The world was dark and the genome that had fought so hard against his fate had finally worn himself out giving the Puppet Master within absolute control of the powerful war machine's body. With a smirk on his face, the hidden Heartless looked across the darkness at the white haired genome that hung limply in the black strings that held him in place. His head was bowed and the pitiful creature seemed to be sleeping. This is a much better look for him and he is quieter too. Now I can do some real work without him screwing everything up, the Puppet Master thought to himself as he looked away from his sleeping prey and towards the vast system of webs within the genome's body. Stretching out his clawed hands, the Puppet Master began to gently pull on the black threads sending dark pulses through the still body causing it to shudder awake and open blank black eyes. ** Some time later and back in reality.... Radiant Garden, the Dwarf Woods....both had been visited by the being known as Kuja. Both had been attacked and damaged in some way by the being, leaving the people and creatures in those worlds terrified and worried about a second visit from the being who left behind the trail of darkness that drew the Heartless in droves to a world and brought misery for days upon the innocents that resided in those worlds. This fate was what awaited all worlds that were visited by Kuja, the Angel of Death. This world will be no different, the possessed genome thought as he stood on the edge of a building and looked out at the unfamiliar landscape. To the normal eye, the world below was a large high tech city full of people moving about their daily lives on the wide car-less roads. Some people were walking to shops and bars just opening while others went to diners or night jobs. The city was filled with the chatter and hum of life as the floating billboards above glittered their advertisements to the citizens below while a floating TV gave the latest on news, Blitzball matches, and more. Zanarkand. It was a beautiful place full of life, but to the genome who glanced at it emotionless from above, this place was not beautiful. This place is disgusting, the genome thought as his black colored eyes rimmed with red watched the twisting landscape pulsing with Heartless below. Just like that town and those strange woods this place too was plagued with the cursed Heartless and so that meant that this place would recieve the same treatment. It would be burned and leveled to the ground. Not a single Heartless would survive, the possessed genome would see to that. The genome scanned the world for a while longer before casually stepping up to the edge of the building and balanced himself upon the thin ledge. Then bending at the knees, the mage like genome launched himself from the building before doing a light flip in the air and plunging towards the ground. The genome let himself free fall towards the ground for a while not really enjoying or hating the wind that rushed pass his porcelain white skin or ruffled the red feathers upon his body. It was just a sensation that did not matter much to the genome as he continued to fall. When he was a few feet from the ground, the genome's fall began to slow until he landed softly on the cold streets below. The people in the area paused to gawk at him or make some comment about his appearance as they mistook the genome for a mascot of some sort; however, the genome only heard grating noises that only agitated his state as his tail flicked this way and that way in anticipation of the kill. When a strange shadow slunk towards him making strange sounds. Kuja did not register the beast as being human as he brought his arm up casually before flinging it out catching the dark shadow in the chest. The shadow was weak in comparison to the possessed genome's might and so when it was struck, it went flying into a small group of shadows near by that was watching. As the shadows collided and fell like bowling pins, the genome smirked lightly as his eyes turned to another shadow screeching and coming at him in what appeared to be rage. Bending down, the genome pushed himself off of the ground that cracked under the pressure he applied to it as he dashed towards the shadow delivering a powerful shoulder ram to the creature's chest area. There was a satisfying crunch and cry of pain from the shadow he struck as it crumpled to the ground at his feet, twitching in pain; however, the genome did not care as he heard more of those shadows screeching as some began to flee and others moved towards him. With no mercy the genome easily moved from one spot to the other taking down the shadows with quick strikes from his hands and feet. As each shadow went down more fled from the area until finally no more of the beasts merged upon him. Standing in the middle of a ring of either dead or dying shadows, the genome turned his eyes to the twisted hive as he raised his hands towards the nearest pillar of darkness. It was time to destroy this place once and for all. ___________________________________________ Note: The Puppet Master is in full control at the moment keeping Kuja in Trance Mode. Thanks to this possession, Kuja has attacked and killed some of the people of Spira. He does not see people while possessd only Heartless and thus attacks anything in range. __________________________________________________________________________

((Note: Autos of Noctis Lucis Caelum, Aile, and Deshitana done with permission from their respective authors.))
Aerynn sat restless in the backseat of a gummi ship. The quarters were close and the windows not nearly large enough, but at least she did not have to be subjected to the mindless small talk that accompanied the front seat. She had been offered it when she had boarded, her traveling companions thinking she would be more comfortable with a more open view of their environment, but when she had accepted and proved to be a rather poor passenger, hardly speaking and ignoring much of what was said to her, she was relegated to the backseat where she could sit unbothered and lost in her thoughts.
It had not been her idea to climb aboard this ship, but Deshitana had insisted upon it, though he would give no other reason than she should go. His air of mystery annoyed her, but she agreed because she was a fool, and she did not have much defense other than "I don't want to go." When pressed with "Well, you should," she didn't have much to say.
So she went, and Aile along with her.
They were approaching their destination. Aerynn had gleaned some information on the discussion that Aile and Noctis Lucis Caelum, their driver, had partaken in during the ride. They were headed to a world called Spira, if for no other reason than a surge of darkness had cropped up on the world. Why Aile and Aerynn of all people were chosen to investigate was beyond her. Deshitana was a strange man, but Aerynn had already come to that conclusion.
Soaring through the cloud banks, Aerynn leaned forward in her seat. These clouds were not natural. Not white and fluffy as they should be. They were dark and thick, but not in the way of storm clouds.
"Fire," she said.
"What was that?" Noctis asked. Aerynn did not answer him.
"She said fire," Aile said.
They were flying over a vast city, and Aerynn determined it was smoke that nothing a forest fire or a volcano would have wrought. The buildings themselves were on fire. Aerynn leaned farther in her seat, peering out the window to the ground below. Something about this scene seemed familiar to her, something that reminded her of a little encounter that had left her body bruised and broken at the base of a mountain.
Why would Deshitana send her here?
Wordlessly Aerynn rose from her seat and made her way over to the emergency hatch, where she flung the door open and looked out. The roar of wind was deafening, and papers and all manner of things not strapped down flew about the cabin. Noctis turned in his seat, the gummi ship lurching as he lost control. Aerynn clung to the door frame until the ship settled.
"What are you doing?" Noctis screamed.
"I have to go," Aerynn said.
"We have to land!"
"Too late." And with that, Aerynn jumped.
For a while, she simply fell, letting the wind breeze past her hair and scarf. It was soothing to her, and despite her unease at the imminent battle she knew was at hand, she could feel the tension in her shoulders relax. Her wings itched to be used, cooped up as they were in the confines of the ship. Aerynn stretched them out, letting her feathers cut through the air and control her descent. Far above, the gummi ship was a mere speck.
She veered towards where the smoke seemed to be originating, tall buildings the size of which she had never seen. She was close enough now to see it, the death that littered the streets, the screaming and the mayhem. Yes, she had seen this before, and if what she suspected was true, she knew whose hands were at work here.
She found him wandering the streets, his magical bursts random and without any precision or forethought. He was simply aiming to destroy. Aerynn landed on top of a building to watch him. He seemed different. He had discarded his white cloak for what looked like a red coat, and his attacks seemed much more powerful than before. Hopefully he had not become stronger while Aerynn had been healing from their last battle.
His attention was diverted. Leaping from the building top, Aerynn dropped like a rock, hoping he would not look up and see her descend. Her naginata was clutched tight and close to her body. She was probably going to get herself killed, but if she could stop him, then it would all be worth it.
"Hey!" she shouted, shifting her body so that she led with her feet. She wanted him to hear her, wanted him to look up; it would be too late for him if he did. If all went according to plan, she would knock him down hard to the ground, where she could pin him there with one boot on his shoulder and the other at his hips. If she managed it, it would be easy to lay the blade of her naginata against his throat where it would be impossible for him to counter, lest his find himself with a scar like hers.

Moments after Aerynn had made her own attack a mist was created from the eternal power known as Chaos. Unlike the Darkness, the Chaos was stronger and actually devoured universes like taking candy from a baby. However, the Chaos was only here to deliver its most prized possession. That being Caius Ballad. Today it wanted him to fight for the Light or help the Darkness. Just as long as the Farseeker plays his part.
Slowly, this mist began to form a physical body roughly forty feet away from Aerynn and the possessed Genome. As Caius's body was fully formed one could tell he was a rather tall and built man wearing his same futuristic black attire with hints of purple. One of the main features that is well noticeable is his weapon. Held firmly in his left hand one could notice his ultra Great Sword known as Chaos's Revenge. Especially its demonic eye near the handle of the blade.
Ballad noticed the ninja girl fighting off the dancer. At this point it was clear the dancer was trying to attack the city soon to be in ruins recklessly . Why would anyone do something like this? Caius remembered he had planned everything out when he made his attack on Valhalla all those years ago. He had almost had accomplished what he wanted, no he did. However, the Chaos and Yeul wanted him alive forever.
His purple eyes looked around and noticed rubble in the streets from a few collapsed buildings and dead bodies scattered here and there. They are all dead, free to go onto the afterlife. Isn't that a good thing? Or maybe they want to live with the pain to experience happy moments with those they love? What should he do? With his mind soon made up, Caius decided to aid the Light for this battle.
"You shall pay for your crimes in blood," He said with such ferocity. Seconds after saying this Caius had entered COMMANDO MODE. Single-handedly he positioned his sword to be in a vertical position. Moments after 4 waves of black clouds were launched at Kuja to deal damage. This ability is known as Eye of Bahamut.

The young genome, by now, had traveled numerous worlds, just to find her older brothers. From the very moment she realized they were no longer in Gaia, she had set forth, looking for them. And it was just by chance--just by some kind of odd chance, some miniscule, odd, statistic, that she would have finally tumbled into one of those very worlds. The moment she had landed, even while she was merely in the stratosphere, she could sense one of them. Standing on top of a building, the wind brushing through the blonde hair on her head and tail, she recognized her oldest brother, Kuja, just from his...what she call it an aura? It was not something that was ever explained to her, she just knew it. A pang of an emotion she didn't understand, disappointment. She did not sense Zidane.
Now, what exactly did she have here to observe? From her observation point, Kuja was just...doing exactly what they were meant to do. Sure, it was a rather flashy way of doing something, and somewhere she could hear her other brother mumbling something about not hurting people...but...
She tilted her head as she watched, curiously, observing her brother, and leaping off of the building. As she descended, she thought how something was off. He didn't look...correct? Lessening her point of impact, she dug her nails into the side of the building to slow her impact before rolling onto the ground. People were running past her in the opposite direction, not paying very much mind to the little girl in the brown cloak. Who would? It was not as if her tail was showing. To anyone else, she looked just like a normal little girl heading toward the source of the chaos.
It was then that she noticed, even at a considerable distance away, that individuals were starting to attack the older Genome. Without much of a facial change, though with an annoyed flick of her tail, she ran toward the scene of chaos, knocking pedestrians--who were surprised that they were knocked away by a child--out of the way.
((Sorry, I need to warm up!))

゚。・*. ゚☆I WANT TO SHINE☆゚.*・。゚ A drifting sea of dreams is what the land known as Zanarkand floated upon. Here slept the memories of the past, yet at the same time it was alive and as bright as the afternoon sun. He hated it really. The people were pleasant enough, caring more about their Blitzball than current events outside of their sphere of existence … puns aside. What Zidane hated was all of the water. It never seemed to fail as the boy found himself, once again, being dragged out of the ocean, but at least this time it was through his own power and he was in one piece. What was it that had brought him here? He typically did not face the Dark Corridors unless it was something standing against his own heart. Something summoned him here, and he was not all too pleasant about the ride. As he pulled himself from the waters, onto land the screams of the natives fell on deaf ears as the waters had taken residence in quite a many orifices, more so than he found to put him in a good mood.
His stomach literally churned as the sea water forcibly expelled itself onto the ground, ears swishing and stirring as if he was still floating along the surf. It wasn’t until he managed to purge the water in his ears that he could more clearly hear the sounds of mayhem swallowing the streets of the usually calm city. As he took his first forward steps to force the water from his boots the boy turned his head skyward before it turned toward the streets. People were rushing toward the sea, fleeing whatever was terrorizing the land. Perhaps the reason he was so unceremoniously dumped here was in cause of this.
The thief quickly made his way forward, snaking through the crowd. Crowd surfing was much easier than dealing with the unstable seas. He was raised in this environment, the city and crowded streets were his home. But this chaos did not look like anyone wanted to be home today… As Zidane drew closer to the source of the chaos, he could see why. There was Kuja -- or not so Kuja, floating up in the sky, in Trance no less. There were two things he knew about Kuja and both of them led down pretty bad roads. The guy only knew how to respond in tantrums, and if one of his tantrum got him this far something bad must have gone on. At least that was what his bleeding heart cared to believe. He wanted to hold onto that hope, with all his heart, that Kuja had changed for the better.
But they had all been apart for so long. This darkness that spread around the worlds seemed to eat up every last bit of light it could find. He knew that Kuja’s light was already pretty dim, but it was there. It was still his light and the thief knew he would fight to protect it. Whoever launched that attack had to be the responsible party. Even if that bit of hope stood there, there was also the doubt to stand along beside it. What it Kuja was at fault and whoever was attacking him had to have gotten pretty pissed off? Every coin had two sides, even a two-faced coin sometimes landed on its side. He really had no choice.
“Man, why do I have to be the responsible one?!” Though his word were more in jest, to brush off the deep sense of dread he felt, they were spoken with the hope that the older Planet Buster would at least show some decorum.
Zidane dashed ahead when he saw his chance. He needed to get a better view of the situation so he took to the skie, or in this case: the rooftops. The ornate and decorative architecture of Zanarkand really lent itself to the thief’s climbing attributes. Hands, feet and tail easily slung him around so that, in no time at all, the bandit was on the rooftop and running toward the edge to better view the obvious source of commotion. But why was he the source? In all of his actions he was still prepared. His blades were unfastened from their hooks in his scabbard so that they were within easy reach if something, or someone tried to go for his head.

(Authority to use brief actions of Noctis and Deshi approved by Deshi)
It had been some time since the last encounter with Kuja. Both Aile and Aerynn had trouble with him even when they were paired together, both got hurt, though it wasn't something he was trying to focus on at the moment. Currently, Aile was trying to focus on the mission that Deshi had suggested and Noctis agreed to as driver, for now at least.
They were heading to a new world, so Aile was pumped. He'd only known so little about every thing, especially the concepts of a 'world'. Noctis explained, or rather, tried to explain to Aile how some of it worked, but all he could manage to understand out of it was that these 'worlds' existed separately from each other, but were still somehow tied to one another. Aile didn't both any more with that, as he figured it would probably be more beneficial to him if he just learned about this from first hand experience.
So, after that topic, the two started up the usual travel conversations, in which Aile mostly listened, with occasional interruptions, with Aerynn being quiet as per usual.
Though some brief time passed since they entered one of the many worlds that Noctis had mentioned, when Aerynn made mention about fire, Noctis, confused had asked,"What was that?"
Aile replied with," She said fire." Curious, he then looked around, as to find where this fire was, and saw it was upon several buildings, Aile only sighed. He was honestly starting to dislike fire more and more. And then Aerynn jumped out of the ship with Noctis asking what she was doing. Aile initially made the suggestion of landing the ship, but Aerynn didn't bother listening. Aile was then tempted to jump off and catch a tree or so down, but then he remembered that they were incredibly high up in the air, no trees would be able to stop the fall. So he had Noctis land on near the city, and Aile would just haul it to the scene of the action. Either way, it seemed that he would be getting his daily exercise whether he wanted to or not.
---------
A few minutes later and Aile had finally made it to the city, it was just like he had expected it. The city was partially lit ablaze, people were dying, screaming and covered in asphalt. He only sighed, before breathing in a few deep breaths. He was tired, and the summoner was sure that he had just ran a mile within a few mere minutes; he was out of breath, so all he wanted to do at the moment was take a breather, and catch his breath. Regardless of what he wanted, it was not going to happen. He had people to save, new people to deal with and a deranged lunatic summoner man to fight off, though he would learn this soon enough. I'm debating on how I feel about my run, I feel that I was good that I got here relatively fast, but now I am out of breath....damn you stamina, the man thought.
Hopefully everything would be alright, and turn out well in this fight; so he huffed his way closer to the action, before he realized the action had already started without him. "Oh..come..on," he whined," why can't anyone wait for me, geez!"
He eventually got closer before he had actually learned who all was fighting. There was Aerynn, who he was still internally questioning why she would jump out of a moving ship right after she had just fixed her wings, fighting the crazy guy, some dark armored guy attacking the loony, with two other people he'd never seen before, standing in the crowd, neither running nor screaming. "Well, since they aren't attacking, at least they aren't enemies, " Aile muttered to himself before drawing his sword, and firing off a bolt of THUNDER in Kuja's direction.
Aile's only hope was that Kuja hadn't gotten any stronger since the last fight,

(Auto of Aerynn is included with permission from her owner.)
Screeches and panic of dying Heartless! What a beautiful symphony this is turning out to be! the possessed genome thought as he raised his pale white hand and unleashed yet another spell into the dark pillars that were quickly catching on fire and falling apart. A pleased grin was plastered to the genome’s face as he thought that Heartless were being taken out; however, the tragic truth was there were no Heartless in this dream version of a world long past. Only human residents resided in this place of beauty that was now being set aflame by the genome who could not see through the darkness that twisted his sight.
With laughter of delight escaping him, the genome turned in his spot and aimed a spell at what he thought was a fleeing Heartless. As the small creature screeched and fell to the ground, Kuja’s cocky smirk only depended as he thought upon how weak these Heartless were. He never found it strange that the creatures didn’t really fight back because in his mind that little fact didn’t really matter. Whether the little beasts attacked or not, Kuja would’ve kept up his relentless attack and destroyed them all. Just like in the other two places he had visited, he would give his all to making sure this hive was as badly damaged as possible. He wanted to make sure there was no chance of another one of the hellish beasts being born. He didn’t care who or what got in his way. If they sided with the Heartless, then they too should perish.
So bent on his task Kuja was that the transformed genome barely acknowledged the strange tug that told him that others were arriving in the area. He simply kept moving through the twisted and dark streets destroying the ugly world of the Heartless before him. He probably would’ve continued on this rampage without ever worrying about who it was that had entered the hive…if said being had not decided to get his attention.
Just as he was finishing off two Heartless that were trying to escape into one of the dark pillars, he heard what he thought was a woman calling out to him; however, as he turned from the carnage he had created to seek out the speaker. He instead found his eyes widening slightly in shock as a black blur charged and leapt at him. Not having time to react to the attack, Kuja tried to back away, but instead felt the pressure of something touching his left shoulder and pressing into his right hip. Quickly following the pressure was the pain of said things digging into him as the force of the momentum from his attacker carried him backwards and forced him to begin a fall.
Unable to compensate for the attack, the genome let himself fall back and felt the dull pain of his body colliding with the cold solid ground. As he hit the ground and his head smacked against the hard surface dazing him slightly. He felt the pressure and pain of the things resting on his left shoulder and right hip as some form of weight caused them to press into him. Blinking a few times to clear his vision, he narrowed his eyes at the thing standing upon him as he felt something similar to metal being pushed against his neck. For a moment, there was silence as the genome focused on the one who had him pinned. As the strange blur became the familiar shadow with wings that he had attacked at the first hive, the genome’s agitated expression softened as his lips turned up in a cruel smile.
“Well, well, well. If isn’t the little fly again. I am surprised you are still alive after the beating I gave you last time,” he said as he smirked at the creature as the tip of his tail patted the ground in a calm fashion as he watched the creature with the smirk still upon his lips. The strange winged shadow gave him gave him a cold look before it parted its twisted lips and spoke in the common tongue of man.
"Stop your carnage," it said in a emotionless voice that seemed to belong to woman.
It was indeed a strange disconnect that would've caused a normal person to hesitate in their attack and question the world around them, but the pinned genome did not make this connection as his smirk only widened and he began to speak.
"Carnage? This is not carnage, little fly. It's an extermination of pests!" the genome said with a cold chuckle, not thinking the creature would understand his point of view and in turn would probably become aggressive towards him.
Sure enough, the winged shadow pressed its strange dark weapon harder against his throat, causing a small trickle of blood to appear as the sharp weapon cut into the softer skin of the genome's throat. He didn't seem to mind this as he kept the smirk upon his face as he listened to the creature speak again.
"Then you die," the winged shadow said in its usual emotionless tones.
The smirk on Kuja's face turned into a shark like grin at the words. "You can give that threat a good try," he responded back with a quiet chuckle.
After the words had passed his lips, the conversation ended as the genome did something unexpected. Using the arm that was not pinned, he reached up and gripped the sharp blade of the weapon in a firm grip as he continued to grin up at the little fly madly. Not seeming to care or mind the cut and pain the blade was dealing to him, the genome would keep his grip upon the blade regardless of if the creature tried to pull it away. With the blade still in his hand, he would begin to move the blade slight upward and away from his neck only gaining a light scratch from the tip as it moved across the white skin of his neck as he tried to force it to the side.
If successful, he would push the blade to a distance that would allow him to move without anymore fear of the blade cutting into his neck. From there he would keep the blade held to the side as he swung his tail around to grab the foot at his hip. With a yank surprisingly strong for a tail, Kuja would attempt to unbalance the creature upon him as he pulled back upon that ankle. As he did this, he would quickly release the blade and push himself upward hopefully knocking the little fly complete over thanks to the unbalance and sudden movement.
Regardless of success or not, the genome would roll away from the creature and onto his feet as he lashed the air with his tail for balance. He would turn to the creature with the grin still in place as the cut on his neck and the wound upon his hand began to slowly heal as his auto-regen ability kicked in and began to work on the damage done thus far.
Not seeming to notice the auto healing, Kuja was on the edge of attacking the winged shadow when from behind something hit him at a rapid pace forcing the genome to stumble forward as pain assaulted his back.
Growling, he turned eyes burning with rage towards a strange shadow wielding an odd weapon that had a eye that glowed maliciously at him. Assuming that this new shadow was a friend of the winged shadow, Kuja narrowed his eyes as he heard strange words coming out of it. This one too could speak in the common tongue, but once more the possessed genome dismissed this strangeness as anger filled him at the nerve of this particular Heartless.
“Make me pay?” the genome asked as he swished his tail and began to float as magical energy flowed about him. “You wretched creatures are the only ones that will pay!” he growled at the creature as he raised his hands and unleashed strike energy upon the new Heartless. As he fired his attack off, he floated to the left to put some distance between himself and the winged shadow that he had hopefully knocked over.
Even when he had ceased firing, the genome kept moving as he tried to get into a position where he could see both shadows; however, just as he had found the perfect position, he sensed the presences of more beings coming.
More foul beasts no doubt. I was right in assuming these pitiful ants could do nothing alone. No matter. The more that come the easier it will be to wipe them out, Kuja thought to himself as he sensed one presence coming towards the area and another climbing up one of those sickly pillars. Not worried about the things not harming him, Kuja’s red rimmed eyes stayed locked upon the battle before him where the two shadows still remained.
He would wipe the immediate threats out before working on eliminating the other two he had sensed.
Still floating, Kuja lowered himself into an attack position with his arms spread to the side as magic crackled at his finger tips waiting for his next command; however, just as he was about to go after the winged creature. Kuja sensed yet another presence in the area and with the arrival of this new presence, he heard the crackle and pop of the thunder spell being unleashed. Quickly floating backwards, Kuja raised his arm to shield his face from the light, heat, and debris that was sent up from the ground as the bolt of lightning struck the ground inches in front of him.
Lowering his arm, he glared through the smoke of the attack to see another familiar shadow. It was the one that wore red and had assisted the fly back at the first hive. Like the fly, this little roach did not seem to learn its lesson either.
"So you've come for another lesson, little roach?" the genome growled to the red shadow as he let his arm fall to his side. "Well then," Kuja said as he curled into himself slightly. "Then I'd be honor to be your teacher once more!" he snarled before rocketed towards the red colored roach at high speeds. Bring himself close to the roach, Kuja’s auto-magic activated and shifted into orbs of holy energy that began to circle him quickly as he moved. They created only the smallest of barriers around the genome as he closed the distance and seemed ready to ram into the roach; however, instead of ramming him, he flew very close to the red colored shadow hoping to bring it into contact with the magic that surrounded him and in turn do some damage to it as he passed by… ________________________________________________________________________________________________________

The mage moved quick, too quick and too sudden, and his actions caught Aerynn off guard. She thought she had time to slit his throat, end his destruction before too much damage was done, but he reached for her blade, grasping the sharp metal in his bare hand with nary a flinch or a wince to indicate he felt any sort of pain.
Aerynn couldn't have imagined anyone else would have made such a bold move.
By the time she had registered the action and pressed her entire weight on her naginata, he had pulled it to the side and away from his neck. The metal scraped against the stone streets, the grating sound painful in Aerynn's ears. She knew she had failed.
She felt a tug at her ankle, and took a quick glance to see what it was that had ensnared her. It was a strong, prehensile tail, and if Aerynn wasn't mistaken, it belonged to this man. That was odd. She didn't recall him having a tail before. The man moved beneath her and she stumbled, losing her balance and striking the ground hard on her shoulder. She had to get up. Now was not the time to make such stupid mistakes—mistakes that could get her killed. She rose quickly, using the haft of her weapon as a staff and cursed herself for being such a fool. She thought she had the advantage, that she could take him now when she hadn't been able to before. She had barely healed from her injuries, and yet she thought she could defeat him with one simple action? She truly was a fool.
Her shoulder stung as they stared each other down, Aerynn taking note of his injuries and at the very least pleased that she had managed to make him bleed. She brought herself into a defensive stance, preparing herself for his next move, anticipating the attack and where she would go to avoid it … and hesitated as she saw the gash on his hand and the cut at his neck fade away, leaving perfect, unblemished skin beneath the blood.
Well, this was a complication.
Movement caught her eye. Looking past the mage, Aerynn saw a man send four black clouds in their direction. It was clear who the target was. She glanced at the mage, seeing that he was preparing for an attack against her, but she was already on the move. With a great flap of her wings Aerynn launched herself from the streets, out of the way of the impending strike and pleased to see that the mage had not been so lucky.
He was distracted. Good. Aerynn took a few moments to hover above the scene, spying those who had gathered and making note of who was friend and who was foe. Off to the side was a hooded girl who had made no move to retreat. Hopefully she was a white mage, but she seemed transfixed on the main threat. Aile had arrived, too, drawing his sword and summoning a bolt of lightning.
Aerynn landed a short distance away, growing exhausted of hovering. Her wings were still freshly out of their bandages, and despite the itch of being used they were still sore and tired. Besides, she had gained all the information she needed. Two friends, one foe, and a girl who did not know how to run from danger.
Aerynn pointed at the hooded girl with her naginata blade and screamed, "Tend to the wounded!" Whether or not the girl was a white mage didn't matter. Hopefully Aerynn's words would spark some sort of response out of her, and hopefully she would prove herself another ally.
The dark mage was moving. Aerynn saw him turn to Aile, the smoke still rising from the failed Thunder spell. He meant to attack him. Without a second thought Aerynn took three forward steps before she launched herself back into the air, following close behind.
"Hold him!" she shouted to Aile. Hopefully he heard her amidst the sounds of destruction and would heed her words, keeping the mage occupied so she could strike him from behind.
Action Box:
• Aerynn strikes the ground, recovers, and spies Caius, Aile, and Mikoto. Zidane is not seen.
• Aerynn shouts to Mikoto "Tend to the wounded!" hoping she is a white mage or even if not, she will do as Aerynn suggests.
• Aerynn follows Kuja close behind as he rushes at Aile, telling Aile to hold him while she attacks from behind, probably with her weapon.

Moments after his own attack Kuja retaliated with a long distance energy strike. Quickly, Ballad brought is ultra sword up into a defensive manner with one hand. Caius knew it was going to be the only thing he could really do to defend himself with such little time to react. As the energized blast pounded against Ballads sword it pushed him stumbling back.
Even though Caius had blocked the energized blast with his own sword, parts of the blast still hit a small area of his armor on his arms. The Farseeker could tell that the Genome was very strong and wouldn't go down without a fight. However, this only would drive Caius to push himself and this opponent to their limits. Ballad with the help of the others, will stop this mage.
With no warning Caius stabbed Chaos's Revenge into the ground and activated Blast wave. So seconds later a triple energy shock wave was sent flying towards Kuja. There was so much destruction already being caused to the town that Ballad might not hold back. Especially, since the enemy seemed to be 'suped' up.

(Dialogue used with Zi's permission!)
From below her hood, Mikoto tilted her head, watching as the chaos ensued. It was not as if any of this felt foreign to her, as causing chaos was her original purpose, so she automatically assumed that her oldest brother had a very good reason for doing what he was doing. In all fairness, it was not as if the screams of fear really did anything for her; they were just background noise. It did irritate her that people were trying to get in the way. Now that she had a better idea of the situation, as people continue to flee to the left and right of her, as if she were an island in the middle of a river. Part of her, no, let's not underestimate this, a great deal of her very being just wanted to jump in cause the biggest ruckus that she could. She glanced at the buildings to the side of her. How very fragile everything was. How so very easy she could break the buildings, the people...
Speaking of people, one of the winged people--(how odd, was she related to a particular silver haired man? Or perhaps was she part chocobo? Or was she more delicate like a bird?) had yelled to her, "Tend to the wounded!"
Her face remained emotionless underneath the hood, though her tail flicked in irritation at someone telling her something to do. Tch. As if she were going to follow a direction from a bird like that. Especially someone who was trying to harm her older brother. Her hand, in response, reached out to thin air. She really should just take down the winged creature right now. She was sure Kuja could do it himself, but there was really no reason why she could not just do this one, tiny, insignificant thing, no? As soon as she stretched her tiny fingers out, Endless Waltz came to her, its crystal blue blade shining in the light and dying to cut into something--she had been behaving so!
Just as she was about to make her next move toward the winged creature, she heard, "Don't let them after him!"
That immediately stopped her in her tracks. Was that voice...? How could she have missed it?
Zidane?
She shot him a cynical look from afar; being able to sense his location gave her the permission to do that. Great. Just how she wanted to see her older brother again after all this time, in mid reach to maim someone. Exhaling, she twirled the scythe in her hands. Sure. Fine. Whatever. She could that. Perhaps this was not exactly the long-awaited reunion she had anticipated. It was not as if she knew what she was going to do when she met her brothers again. What did most do in situations like this? She could sense where her brothers were, but sadly, she was no telepath and could not read their thoughts. But if Zidane did ask her to do something...
The air cracked around her as she turned her head to look at her oldest brother. She was irritated.
Lifting Endless Waltz, she breathed in, and dashed in closer to where the action was happening. Bringing the necessary mana to surface, the air crackled around her with magic, just begging to be released into the world to create havoc. But instead, she kept it under careful but unhinged control, as if a lightweight were perhaps sitting on a Pandora's box. And Mikoto's natural tendencies were that box. She looked at that winged creature that was causing Kuja grief, and the boy with white hair. Holding her Scythe at the Chocobo-Girl and her spare hand at the Snow-Haired Boy.
"Just sleep," she whispered, her voice carrying no tone of emotion. The spell emanated from her, shooting at the two. She could have went the much more violent route, but Chocobo's and boys of snow were just more trouble for getting involved in the matters of her family. The soothing magic still pulsing through her, she looked at Kuja, her eyes lacking emotion. It was then there was not a sign of recognition there. Was that perhaps why Zidane had told her to keep people away from him? Either way, perhaps she could...knock sense into him, as they say?
"Sorry..." she said, barely under her breath, throwing her Scythe into the air. The air around her stopped crackling, but instead, a burst of light appeared, sizzling from the sky, and at Kuja. Knowing fully what he was capable of, she retreated, rather not being in the direct line of fire of her brother. She was a tad bit more capable, but she was also not an idiot.
--------------------- Actions taken!
1. Mikoto used Doublecast. Doublecast--4 Cooldown --Allows Mikoto to cast two of the same spells. 2. With Doublecast, she casted Sleep on Aerynn (Chocobogirl) and Aile (Snowboy) Sleep--1 Duration, 3 Cooldown 3. Thundaga at Kuja--3 Cooldown --Deals lightning damage.

゚。・*. ゚☆I WANT TO SHINE☆゚.*・。゚ Zidane was not liking this at all. Kuja was in full Trance and rampaging, but what was the cause? Was it these folk who attacked him? He did not know a single one, so for all he knew they could have been the instigator, but the presence of Mikoto in the distance provided a suspicious coincidence that made him worry. What happened to make Kuja Trance? He understood how Trance worked and given Kuja’s very nature, the nature pounded into him by Garland, there was no way that he was not coerced into this form. the thief gripped his blades in his hands and looked up as he was bombarded by, what he could only assume, were people that sought to end the carnage. But what pulled Kuja into such a state? There had to have been a catalyst for, what he had last seen was a calmer fellow, still learning about who he was. But whose fault was it, who's to blame of Kuja’s current state? Was it his fault for not finding them sooner? Whatever the case there was no way these guys could handle Kuja in this state. Kuja was already strong without Trance helping out. Looking over he threw out his hand, calling to Mikoto.
“Don’t let them after him!” Was all he could warm before he took off running to pull himself into the fray.
Getting so up close and personal to Kuja they risked getting fried by his stronger magical attacks. Taking Flare Star to the face was not a very pleasant experience, he would know. As he ran he checked his surroundings, the rogue clever and hawk-eyed when it came to the battlefield. Zanarkand provided a good range of obstacles for a fighter like him. When he looked up he was met with a troublesome situation. Mikoto had did just as he asked, but her process was a bit -- unexpected and troublesome. He honestly should have expected it, her reactions not truly toned to regulating casualties. The rogue watched as the interlopers fell asleep from the young mage’s spell. If they were in the range of Kuja’s deadlier assaults, it would not end up pretty in the end. The rogue came up behind the white-haired summoner, his steps light and even.
“Get out the way!” The rouge shouted to Aile, reaching out and smacking his arm with a considerable force, but in the same due motion he would knocking his blade from his hand, and sending it a distance away with a Mug attack.
He would hope the physical strike would rouse him from sleep and out of the way. Zidane was not done with this though. He wanted to draw Kuja’s attention from the others, to himself, and he would hope a good knock would do the trick. As he charged forward the thief dashed toward his older brother, the young Angel of Death targeting the older male with his blades. He hoped that if it landed his attack would have enough force to knock Kuja back and muddle his attempts to cast his spells, or at least draw him from targeting the other. Rumble Rush would seek to cut passed the mage. Zidane’s eyes were focused on saving the last piece of the puzzle from range of Kuja’s rage. He reached out to grab the falling Aegyl.
“Sorry…” He murmured before reaching over to steal the Naginata from her grip and toss it aside.
He landed from Rumble Rush and slid down onto one knee. His blue eyes turned up to glare at Caius.
“Pretty unfair to gang up on one guy…” He teased toward the Guardian of Chaos, but ZIdane was not underestimating his sibling, not in the least. “You should back off if you know what’s up guy…” He played tough, but he understood the dangerous situation they were now in. “The angrier you make him… the more powerful he’ll get.”
His tail was fluffed out, puffed up by his racing heart, that thunder attack from Mikoto came a little too close for comfort. She seemed yet capable of controlling her nature. There was no way he would be able to hold off on this situation. His body was already stressed from coming up from the water, but now he had a hair raising experience to deal with. The elder Genome was on the rampage again…

He was only aware of the deranged lunatic charging towards him before something had knocked him unconscious. No falling over, just...suddenly...dreams. This was actually a nice dream, for once out of the month or so full of his being plagued by the deaths of those he cared for, the loss of his family and his sister. This dream was, as mentioned prior, a nice one. He was a child again, before the trial that cast him into his self driven line of loneliness. It was nice and quiet, with the exception of him running around and playing with his toys and his animals, giggling joyfully as he did so. This continued for a while, while his real body was being charged at by the lunatic, with his body just standing there, motionless.
It was when Zidane had yelled for him to move, that the dream changed. The dream had changed from the original happy one back to the usual nightmares plaguing his memories, only to be followed by a loud thud, and the clinging of a blade on the ground. After Aile had crumpled over, hitting the ground, he woke up to the battle that seemed to not change much. How long was I out, he thought, rubbing his head which had hit the ground when he had fallen.
Aile's head felt better, but his hands were numb for some reason . They didn't really want to respond, it would be hard to use his sword as especially his fingers didn't want to close and his arm hurting didn't really help. So he wouldn't bother looking for Red Ripper until he could actually feel his hands again. Thus he got up, and then taking a few steps back, as he wanted to be far away from the enemy to avoid any melee combat, as the most he could do at the moment would be to fight the enemies with his elbows.
He tried flapping his hands to try and get feeling back into them, looking like an idiot as he did so, but to no avail. Aile was stuck with magic for the time being. "Just great," he muttered bitterly," When I am in the heat of battle, my hands give out, and I have to use what I suck the most with." So, he spotted the raving lunatic who had seemingly just missed the snow haired male, before raising his arms and launched a ball of FIRE, quickly followed by a small BLIZZARD spear towards the grey haired man.
ACTION/SUMMARY
Aile got hit by Mikoto's Sleep Spell, and got hit by Zidane, knocking him out of the way of Kuja's attack path, and knocking RED RIPPER out of his hand
Aile woke up due to the force of Ziddy's attack, and also him hitting the ground, with his hands DISABLED
He then Cast FIRE and BLIZZARD at KUJA, other wise known as Lunatic, Raving Lunatic and Grey Haired Man. Fire: 2 post Cooldown Blizzard: 2 post cooldown Thunder: READY

The city of Zanarkand kept burning and the citizens that lived in this dream city kept running for their life, clearing the flaming arena that had now become a battle ground for a handful of warriors and a possessed genome. Filled with darkness and hate, the blinded genome lashed out at anything that came within range, aiming to destroy the city that he saw as a dark pulsing hive for the Heartless. As buildings crumbled or people perished as they were crushed, trampled, or burn, the possessed genome grinned with glee as he saw a job being well done. The Heartless were perishing and their dying screams were like a sweet symphony to his ears; however, it would appear that the genome would not be able to enjoy the music in peace. While he wasn't quite sure what made the foul creatures who appeared before him so different than the regular batch, the genome understood the strange shadows that spoke the human language were very different than the mindless ones that scattered when he had first arrived and begun his attack. These beasts...these twisted champions of the shadows, they proved to be far more intelligent than the others and showed they had the capibility to make plans and actually do some harm to the genome. For example, the little fly that kept pestering him had managed to attack and pin him down, but foolishly enough it had decided on idle chat rather than action. Sure, the crash to the ground hurt and even his head meeting the hard black road stung; however, the genome who was designed to destroy to begin with hardly acknowledged such trivial pains as he grinned up at the beast who sought to order him around and threaten him with that simple stick with a blade attached to it. Had the creature not learned anything from their last encounter where he had left it broken upon the ground below the cliffs? Had it not understood, that what it did was futile back then and even more so now that he was no longer himself, but almost god like in his power? Ha! Simple minded fool! It would've been better if I had destroyed it the first time. Ah well, there shall be no mercy this time, the genome thought as he reached for the blade and used a simple trick of unbalancing and shoving to get the beast off of him. He saw the creature stumble and was prepared to counter, but when a series of attacks hit the genome from behind his pleasure turned to pure rage as his red rimmed eyes turned and looked upon a strange shadow that had a weapon with an evil looking eye upon it. Not one to take a back attack lightly, Kuja had used his strike energy to try to eridicate the beast; however, this beast was clever and quickly used its evil weapon to block most of the attack. An annoyance to be sure, but one that could be dealt with if the genome could keep both pests in sight. So moving he tried to get into a position where the two could not team up on him so easily, but it would appear that more shadows were being drawn to the area. He could sense one from above and another from a distance, but because said shadows were hidden from view and not attacking, the genome had focused on the two that had attacked him instead, only to find his fun being interrupted as the little roach decided to enter the fray and attempt to hit him with a simple thunder spell. It was a good try indeed; however, unfortunately for the red shadow, Kuja lived and thrived off of magic, so if one wanted to actually do some true damage with said power to the genome, they would have to do better than low level spells. Chuckling inwardly, Kuja's sight shifted from the little fly who had recovered and taken to the air to the little roach who had dared to even attempt to use such pathetic magic upon him. If it wanted to use magic, he would show it magic in the best way he knew how to...by unleashing it directly upon the beast. As he balled up and launched himself towards the little roach filled with magic, the genome could hear the little fly speaking, but hardly paid the words any mind as he went for his target. He glanced black slightly to see the fly was following close behind, but he did not feel threatened as his eyes shifted forward and he refocused on his target coming closer. He would attempt to hit the roach before turning to the deal with the fly, who was trying to catch him. He would let the little beast catch him alright just to have the pleasure of ripping off those wings of it! Yes. Yes that was indeed the way to go. With his plan in mind, the genome kept going towards his target as he sensed a powerful energy being released from the direction the strange shadow was in. Following that release of power, the genome could hear the rumble and whoosh of something traveling at amazing speeds towards him that if he stayed at this altitude it would definitely smack him soon; however, he was almost upon his target now, he could still lash out at the roach and then pull himself upward and away from whatever was coming across the ground. Maybe the move would throw off the fly who was on his heels. It could work. Just maybe. Coming in close to his target, the genome would unleash his magic upon the creature attempting to hit it; however, at that exact moment some very odd things occurred. As he was gaining on the red shadow, the genome had taken note that some form of magic was in play, but surprisingly enough, whatever magic was used was not used upon him. No, it was aimed at the fly and roach he sought to crush! The red shadow still stood it as he was getting closer, but the genome noticed that it was swaying and standing in a strange fashion as if it had been struck by the sleep or placed in a trance; however, right at that moment he unleashed his auto-maigc...only to hear some form of language being spoken before the distinct sound of something being whacked and then the sound of metal falling to the ground reached his ears. On top of that, it would appear that the little fly was not following him anymore. Confused, Kuja changed his direction so that he went upward just as the first and second wave of energy unleashed from the shadow with the evil eyed weapon came at him. As the strange waves passed under him, the genome tried to focus on what the hell was happening, but it was then that a the louder crackle and sizzle of the upper tier version of the thunder spell reached his ears all too late. With great force and heat, thundaga spell smacked down upon the genome forcing him down to the ground and to his hands and knees as pain went through him. "Agh!" was the involuntary yelp of pain that the genome unleashed as he crashed into the ground causing the area around him to crack and slightly indent from his weight and the force of the spell; however, it would appear his pain was not over. For when the spell whacked him and sent him to the ground, the final shock wave from the strange shadow's attack smacked right into him a split second later, causing the unprepared genome to be smacked back by the sheer force of the attack. Rolling a bit before coming to a stop, Kuja forced his aching body up as smoke trailed off of him from the spell. His skin and feathers were charred in some areas, but his fast acting auto-regen was hard at work trying to put the trembling genome back together as he got to his feet. The genome groaned lightly and swayed in his spot, but he did not fall as he regained his balance and looked up at the battle field with a dazed look as his tail dragged along the ground. He shook his head to clear it and bring the scene before him back into focus. Kuja could see that there was a new shadow in the fray. On that was colored pink and with a strange tail that did not register as familiar in the genome's mind as his cold eyes locked upon the creature. That pinked beast was the one who used that spell! the genome thought as he drew the assumption based on the way the creature was looking at him, so calmly. Whether or not the assumption was, the genome believed it to be true since that ceature was still staring at him with those emotionless eyes that only sent fury through him. Was it mocking him? How dare it do such a thing after striking him. It would pay double for what it had done! Kuja's slightly charred face twisted into mask of rage as he gritted his teeth and began to gather as much fire energy as he could into himself. He was going to disintegrate that pink creature and hopefully do some damage to the any of the others nearby. No body was allowed to him with such a spell and get away with it. No one! Rage filled the genome continued to build magic as the area around him began to heat up as he prepared his flare spell to get back at the thunder slinging beast; however, just when the spell was ready and he was about to let the creature have it, a strange blur came at him and before he knew it, something solid and painful was smacking into his side interrupting his concentration and causing the build up of energy to cease. In a burst of small embers, the genome was shoved back by the force of the attack as the blur went past him. Still a bit unsteady from the previous attacks, the genome stumbled back until he caught his balance once more and then slumped slightly as his hand went to his side where new pain was radiating from. Breathing hard from the back-to-back attacks, Kuja looked down at his side that was throbbing and moved his shaky hand to see how much damage had truly been done. He was bleeding from what appeared to be some pretty nice sized blade cuts that his fast healing abilities were working on to close the wounds up. The bright red against his pale skin did nothing to soothe the mage's wrath. He was tired of these vermin messing with his plans. He didn't have time for this if he wanted to stay on his tight schedule and get rid of the Heartless. Hmmm...I will have to use that spell and finish this then, the genome thought as his blue orbs drifted up towards the scene before him. There was a fifth shadow now. This one was in blue and also with a tail. It was talking to the shadow with the evil eyed weapon as it remained crouched on the ground holding the little fly that was apparently sleep or something, but this little fact only made the injured genome smirk as he began to stand up straight again. They were all so neatly gathered together, making it so easy to crush them. Yes...that spell would ruin them for sure along with the entire section of this hive they were in and since they were so nicely distracted, this would make the job much easier. Still smirking, Kuja's eyes drifted to the roach as he sensed weak magic coming from it once more. Pushing off the ground, the genome pushed back pain as he casually drifted to the left to avoid the flames of fire and then glided in the opposite direction to avoid the blizzard spell that passed by so close it actually caused frost to appear on some of the feathers around his shoulder. Without a word, the genome paused in his floating as he glanced at the roach with a smirk as he raised his hand towards the sky with his palm facing towards the sky. As he did this a black ball appeared above the roach and began to grow in size until it reached the size of a small boulder. Never moving his eyes from the roach, Kuja pointed his finger downward signaling for that black mass to descend and descend it did. As demi came towards the ground with incredible pressure, it began to expand and stretch out seeking to crush anything within its ten foot radius along with the roach. Not waiting to see if demi did any good or not, Kuja began to float to another position where he was sure to catch every last one of the pests in his next spell. As he found that location, he prepared himself to charge up with the energy required to unleash his one of his most powerful spells; however, it was just at this moment the strange happened. Without anyone touching him, the genome unexpectedly drifted back in pain as he gripped his head tightly, doubled slightly in the air, and began to shake his head as if he was trying to fight against something that only he could hear or see. The strange action kept the genome from being able to concentrate on his spell as he drifted lower to the ground very unfocused as whatever was happening inwardly continued to play out. He didn't seem to notice anything else that was happening around him for the moment as he continued to fight with himself. ** Meanwhile, inside of the genome a very angry and distressed Puppet Master was fighting to subdue the white haired man that had unexpectedly woken up just when he was about to massacre the warriors that had come to stop him. The set up had been so perfect too! Sure, the genome had been smacked around by spells and what not, but the genome's body was built to last and was quickly repairing itself. The warriors on the field were turned against each other with some wanting to attack the genome and the two tailed ones trying to stop the battle all together. But it was the two tailed ones that made this whole scene so delicious. If the Puppet Master wasn't mistaken, the two that had come to stop the battle were actually somthing of value to the sleeping man. Weren't these his siblings who he was looking for? Yes. Yes! They were indeed the ones that this misrable excuse for a mage was after. The sleeping genome had been especially upset when His Majesty had made comments about the male of the pair. So upset the pathetic mage had been the little puppet had almost been broken by the mere thought that it was not kindness that had caused the one callled Zidane to help him in the past. While it was true the Puppet Master did not know the details, he knew enough about the situation to know that if he were to crush these precious lights in the pathetic man's life then the mage would be broken fully and there would be no way for him to rise against himself or his master ever again! He would truly remain a wonderful puppet of destruction without hope. Oh yes. The Puppet Master indeed was going to have fun with this. The broken doll was sleep at a convenient time too, so this would be a simple task....or so the Puppet Master had thought. While everything was more less going according to plan, it was the tailed ones and the attack upon the genome that had undone everything. The powerful thunder spell had injured the body and even that freaking rush attack had left its mark, rattling everything around within; however, the Puppet Master had not expected the attacks to do anything much to distrub the exhausted man in his grasp; however, as the tailed warriors' voices filtered into the mind, the sleeping man began to react and twitch in his sleep without him noticing at all, so the Puppet Master had kept on controlling the war machine in his grasp...only to find the control being wrestled from him as the genome began to override the command with sheer willpower. Not expecting such a thing, the Puppet Master was forced to release some of the dark strings that were beginning to burn in his grasp as the genome resisted his power. Growling, the Heartless turned its attention away from the battle as he glared at the white haired man. The guy was on the brink of breaking from exhaustion, but as he looked up at the Heartless with eyes full of defiance, the Puppet Master knew without a doubt that he would fail in his mission if he couldn't subdue the hate filled man once more, so with no other choice the Puppet Master let go of the reins for now as he made his way through the web and towards the genome with every intention of putting him under a heavy sleeping spell; however, in letting go of the reins, the genome's body didn't know whose command to obey. Should it obey the Puppet Master and destroy the targets before it or should it listen to Kuja and cease the attack? The indecision put the body in a state of confusion and pain as the two forces within faced off against each other. ___________________________________________ Action Box: ~ Kuja's auto-magic against Aile has failed due to Zidane's interference. Auto- Magic: 1 post until reuse. ~ Two of three waves from Caius's attack misses Kuja as he flies upward to avoid the attack; however he is confused as to why Aerynn and Aile are in their strange trances/sleep. ~ Due to confusion, Mikoto's thundaga hits Kuja causing him to fall to the ground as he takes heavy damage from the spell. Unable to recover quick enough, the third wave from Caius's attack smacks into him and knocks him away a bit. ~ Kuja gets up from the attacks, but is dazed slightly, so he shakes his head to clear it and his eyes lands on Mikoto. Labeling her as the "pink shadow" or "the tailed shadow in pink", Kuja assumes because she is looking at him that she casted the thundaga spell. Out of vengence, he attempts to cast Flare upon her. Flare: 5 posts. ~ Zidane's Rumble Rush hits and causes damage to the genome and interupts flare from being cast. ~ Kuja dodges fire and blizzard from Aile, only getting lightly frosted as the blizzard spell passes closely by him. Kuja casts Demi upon Aile in an attempt to crush him for daring to fire magic at him. Demi: 2 posts ~ Kuja is injured but looking for a revenge for the pain, he moves into position to cast Ultima on the group; however, before he can do this, the genome is distracted as he seems to fight with himself. He is temporarily oblivious to what is happening around him and is unable to attack for 1 post as he tries to regain control. Kuja is vunerable! ~ End Post Auto Regen: It is working hard to seal up the heavier damage upon the genome, but has only managed to seal up and heal minor cuts, brusises, and burns. Kuja is still suffering from the lingering damage from the back-to-back attacks. Strike Engery: Ready to use.
