armand let's be swift," Elliot said as he ushered Armand forward but as they rushed off the beach they saw strange black creatures appear like the ones helping the Timber rebels.
They were two pitch black creatures hunched over. Armand grunted as he hefted his gun off his back, and fired slicing through one as Armand peeled through the other. With that that behind them some more of the creatures started to appear. "Elliot let's get out of here now," Armand said as he loaded a special bullet of his own creation and fired it int the ground in front of the creatures covering the ground in oil, at which point Elliot pulled Armand his way as Armand, Elliot, and the Lieutenant sprinted as fast as they could not looking back until they reached the garden. By then it was mid-day and Armand was about to pass out, by the time a few SeeDs greeted the president, "Well you're here early, we have some rooms available till the meeting tomorrow."
Armand looked at Elliot before chuckling and saying, "You know rooms sound great." With that once Armand found his room he passed out on the bed for the entire day. These type of nights take a heavy toll on the president, though he was glad he could make it, that was a relief. Quite a few hours later a SeeD came into Armand' room gently tapping him saying, "It's time Cid is calling for you in his office." Armand yawned and rubbed his eyes as he spotted Elliot in his room as well. "Lieutenant Samuel is still resting," Elliot said to which Armand nodded in response.. He was still in his official clothes so that was one problem solved. He yawned a second time saying," Lead the way." And so he was led to Cid's office. He saw the delegates form varies other parts of the world, and he took his designated seat with his loyal guard sitting beside him, as Cid finally came out and started to speak.
So the Rebels are attacking SeeDs also strange. So the Galbadians weren't there only targets, but why SeeDs and the attempted Abduction of the old sorceress. Something was up here. Armand continued to listen as the headmaster continued to speak. A Sorceress strange, but wasn't Rinoa the only sorceress, Armand thought to himself though he could here others saying the same. This didn't seem right at all and if she was a sorceress how much of a threat would she be, and how did she even gain momentum. Something here screamed strange.
Then the TV flickered behind Cid as a girl was shown and she started to speak about how Timber is fighting back and how they've actually been oppressed. What, that is complete lies, Armand though to himself as the girl continued who revealed herself to be the sorceress in question. As well she wanted to spill more blood, though the words should have been more Galbadian blood, Armand knew that to be true. She seemed like a common terrorist to him, but everything screamed wrong. How did she gain momentum of such a large caliber.
"That girl speaks lies we haven't been oppressing Timber that ended with the old president hitting the hay," Armand said annoyed, "So she wants to needlessly spill the blood of my people for what a title, of sovereignty!"
Armand was getting himself worked up but he didn't care at this point. "Deling has been getting Refugees from Timber because of this rebel's violence, and she thinks us wrong the nerve! Sounds like a power hungry woman if you ask me!" Armand said standing up, but Elliot pulled him down saying, "You are getting worked up please calm down Armand." Armand tried to calm himself down as he waited to here what the lavished Cid had to say next.

Armand's heart was not the only one struck by Azalea's words. Cid frowned at the television as the girl spoke. It was clear that Timber's freedom was not the true purpose of this woman's actions. Chaos. Chaos and destruction. He then noticed her little mistake before the TV turned off. Interesting. It told Cid that the girl was unused to delivering threats over TV. He then noticed movement by the door. An intruder? A spy? Cid would have to check the cameras later, as Armand had reacted in anger at that point, to which Cid deeply sympathized. It was Galbadia who had been trying so hard to rebuild everything, especially their reputation. Now it seemed Azalea was intent on tearing that down. Cid turned to Armand and nodded. "Yes, your associate is right, Armand. Please try and compose yourself." Cid sat down and his wife put a hand on his shoulder to comfort him. Cid continued to speak.
"It would appear our enemy does not intend to be negotiated with. I was afraid of this. She may also be using Timber for her own personal agenda, whatever that might be. Regardless, we are rapidly approaching another war, ladies and gentlemen. When my wife and I created SeeD, its purpose was to destroy the Sorceress that plagued our world. Now, a new, more dangerous threat has made itself known, but SeeD's purpose is still the same. I will dispatch my own SeeD members to Timber immediately to combat this threat. I ask for your support in this endeavor. We must stand united against this Azalea or she will destroy us. Do you agree?

Azalea sat in the abandoned building that Tenebra had arranged. She was alone in the room with Aius as she swung her feet back and forth in the chair. The woman kicked at the dust on the floor as she let out a bored sigh. "It sucks having to be so patient. I just want to go make our attacks. We know they're not going to give up the territory." She reasoned with Aius. He had been rather quiet recently. It was quite boring talking to herself. Or, that is what it felt like for the most part.
The keybearer ended up pacing a lot, practicing a few keyblade swings, and staring out the window. It had been long enough as she watched the sun in the sky. It was beginning to get late and she knew that the demands had not been met. She turned and headed toward the attic door but Aius caught her arm, shaking his head. Azalea rolled her eyes and pulled her arm away. "Tenebra said wait till it was dark, it's almost dark. I'm sure he won't be upset with an hour or so difference. It's not like I gave them a time frame or anything!" She huffed.
It was killing her sitting still with her mind telling her she needed to go out and cause some destruction. Tenebra swore that causing chaos was going to make things better. He had brought her brother back, showed her that good wasn't as wonderful as she had learned. Darkness knew many things and were able to do some good. Maybe she could help being with the darkness. The light was bound by too many rules to be of use. There was nothing wrong with this darkness.
The woman chuckled a bit as she stepped out into the sunlight. She smiled and spun in the light of the setting sun. "Mmmm. This is going to be really fun. AIUS! Come on, we're going to cause a little chaos." She giggled before she moved off into Timber. There had to be some military movement of some sort. Once she was spotted, she knew that they would act. It would tell her exactly who was against Timber for her to cause the tension. Some of the people even began to agree that they were being oppressed. So, it would be a mix of heartless and humans to take the world into ruin. The President would hopefully fall for the trick and the war would break out.
It was not long till she encountered her first SeeD member, they had recognized her on sight. She heard the click of the gun being taken off safety as he eyes shot over to the kid. "Hm, that's a rather cute outfit. I've always loved a man in uniform." She winked as she cast one of her favorite attacks, Charm. She winked with a smirk and blew a kiss as the man told her to freeze. The kiss hit him, the SeeD shaking his head as it was ineffective. "Oh phooey! Now I guess I have to get serious." She grumbled as she quickly summoned her keyblade and was forced to jump and roll out of the way of the gunfire. "HA! You think you can kill a sorceress so easily? You seem to be mistaken!" She quickly dashed toward the SeeD, a few heartless beginning to make their appearance from the shadows, ground, and appearing in the area. Tenebra was probably starting the bloodshed since she had made her first move.
She hit the gun of the SeeD, knocking the boy back a bit. He was far from surrendering as she blocked his attempting to hit her with the butt of his gun. She felt the rush of power as she managed to shove him back, swinging her keyblade and doing some serious damage. Aius was the one that appeared to finish off the SeeD member. Azalea thought it was strange how he'd killed the SeeD, but something told her not to dwell on it. The heartless were starting their assault as Azalea took a deep breath. "Well, how about we not play around next time. I'll just go for the kill." She shrugged as she chuckled a little manically. "Let's see if this gains any attention. We could probably blame this massacre on the President. He did mobilize SeeD." She suggested to Aius who simply nodded.
Charm - Azalea bats her eyes and blows a kiss towards her target. If successful, the target temporarily fights for her team and/or defends her from other's attacks. She can only use this ability on one target. She has a 50% chance of this attack hitting. Cooldown: 2 posts

Time was of the essence. Thanks to that little broadcast, the cloaked keybearer knew with certainty that Azalea now lurked on this world. To be more specific, it appeared that Azalea was in close proximity to the city of Timber at the very least. It was a good start but direction and the large distance between the two cities was simply too large. It would have been simpler for her to Corridor but she did not know which direction to point it at unless... I could direct the corridor to pinpoint Azalea. She is on this world so whatever frequency her presence has should pick it up. Selena mused, However, that is technically still hypothesis and my corridors have been known to redirect themselves to anywhere else other than it's intended destination otherwise I would have found my home world years ago. At the same time, my control over them has gotten better but that unpredictable aspect still exists. A map would certainly have its usefulness but I need to hurry.
Azalea had never been a patient woman. Selena kept walking, avoiding any confrontation, and outside of Balamb Garden's borders. She had eventually swiped a map from an unsuspecting civilian and soon her eyes were studying the images and names that graced upon the paper. "You had to go and choose the one that's literally an ocean across from the city. How the hell did you believe that they'll be able to pull together their army, sail across and defend Timber...Given that you never did mention a time frame, I'm going to have to assume within the day because I know you're too impatient to wait by the end of a week. I'll consider it a miracle if you're able to wait until sunset at best." The dark keybearer was talking to herself at this point. There was no Fang, Umbra, or even her own weapon to keep her company; she needed to reserve her magic power for any unexpected events. "However, since I now have a map and I know the exact destination where your little battle will locate. I should be able to at least arrive to counter the fight before it should begin." As Selena entered the Corridor to Darkness, she failed to account for how much time has passed since she actually exited Balamb Garden and the possibility of a time difference between Timber and Balamb Garden. When the cloaked woman had exited the Corridor to Darkness, the first thing she saw was a pair of yellow eyes. "Lovely." A dark clawed hand reached out to grab the Shadow Heartless that leaped at her by the head and is able to crush it with ease. Although the hood and the cloak still remain visible, Selena had automatically shifted to her Eblis form. Amber eyes from the figure of a wolf sat down at her side in the shadows, giving her an inquisitive expression from eye contact alone. "Umbra, go make sure all the civilians and any military here are safe. Feel free to go all out on any Heartless here but leave Azalea and Aius to me." ordered the hooded demon before the wolf bounded off. Umbra Wolf's Fang should suffice and if Selena needed Fang's assistance, she'll call to her as well. The Nightmare walked around in the chaos, taking down only the Heartless that dared to attack her without her keyblade. It didn't take long for her to locate Azalea and it was ridiculously easy to spot out the girl with the Heartless impostor following her around. Amid the sounds of the chaos around them, Selena silently sneaked up to her from behind and lightly tapped her on the shoulder. The hooded keybearer didn't even bother waiting for her to turn around. With the element of surprise on her side, she had already raised her fist and attempted a jab at Azalea's head. ~~~~~~~ Used: Corridors to Darkness: The ability to use the darkness as transportation to travel the worlds and universe. (Cannot be used in battle) Umbra Wolf's Fang: A wolf of darkness comes out of her keyblade and attacks the opponent. It may team up with Selena during the two post duration. It is large enough to be ridden by Selena and/or any of her allies. Can be summoned together with Wolf's Fang. [HP Count: 8] [Duration: 2 Posts] [Ride-able!] Eblis: AppearanceWith the darkness of her heart, Selena takes on the form of a dragon-like demon of the night. During battle, the most notable difference between this form and her normal form is the increase in speed and strength but a considerable decrease in defense. [Duration: 5 Posts] Actions: 1] Take out some Heartless, mainly in self-defense 2] Sent Umbra out to take care of said Heartless 3] Punch Azalea in the face Map Used

Armand was flustered, but that was only normal. It was already a stressful job being a president, let alone a military president which could be argued as being a dictator, but that word always brings negative connotation. But yes not only was Armand the president, but he worked all day on basically running an entire empire because Galbadia lacked nay sort of law making bodies so it was up to Armand and other various military generals to come up with legislation, because no matter what you do someone will hate you.
The president took a few deep breaths before nodding, "I am sorry Cid, but these terrorists don't make being calm any easier but I'll try." With that he took a few more breaths and sat back down next to Elliot. "I am sorry my friend if I make a fool of myself but it is in my nature," Armand said patting Elliot's shoulder before turning his attention back at Cid. His words were true this girl did not seem like she would stop any time soon, but what did she want Timber for. Perhaps she was just a hyper-nationalist looking for independence, but who knows at this point.
A war was the last thing Armand wanted, but what choice did he have. Timber was still sovereign Galbadian territory which meant its citizens were under the Empire's eye. It was up to Armand to protect them, even if that meant the death of a few others. The sacrifice of a hundred to save a million. "You have Galbadian support Cid, don't I do't like any of what is going on I can have my forces mobilized within a few hours time," Armand said being the first to speak up, for pretty obvious reasons.
"This girl is crossing deep boundaries, and needs to be stopped before more civilian casualties can be accumulated, I could try to set up a covert team to assassinate her if needed," Armand said crossing his arms. Elliot gave a cautious look to Armand. "You aren't thinking..." Elliot started only to be interrupted by Armand, "It would be like old times eh." Elliot just shook his head, "Too dangerous you should stay here, your days on the battlefield are long gone."
The idea Armand had in mind of course was a spec-ops team including himself and Elliot as back in the day he was and still is a heck of a shot. If Armand was not president Elliot would relish in some battlefield time with him, but as is Armand is the President of a major political organization and thus, was of too much importance. "We'll talk this out later then, but let's finish this meeting first," Armand said turning his attention back on Cid once more as well to see if any other delegates would pipe up.
