Cissnei’s orders were simple. She was to scout out a world and collect data. Then she was to report back to the company. If she found anything she thought she could bring back without it disrupting anything then she was to do so. Lastly she was to protect anything that could be of value to Shinra. This had to be the easy assignment she had ever been on.
The Turk was honestly just glad to get out of the office. She had been stacks of paper work after stacks of paper work. The only time she actually got to do something was when she was assigned to Reno that faithful day and they had to stop yet another rogue. Not only was she getting out of the office she would actually get to explore a new world. She had heard about these worlds from a few Turks who actually got to see them but this was the first time she would actually get to go.
She was told to be prepared for anything. She sharpened her weapon the Shuriken Rekka and clipped it to her belt loop on her side for easy access. She stocked up on her Materia and did a few stretches to keep herself limber. Of all the Turks she was more acrobatic and was probably to closes to a ninja they had. Once she was ready to go she got the all clear from the company to move out. She walked out of headquarters and mounted her bike. With a roar of the engine she took off. A Flash of light would indicate that the device on her motorcycle was working and the next thing she knew it warped her into the designated world.
It was dark. High buildings with neon lights touched the sky, but the biggest building by far was the giant castle that seemed to be floating above everything. Its enormity was magnified by the moon. That caught Cissnei’s eyes automatically. It wasn’t round like a typical moon. It looked kind of like a heart but it looked like someone had fired something into and now it had a big bite out of it.
“Odd shaped moon and giant creepy castle….. If that doesn’t scream interesting data…..I don’t know what does.” Cissnei got off her bike and took to the roads on foot. As she walked down the streets and ally ways towards the castle; she started to feel uneasy. Something was wrong with this place and she couldn’t put her finger on it. "I guess I will find out soon enough.” She said
(If you guys wish for the fight to take place somewhere other than the castle then feel free to put it where ever. I will come follow you if that is what you want. That is why I never said she made it to the castle yet. If you don’t mind it there then she will be at the front of the castle but not in it)

The wind carried black feathers through the city as the one winged angel gazed upon its square from atop Memory’s Skyscraper. His hair flowed to his left with the wing, the bottom of his coat fluttering behind him while his eyes traced the roads and alleys below. Scum like Zidane could come crawling out any moment through any of the cracks in this city, like roaches emerging from their den to feed. He couldn’t let him or anyone else draw him away from battle again, or even to cause a distraction. If he or one liked him appeared Sephiroth would drop out of the sky and eliminate him as soon as he emerged, so he could move on to the much more powerful opponents that needed his attention.
However, the more Sephiroth looked the more uneasy he became with that plan. Perhaps that was why they had failed in Radiant Garden, with Sephiroth focusing on chasing the small fry away from the battle while leaving his allies to deal with those who truly possessed strength. Regardless of whether he had overestimated his allies or not, someone of his skill and power should be focusing on the strongest in a group of enemies. It was basic military strategy, when the small fry emerged as a distraction the lesser soldiers would emerge to take care of the vermin. He was almost ashamed that he had allowed such a small embarrassment to throw him off his game, a mistake that he wouldn’t allow to happen again.
So now Sephiroth broadened his search, while keeping an eye out for the distractions he also searched for any sign of his allies or adversaries. So far there was none, but it wasn’t long before the soft hum of an approaching motorcycle caught his attention. His immediate thought was of Cloud, though he quickly dismissed that possibility for he didn’t sense his other half. Whoever it was stopped their bike a short distance away, and Sephiroth returned to his surveillance of the city until he saw the redheaded Turk wandering through the streets below. He merely snorted, hardly believing her to be the biggest threat that he would face. He needed to wait and bide his time before he took action, make his movements swiftly and precisely to keep from creating another fiasco like before. Timing was just as important as power, one without the only merely caused a chaos that prevented anything from getting done.
For now, he would wait. Sephiroth had been called here for a reason, following through on his alliance with the cloaked man. Not only that, but the library in this world was too important to allow it to slip into enemy hands. Though it truly wouldn’t prevent him from visiting it, he much enjoyed the ease in which he could reach it and wanted to ensure that it continued for the sake of his future research. For reasons both of honor and selfishness he would defend this world, and repel the light with an everlasting darkness.

I want to shine
One will never know how correct Sephiroth's suspicions are. The darkness of the cityscape were the boy's second territory. He found himself in yet another dark and creepy place. He supposed this place needed a hand. Looking around there was no life and everything was pretty lackluster. His cloak was pulled over his head and sheltered him in the darkness quite easily. He walked along the edges of the building, his arms were cocooned in the dark cloth and kept his hand motions discreet. He would unlatch the strap from his daggers, just in the case he had to respond to some of the dangerous things he came across before. Behind him his tail swayed beneath the end of the dark cloak. His pony tail hung neatly over his shoulder where the end was left to snake out of the hood. His features were un exposed and his stance distorted by the cloth.
He hopped along the shadows of the buildings and soon would vault himself off the ground to get a better view of things. He walked along the ledge and turned the sharp corner, using his tail to wrap around the ornate stone edge and ease his shift. Peering out his sapphire orbs would take in the landscape. It was pretty beneficial to him, just in case there were really more beings of Darkness here. The scenery was really creepy. The way the castle floated was something out of Memoria itself. He looked off when a loud noise carried to his ears. He crouched down and spotted a motorbike, something of which he has never seen, pull into view. When Cissnei's form climbed off he felt the airs of feminism. That body, that hair~! He tugged on his gloves and cuffs, tightening them so his grip was not put into question. He made sure the light armor over his bracers were centered before he kicked off the roof with a flip.
His cloak fluttered like a shadow in the wind. His body twisted as he rolled into a flash kick and landed on the ground with his back to the woman. His form bounced as when his feet landed he sprang a bit and threw out his arms dramatically as he spun on his heel. His pony tail danced a bit as his tail curled into the cloak to prevent any uneasy glares.
"It would be a pretty romantic moonlit night, if not for all the Darkness." He settled his hand on his hip, the other inside the cloak by his blades in the case she was the one causing the darkness.
He concentrated on the woman, using Detect. After a moment he smiled, his curling lips visibly beneath the shadow of his hood. He looked around and glanced up to the castle. He should probably introduce himself before he looked like a villain. The male bowed his head, ever the flamboyant one, motions always exaggerated and difficult to discern, but he was a thief. All of his actions were kisses on this lips of a white lie. He looked to Cissnei and smirked.
"This isn't the first place I've been like this. It's pretty unsettling to see this...it's like watching the flow of a Planet get sick, you know?" It was too similar to Memoria and to the way the Mist. He blinked and motioned his hand, face still obscured by the shadows. "Where are my manners? My name's Zidane Tribal! Actor, adventurer, and savior or worlds! At your service!" He took another deep bow before standing. "Hehe, well at least I try and help 'em out. You don't seem like one of those nasty folks, what's a pretty lady like you doing in such a nasty place?"
It was clear he was very straight forward about his manner of speaking, but something about him.... He weaved along the fine line of truths and lies. After all he always had to have a trump card ready. Not showing allies or enemies his full strength allowed him to act without their worry and the enemy's knowledge.
Detect: Using his intuition he reads the enemy's nature to detect their alignment, combat style and racial category. -2 Post Cooldown.

The air was cold tonight. Xehanort leered down upon the dark city below, a soft wind chilling his bald head. He was alone on Naught's Skyway, alone to ponder the events that were to supposedly take place. A great battle between the seekers of light and the forces of darkness, all for the soul of a world that isn't even supposed to exist. It was a waste of effort in the master's opinion, this world meant very little in the grand scheme but for whatever reason one of his halves held it with a high regard. Xemnas wished to protect it, after all many a dark being called this lumbering castle home. There were better worlds more fit for the wielders of darkness, but Xehanort dared not pass up this opportunity. He did not seek glory in the coming battle, just leverage.
Xehanort was only helping Xemnas protect his nostalgic little fort because he wanted Xemnas to owe him later. There were hard tasks up ahead, tasks that shall test even the most firm of loyalties. He needed to take part in this, so that if Xemnas ever began to show doubt Xehanort could hopefully keep him in line by bringing this up. Would be more effective if they won, but either way the old man had what he sought. All he must do now is fulfill his end of the bargain. Shouldn't be too strenuous, though even the blandness of light can show off a few surprises.
Xehanort didn't stay on the skyway for long. He was usually keen on watching from afar, but this time he thought it best to jump in at the get go. Maybe even take down the threat before it even gets to the castle, that is if they even bother to show up. Where shall he place himself though? Ah of course, Memory's Skyscraper. Couldn't go wrong with that view. Now, should he go in his current form or break out his true power early? Might as well, especially if he wished to end the predicted conflict quickly. With a clenching of his fists, Master Xehanort's old frail form was consumed by a cloud of shadows. When the shadows ceased, a new armored being stood in his place(the man with no heart). A glimpse into the old master's former glory. In this form, he shall teach the pompous worshipers of light the true extent of his dark power.
Armor clad and ready for battle, Xehanort summoned his keyblade which quickly transformed into a pair of twisted wings(dooming flight). With the grace of an eagle Xehanort weaved within the shadows, quickly making his way to the extravagant structure that served as the dark city's landmark. Silently he approached the peak of the structure, landing with the utmost of care to stay concealed within shadow. He arrived on the darkened back of the structure. Knowing that nothing shall come from this side, he made his way to the front side (coming in from the left). There, he came upon a fellow servant of the dark. He was once told his name was Sephiroth, and it would seem he had claimed the skyscraper as a perch first. At least Xehanort would have company as he watched for intruders.
Wait though, the intruders had already arrived. Xehanort peered over the edge and spotted two figures speaking to each other. Neither looked like anyone who had been gathered this day, so Xehanort jumped to a logical conclusion. He spoke to his companion in a hushed voice, "Look at them. So oblivious to their transgression. Such careless upstarts. How longer would we delay before showing them they do not belong?" Xehanort's wings were still active. His boots hovered just slightly over the surface of the tower's peak. With a thought he could take to the air once more and obliterate the two beings below. Yet he waited, looking to the silver haired man beside him. If he were to battle alongside anyone, it would be himself. However, Sephiroth would surely do for now. He was a warrior of great power, from what he has heard. Surely he would provide a great deal of entertainment to the old master. Xehanort shifted his sight below once more and in a coy voice he asked, "Shall we drop in?"
[/blockquote][/blockquote] -----------------------Abilities Used The Man with No Heart: With his revival, Xehanort has attained the power to tap into his former glory. After a quick summoning, his Keyblade Armor from his youthful years shall appear on his body. His power and speed shall be doubled, no longer being hindered by his old body. All abilities described below can only be used while his armor is donned. Lasts for the duration of the battle.
Dooming Flight: As stated above, Xehanort's keyblade can turn into a pair of wings, and with these wings Xehanort can take flight. With added mobility, Xehanort's attacks become more dangerous, but it can only be maintained for a while (three posts). He shall always come down (whether it be early or on time) with Soul Crush.

OOC -- I have permission from Zack to include him and have him arrive at the same time as Genesis in my post. The warmth of the Greek sun of the Olympus Coliseum vanished quickly as a swirling dark portal carried the two SOLDIER's away from the legendary training world of heroes and heroines. It was a shame to leave that place for it was a most brilliant location to get in some much needed practise as well as a great world for meeting new and old faces. It was a world for heroes, warriors and fighters, mages, warlocks and wizards. Anyone who had any interest in combat or battle ended up at the Coliseum at some point in their live. But today was a day where that world had to be left behind for the time being. Of the two men who ventured through the dark swirling portal had asked a request of the other. It was a request difficult to accomplish, but the auburn-haired man known as Genesis Rhapsodos had decided to aid his fellow SOLDIER First Class in whatever way he could. Thus, the two of them would travel for the time being until any clue or trace was discovered.
Who were they looked for? Well, the other SOLDIER accompanying the Crimson SOLDIER was Angeal's pupil, 'The Puppy' Zack Fair. Genesis and Zack had met each other in the tournament a few weeks ago, but there was something amiss about the spiky haired boy as he ended up forefitting his match against current champion Rhapsodos. It was only a few days later that his reasons were revealed and while Genesis was disappointed with what had happened, he deemed Zack's cause worthy and agreed to help him. They had no set destination, for their target was not known for lingering about in one place for long, so it all came down to their combined luck at the end of the day, as to whether they'd find what they were looking for.
With the Coliseum far behind them and endless darkness spreading in every direction, even the sounds of their footsteps came to naught as they literally didn't seem to be a physical floor under their feet. Recent information about the spiky-haired Fair made the Crimson SOLDIER wonder if Zack had already experienced being within the Corridors of Darkness before, though it was only a small concern and not a particularly important one. No, there was no need to worry about anything other then trying to find a new destination to head to. The problem with using these random dark portals was that they appeared at random and then sent you somewhere random as well. You had no control over these things unless you were actually capable of summoning them yourselves. "You have any idea where he might be?" Genesis asked as he turned his head to the side to glance upon the fellow SOLDIER beside him. The auburn-haired man usually travelled the corridors alone so he had no idea if Zack could even hear him.
As what felt like several minutes passed by, the exit of the corridor opened up and threw the pair of SOLDIER's out into a world that the Crimson Commander had never laid eyes upon before. The location seemed to be that of a city with tall buildings and even some skyscrapers, but the thing that felt wrong about this world, was while some of the lights in the windows were on in some buildings, everything was deathly quiet - more so then the corridor of darkness itself. A glance over his shoulder revealed to Genesis that Zack had came through as well, though his glance ended their as he returned to viewing what was before him. It seemed they both had arrived on ground level, a massive skyscraper with neon lights and several television screens was ahead of them, towering over some of the other buildings. It looked like a casino or maybe a hotel, but what was a building like this doing on a world that felt as dead as the Keyblade Graveyard? Walking off down the street, Genesis only took a handful of paces before he stopped and narrowed his eyes, turning his attention back up to Memory Skyscraper.
Something was up there...
The SOLDIER First Class didn't have time to turn to Zack and ask his thoughts before idle conversation from nearby caught his attention. Turning in the direction he heard the voice, the Crimson Commander made his way off the street he was on, leaving The Puppy alone if he didn't follow, and headed down an ally onto a new road. It was here that he caught sight of two familiar figures, both he was not expecting to see on a world like this. Well, of the two, perhaps Cissnei had more of a reason while Zidane was probably here because of Cissnei. A soft 'heh' escaped his lips at the thought that was followed by a shake of his head. From the shadows of the ally he stood in, hopefully now hidden from view due to the buildings beside him of whatever might have been lurking on Memory Skyscraper, Genesis made himself known.
"Hey, you two. Don't stand out in the open. You may be being watched." The Crimson Commander's tone was poetic as always though somewhat stern, perhaps demanding. There was something very fishy going on in this world and there was that feeling within the back of Genesis' mind that war was brewing. His instincts as a warrior told him that a battle was about to break loose and it was going to be a big one. Whether Zack felt the same or not, the Crimson SOLDIER didn't know, but it was pretty evident that the Female Turk and her new stalker were oblivious to this. With his words said, the auburn-haired man disappeared back into the alley where he walked down to the far end, peering out once he got there to look back up at the massive skyscraper not too far away.
There was definitely something up there...

Gotta store them templates somewhere, right? [atrb=border,0,bTable]I thought you couldn't afford to lose. |
[/div] Joshua Kiryu hadn't the foggiest idea where he was supposed to look for his friend. After all, there were a lot of worlds, and the odds were good that Neku was out and about moving between them. In the meantime, then, it'd be nice to take an active role against those Heartless that were such an issue. It'd be a complete war if the things got to Shibuya. Megumi had good intentions, but he'd probably make a terrible plan this time too. Best to try and do what he could to stem the tide.
From what the Composer had gathered, the creatures were most at home in darkness. Until he had a better plan and more resources than what he could draw from so far away from Shibuya, he'd keep it simple. Make sure the darkness didn't reach Shibuya by diverting it elsewhere. As step one, he picked a random world that was shrouded in the dark energy and went there.
Underneath Memory's Skyscraper, which appeared to be an average, ordinary skysraper to Joshua, the Composer materialized. He saw a man in a red coat, with someone else following him, warn a boy with a tail and a woman with a massive throwing star about being watched. He walked towards them as the red-coated man walked away, wings fading from sight as he walked down the Skyscraper's front steps.
The boy raised his hand in greeting. "This place would be so much nicer without all this darkness about, don't you think?" As he spoke, the Composer looked around. Tall buildings and dark streets everywhere. The place almost looked like Shibuya at night, but not quite. He reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone, holding the device in his hand, ready to be opened. Something was rather off about the night air, and it looked like Joshua would have to work even sooner than he'd anticipated. Oh well. tag Raid people words 319 notes Nothing used yet. (OOC: Music for this post: Esper Theme Dual Remix) and let's get this party exploded, shall we? Haha.)
Up above countless rooftops and skyscraper windows, above dwindling light and unorganized order, another armored figure stepped on the other side of Master Xehanort opposite from Sephiroth. The neon lights of this world glinted off his dark polished armor, his dark gaze from under his visor in contrast cast downwards upon the assembled group in judgment below, not looking at the deadly warriors he had stepped next to. Yet atop Memory's Skyscraper under the ever-observing senses of these schemers, on equal footing and shoulder to shoulder within gleaming armor and pauldrons, Judge Gabranth silently acknowledged them with his presence and his wrathful voice. "The tyranny of the dying light... so we shall." he answered the mastermind of the True Organization, the mask of his helmet not betraying the conviction and malice laced into his tone.
There was a sideways glance from underneath the helmet none could fathom, casting first at the fallen hero that was Sephiroth. Remembering him as a ally under the thrall of the god known as Chaos, it was perhaps he who knew hatred just as much on a grand scale as he did. Not only for the people that had betrayed him as they had to Gabranth, but for his entire world, to smother it violently in the flames of darkness. Justice he commended to the fallen hero and the hatred he embraced, but beyond that and any connection to The Man In The Black Coat, Gabranth paid the man no mind. It was fortunate of him to join them within the darkness against the light's pale domination to unbalance all the worlds, for if he had gotten in the way, Gabranth would not hesitate to fight him.
Master Xehanort was no different as a threat, although just as highly commendable as one, although the Judge knew little about him. He had been recruited to assist the True Organization by Young Xehanort, admist a rough and callous deal, Gabranth's loyalty for a alliance of convenience. Master Xehanort was his older and future self of the youth, and this would be his first time in battle alongside him, although he cared not to prove anything to him. In fact, Gabranth figured he alone could take them all on, he had fought no less of his twin brother's party back in Ivalice. He knew the Xehanorts must have seen him as a expendable pawn for their petty schemes, but this was no past organization, he had survived as one of the last remaining judges of Archadia to this date and was confident he knew what he was doing to survive.
So yes. A pawn. Make them believe he was one.
With the metallic gauntlet not holding his swallowsword, he raised his left hand to the skies above The World That Never Was, where darkened cloud above began to twist and shape into contorted form. If he was viewed as expendable, he would not be the first pawn to be discarded from this battlefield of chess, or at all because of how strong he viewed he had become. Black and purple wisps of energy began to manifest down in the square before the massive skyscraper, forming a core of an eerie glow of green and orange, before it exploded in a flash to reveal a darkened figure. Zalera, the Death Seraph, made a deep and eerie laugh as the shamaness he unfurled in his caped wing cackled along with him at the light warriors. Instananeously upon summoning it slashed at the closest target to Memory's Skyscraper, Joshua, with the jagged spikes from it's unholy bony wing.
While the summon had distracted them, Gabranth had ran down the building and jumped to land within a safe distance before hurting himself, pulling apart his swallow swords to form Chaos Blade and Highway Star before they glowed with a storm-grey energy around the blades. Innocencewas sent the group's way as Gabranth slashed the giant cresent energy blades forth, arcing over Genesis and anyone that may have accompanied him to impact into Zidane and Cissnei without warning. Without a further word Gabranth smashed his sword violent into the ground, a orange fiery projectile in the form of Gaia Breach racing along the paved street, aiming for none of the combantants but for a abandoned truck discarded in the street. The earth magic exploded underneath the vehicle with a ear-shattering bang, sending shrapnel flying but the entire metallic hull of the truck itself, flipping over and headed straight towards the group of Light Warriors.
Among these faces bathed in the glow of the flames of his malevolent destruction, discluding the female and the boy the Esper attacked, they were of those that he knew. The man in the crimson coat was the one who had defended that pitiful spit of an island bathed in the glow of the light, a man with matching hair of auburn red much like the woman's, but the coward's name who would not face him in battle was of little consequence. George? Gene? He would not honor nor meet one who thought he was a hero but chose to embrace utter cowardice. The other was the rat he had recently intercepted in Twilight Town, Zidane, who fought on the side of the witch goddess who's existance imprisoned him relentlessly in that pointless endeavor of what the gods called war.
If the rat would not face him, he would be purged, regardless.
The Judge Magister strode confidently through the billowing smoke and sparks of the devastation he had wrought upon these infidels who had dared to cross this domain close to the deepest darkness, cloak emblazoned with the blood red insignia of the Empire against a background of darkness wafting up behind him, striding through the haze untouched like some demonic metal soldier from the deepest hells as sparks of scorching ravenous flame reflected off his solid armor. Behind him the might of his Esper Zalera floated menacingly upon deathly wing, the skull of the monster forever frozen in it's hollowed grin, flaring out it's abomination of a ribcage wings as the shamaness shrieked out a ear-piercing scream. A cold chill permiated the air around the ghoulish summon, in contrast to the emblazing fires now littering the square before the iconic skyscraper, caused by the unnatural presence of the scion of death. As the Judge eyed his opposition, sweat lined his brow under his steely visor from the heat of the uplifted explosion of the currently flying truck in mid-air, but it was a brow that was furrowed in anticipation and more importantly, utter resentment and contempt.
"Now, we shall discard all formalities. I will test your resolve." he finally spoke to these 'heroes' in a firm and seething tone as his helmet continued to contrast with a steely gaze of unemotional callousness, and raising his blades to prepare for retaliation, as he had to hazard a guess a assault against this fortress of darkness would not be so foolishly small...
Actions/powers used:
- First action - Zalera attempted to slash Joshua with it's wing.
- Second action - Gabranth used his Esper as a distraction to plummet down Memory's Skyscraper, landing on the ground and used Innocence to attack Zidane and Cissnei.
Innocence: Gabranth slashes his twin swords forth after being instantly charged with a transparent energy similar to Hatred, and with each of the four slashes, a sickle-shaped blade of energy is thrown forth. The blades are wide as the average person is tall, and can track the target slightly, but not as such as that the blade would change direction from it's original path. While he is firing this, he cannot be interupted from its execution, as the blades also guard him from weak melee and spell powers but not strong ones (such as limit breaks), but the few seconds on which he charges this he is vulnerable to any fast attacks beforehand as consequence. Three post cooldown.
- Third action - Preformed Gaia's Breach through the ground to explode and launch the truck near Memory's Skyscraper into the air as a projectile towards the group.
Gaia Breach: A thin shockwave of orange-red energy, that shoots forward and tracks along the ground rapidly towards the opponent, when Gabranth slams a sword down upon a flat surface. Cooldown is three turns.
Damage taken: None (yet)
Cooldowns in effect:
- Innocence: Three turns.
- Gaia's Breach: Three turns.

Prepare the weapon, this battle ends when I give in. I lose my head I lose my mind I lose my mind. Time passes by, falls out of sight. And I can't look back I'm losing my fight. Blinded by this light all truth is gone..gone..gone
IN CHARACTER ✗ It was finally done. Genesis had agreed to help Zack with his cause in finding Sephiroth. Confronting the One Winged Angel about what happened in Nibelheim would help the former SOLDIER put the ghosts of his own past behind him, as well as help put the spirits of those who had died to rest. Well..at least to Zack it would. He wasn't out to kill Angeal's old friend. No, there was no honor in that. He just wanted to best him, accomplish one goal. Should he succeed and overcome that darkness? He'd know he was ready for the greatest test he had to face now, and that would be freeing Terra from the darkness that had taken him much like the other had done for him all those years ago.
The duo stepped out from the Corridor of Darkness, leaving behind the comfort Olympus Coliseum had offered. In its place, was a world that felt void and empty. But above all that, it was dark and cold. The very darkness that could be felt from this world felt as if it were trying to crawl under Zack's skin. It was enough to give one goosebumps, however now was not the time to show he was bothered by it. While normally energetic, Zack had his serious moments and had learned to be serious after Angeal had passed, and this was one of those moments.
"I dunno where he'd be, but something tells me this place is a start." he said in response to Genesis's question. Turning his head left and right occasionally, Zack's senses remained honed despite his otherwise calm and relaxed demeanor. "This seems like a place he'd like though. Dark and devoid of life." He'd follow Genesis, even when he moved to investigate the voices. As they drew closer to the skyscraper though, an all too familiar eerie feeling overtook him, everything in his body alerting him that something was here, more specifically atop th skyscraper. As for the voices, one of them was definitely familiar, though before he could get the words out of his mouth, something was happening.
Multiple colors appeared in the sky before a form was taken. Hand immediately going up to grip the Buster Sword, Zack watched as a summon descended down and attacked what appeared to be a civilian. "Hey lookout!" he called out hoping to get Joshua's attention about the incoming Esper. While normally he would save the boy, the distance between Joshua and himself and Genesis wouldn't exactly allow for a timely rescue.
Before he could react however, a figure began making his way down towards the group, sending a cresent wave of energy over his and Genesis's head but it soon became clear they were not his mark. Turning his head to follow the beam, Zack quickly reached to grab Genesis by his collar and attempt to yank him down to the ground with him as an earsplitting boom filled the area, followed by shrapnel and what appeared to be a flying flaming truck. "EVERYONE IF YOU CAN GET DOWN!!" he yelled. Soon enough, shrapnel began flying about, sending shards of red hot metal towards the group, causing Zack to wince and groan in pain as he felt some of the searing hot metal cut and pierce his skin, leaving burns and cuts in their wake.
"Dammit..." he hissed as he stayed low to the ground and awaited the worst to be over. As an armor clad man landed upon the ground, Zack slowly rose to his feet, wincing slightly from the cuts and burns the shrapnel had left. So, this guy was capable of summoning was he? Well then, two perhaps three could play at that game if Genesis was thinking along the same lines as he was when it came to evening the odds a little. Wincing yet again as he moved his arm, a small red glow emitted from his left bicep as the very energy of Gaia and the Lifestream itself was channeled. Quickly Zack raised his arm to the air, a summoning glyph briefly appearing as the magic launched itself into the sky.
High above, the otherwise cloudless skies of The World That Never was soon became filled with clouds, blotting out even the odd heart shaped moon this world had. Thunder and lightning flashed and crackled in the sky as the clouds began to slowly rotate as if a tornado was forming. Another flash of lightning appeared, followed by a loud roar as a blue light pierced the dark clouds, small at first by glowing larger and larger until it broke through the swirl, another loud roar was let lose from Bahamut's mouth, this time shaking even the buildings of the world as the summon expanded it's wings, dissipating the blue energy surrounding it's body.
"Hey man, you want to play summons I have one for ya. Meet my buddy Bahamut." he said with a grin as he twirled the Buster Sword in his hand, channeling energy into the blade. "Now as for me...I think it's time to cut loose." Swinging the massive blade of the Buster Sword forth, Zack sent forth a cresent shaped blue beam of energy towards Gabranth. If the Blade Beam were to hit, it would split off and head towards Gabranth's Esper, and if one other of his team were to foolishly try and join him while this attack launched, they'd find the beam splitting into two instead of one other should it hit Gabranth, and well..with the other mark being the Esper, it wouldn't be hard to figure out where that third beam of energy would be aimed.
Abilities Used: Summon Bahamut: HP: 10. Dissipates if HP is brought down or Megaflare is used Cooldown: 5 posts. Initiated upon use of Limit Break or HP brought down Blade Beam: Utilized by Zack in his Coliseum fights in Birth By Sleep. Like Cloud, Zack channels energy into the Buster Sword before swinging it towards his opponent. Upon swing, a crescent shaped beam of energy is launched towards his foe, dealing medium to heavy damage upon impact. If used while fighting multiple foes, the beam will split off into no more than two separate beams and go towards two additional foes. Cooldown: 3 posts
Actions: 1. Zack attempted to grab Genesis and pull him down with him upon hearing a loud explosion to avoid getting hit. Zack took some shrapnel damage and now has minor cuts and medium burns on his arms. 2. In order to even the odds against Gabranth and his Esper, Zack called forth Bahamut. 3. To start things off and save the others, Zack sent a Blade Beam towards Gabranth and his Esper. If Blade Beam splits into one or two additional beams depends on the opposing team. Currently has one beam headed towards him that will split and shoot towards the Esper should it hit Gabranth.

A war was brewing and battle lines were being drawn. Soon, the universe that this being found itself in would be engulfed in a sea of carnage and destruction and chaos. Skirmishes had already started. Denizens of light had already started to spread their essence over the worlds of this universe and those of Darkness were trying to do the same. This being that walked through the empty dark streets of The World That Never Was knew all about both Light and Darkness. It was his ingenuity that has helped the great one known as Master Xehanort get as far as he did. This being was cloaked in black; this being wore what was traditional amongst those that were a part of Organization XIII. This being was considered a Nobody…but he was far more than that. In fact, one could say that he was quite possibly the strongest Nobody to ever exist. However, that would be a peculiar statement to make.
As this Nobody made its way to the open area where the Memory Skyscraper rested with his black hood covering his entire face. He stood atop a building that wasn't as tall as the skyscraper that had been decorated with neon lights but it was the building that was closest to the fabled skyscraper. The clouds in the sky danced around and, for the most part, above the tower, floated away to reveal a heart-shaped moon. This Nobody looked up to the sky and took in a deep breath. This Nobody had a bit of a relationship with this heart-shaped moon...which was known to him as Kingdom Hearts. He once tried to build it with several other special Nobodies under the notion that they would be whole again for they would receive hearts once it became..."ripe" enough. However, his own personal wish was to use it to recreate the universe in his image...nothing more...nothing less. He failed in this task but he had been brought back again not to gather hearts for Kingdom Hearts but to help in Master Xehanort's quest. This Nobody had been brought back to help Master Xehanort, who was the leader of the true Organization XIII, and assist him in reaching his goals... This Nobody's name...was Xemnas.
Xemnas saw this place as his home, his fortress of solitude so to speak. He knew everything about this place, he knew every inch of this world. The denizens of darkness were beginning to lose their grip on upon the worlds that danced about in this universe. And so, Xemnas went out to form alliances with strong, powerful beings to help against the seemingly unstoppable wave of momentum that the denizens of Light had recently gained after taking back the world known as Radiant Garden. Xemnas assumed that the denizens of Light would soon make a move to take down the world that Xemnas called home so he made a few..."calls" so to speak. Xemnas looked down as the warriors of Light gathered. Xemnas sneered at them from within his black hood. Xemnas couldn't believe the nerve of them; how could they possibly believe that they were right to take Xemnas's home and taint it? The denizens of Light were self-righteous...in their eyes, it was their way or the highway.
The Superior of the In Between then looked up to the top of Memory's Skyscraper to see his allies as well as the leader of the True Organization gathering to defend this world as they had promised Xemnas. Sephiroth, the One Winged Angel, and Gabranth, the Judge Magister of the Archadian Empire made their appearance known as well as Master Xehanort, to whom Xemnas was deeply connected to. Xemnas met Sephiroth and Gabranth on two separate occasions; he met Sephiroth on one particular world and Gabranth on the other. Xemnas sensed and felt the dark aura that these powerful men had and Xemnas knew that they could be a great help to him and the Seekers of Darkness, that is, until they grew no longer useful. Xemnas would just as soon cut them off if he found out they were hindering the plans of the True Organization but for now, they were his allies. Then, there was Master Xehanort, Xemnas's leader. When Xemnas asked him to help build defenses in this world for the Light would eventually come, he didn't think that Master Xehanort would agree to it but now that he was here, Xemnas was sure that his home would be defended properly. Xemnas looked down at his feet and he took off his hood. He then looked back up at the sky and at the heart shaped moon and to the men that would help him defend this world. Xemnas gave them a greeting nod and then he covered his head with his ominous hood once more.
And now...it was time to fight, it was time to attack and force the self-righteous denizens of Light from his humble world. Xemnas watched as Gabranth raised his hand above his head to summon a beast to do his bidding. Xemnas watched with emotionless expression as the monster made an effort to attack one of the self righteous trespassers. Xemnas then watched as he made an outstanding effort to attack the enemy. With Gabranth starting the bout, Xemnas figured that since this was his home, it was high time that he stepped into the fray as well. Xemnas walked to the edge of the roof of the building upon which he stood. Xemnas then stretched his arms out to each side of him and let himself fall off of the building. Xemnas soon slowed and stopped his descent to the ground, letting himself levitate a few inches off the ground. He then flew over to the scene of the battle and his eyes found one of the denizens of Light trying to initiate an attack toward Gabranth with a huge, gigantic sword. Xemnas sped up to get in front of Gabranth and by the quick wave of right hand, Xemnas used Thunder Guard, erecting a blue checkered screen to block the projectile coming Gabranth's way. When the projectile hit the screen that Xemnas put up, what resulted was smoke from the two abilities colliding with each other, but when the smoke cleared, the denizens of Light would see Xemnas behind the blue checkered screen, with his hood still over his face. Gabranth was too valuable at this point to have him fall to injury. It was then that Xemnas decided to answer the fool that wished to bring harm to his allies...
"I am afraid you are terribly mistaken... I believe that it is time for you and your self-righteous comrades to leave my home. Your disgusting stench and aura has filled the air of my home. I think it might be best that you vanish..."
With that being said, Xemnas let down his right arm, letting his Thunder Guard fade away but he then quickly waved his left hand at the one with the gigantic sword that tried to do away with Gabranth, encasing him with his Thunder Cage to keep from moving for a time. From there to keep him from escaping, Xemnas floated up into the air and above the one wielding the giant blade that was now boxed in to attack the black haired swordsman from his only window of escape which was above him. Xemnas thrusted his right arm forward at the one who wielded the giant blade and used Authority Bolt, summoning energy to the palm of his right hand and then hurling an energy based attack in the form of arcing bolts of electricity from his hand toward his opponent.
Actions Taken:
Action #1: Xemnas flew at high speed to get in front of Gabranth to use Thunder Guard to protect Gabranth and negate Zack's Blade Beam.
Action #2: Xemnas cages Zack with Thunder Cage.
Action #3: Xemnas flew into the air to get above Zack and used Authority Bolt.
Powers Used:
Thunder Guard[/u] - Xemnas, by the quick wave of either of his hands, can erect a huge barrier screen in front of him, blocking any and all physical attacks and magical attacks. It can cause Thunder-elemental damage to any that touch it, causing light damage. Only Limit Breaks and Ultimate Attacks can break through this barrier screen and hurt Xemnas. (2 post cooldown)
Thunder Cage - Xemnas, by the quick wave of either of his hands, can erect four barrier screens around his opponent or opponents to make like a square to cage, trap and hold his opponents. It can blocking any and all physical attacks and magical attacks and it can cause Thunder-elemental damage to any that touch it besides Xemnas, causing light damage. Only Limit Breaks and Ultimate Attacks can break through this barrier cage, however. (3 post cooldown)
Authority Bolt - Xemnas then summons energy to the palm of his right or left hand and then he hurls an energy based attack in the form of arcing bolts of electricity from his hand toward his opponent. (2 post cooldown)

Upon exploring Cissnei soon found herself face to face with a boy that she could have sworn had a tail. Well whatever it was he had tucked it away quickly enough. She raised her eyebrow on the boy’s comment about his place possible being romantic if it wasn’t for the darkness. “Romantic…..?” she thought to herself. She wasn’t trained to sense darkness or light and found it pointless. She was trained to observe and make conclusion from that. Light and Dark was something that didn’t exist in the female’s Turks mind. There were those who caused trouble and those who were strong enough to stop that trouble from whipping them out. The players, the game, and rules changed all the time. The hunter could hunt one day, and the next the hunter could be the hunted. Nothing was in black and white so she chose to ignore the darkness bit and decided that the boy knew something about trouble brewing.
The female Turk to note of two things; one was how hard the boy was looking at her and the other was how his hand was on his hip and the other was hidden. With such a flashy entrances it would be normal to have a person put both hands on their hips and a “hahaha look at me” kind of way, or even have both arms under his cloak as to look mysterious or like is everything he just did was nothing. “I am not on a side, I work for the Shinra Corporation, I am at full strength, I am a adaptable to several forms of fighting and weapons, and clearly have nothing to hide as to my arms are down at my sides and not in a threating stance, so you can stop your scan and save your energy for an actual threat. I have no orders to hurt you, nor a reason to come after you as long as you don’t take out whatever your hand his near and wield it against me.”
Cissnei began to walk away from the boy until he mentioned about planets getting sick. She came to a hault and lowered her head a bit with her back turned. Yeah…she knew all about that. “Cissnei or Shuriken. You pick.” She responded to his name She let out a small tsk sound at the pretty lady part and answered his question none the less. “My job.” She continued to walk in the direction of a truck. She was still a good distanced away from it when she heard a familiar poetic voice. She whipped around to see her fears confirmed. “You. I Should have know you wouldn’t stay down. This can’t be g….” Her words where cut off by yet a second figure that wasn’t too far behind Genesis. “Zack?” This took by surprise more than seeing Genesis. The Genesis’ that died always seemed to have a bad habit of not being the real Genesis…so it was only a matter of time before he showed up again…but Zack…that was a different story.
Soon after someone else happened upon the group. This place was starting to get to crowded and it was making it hard for the Turk to do her job. She could imagine how her report would go already. “gee sorry Shinra, I couldn't get much done because two guys who were meant to be dead, a monkey, and a civilian showed up to have a tea party.”
The Turk’s eyes shot back to Genesis. She glared and her hand slowly reached behind her. The call to stop the man hunt for Genesis never given and the Loveless lover still left a bad taste in the Turks mouth. She knew the man in crimson wasn’t stupid and if he was looking at her he could read her movement, so a fake out would probably be best to work with. However, the sound of rushing wings and Zack’s call out broke the Turks concentration. She looked in the direction that the puppy was looking and saw a summon take a swipe at the civilian. Whoever, saving the boy was the last thing on the girls mind. She had her own problems to deal with as her eyes followed the path that the summon took and found a man jumping from the skyscraper and landing safely on the ground. “I don’t get paid enough for this.” She said placing her hand on one of her hips looking rather unimpressed with the situation she found herself in and no orders to fall back on. White blades of energy came at her. She back flipped away the first time and started to run towards he direction she was originally walking in. The blade seemed to follow her and there was no way she could get behind her and equally no way she could keep out running it. Next thing she knew a shock wave just missed her during her run and hit the truck sending it flying in her direction and everyone else’s.
So blades of energy behind her and flaming truck flying towards her front. “Yeah, definitely don’t get paid enough.” She panted as she ran. Zack’s order of everyone getting down gave Cissnei an idea. As the truck came flying closer and closer dove under it. The flames licked her body and some of the metal pieces hit her since while she was under it for that moment in time. Once the vehicle passed she ran a few more feet and then got on the ground as low as she could and covered her head. With any luck the white blades of energy that chased her down would hit the truck and either blow it up completely and cancel out the blades since it made contact with something.
Cissnei got back up to see that Zack had pulled Genesis down. “Why would he save Genesis?” She pondered. It was unclear what the others were doing at the time since the young Turk seemed to preoccupied with what Zack had just done. Now the Ex-SOLIDER was up on his feet and summoning a creature of his own. Cissnei just stood back and watched. Zack tried to attack with his blades magic and was stopped by another player protecting his comrade that had shot his beams of energy at her. The sword wielder was then placed in a box of lighting. “Well. Shinra did say I was to protect anything that could be of value to him.” she smirked
She grabbed her Shuriken that was hooked behind her, ran forward, and stopped a few distance away from the cage. “I suggest it you have any protective spells you use them now in case this fails. Or some hard core magic trick to get you out of there.” She said calmly to Zack as the opponent’s hand filled with energy. Rekka was glowing red at one of its spikes. She tossed her weapon at the hooded figure and it bust in to flames as it flew as the Fire Materia was equipped to it. She wasn’t sure if she was in time to divert the aim of the man’s spell or not. After the attack the Shuriken flew back to its owner like a boomer rang.
Cissnei tossed her weapon again at Xemans doing ever think in her power to keep him away from the cage. Her arm began to glow this time and as the weapon flew further the glow on Cissnei’s arm got brighter. Rekka then turned around as if it was a living thing this time and honed in on Xemnas again for a second strike as it came back to its wielder. Hopefully at least one of the strikes had hit its mark. Whether Double Cut hit or not the Turk would catch her weapon all the same. Cissnei stood her ground and waited and watched. There had to be more. She looked around. The one guys said this place was his home and when people protect their homes they normally enlist an army. The female Turk was in no position to fight an army but if she went back to tell the corporation what she saw and that she just left them there on their own she would be in bigger trouble.
Actions 1. Running and diving under flying truck of fire to avoid blades and hopefully destroying truck 2. Fire materia equipped to Rekka so she is set on fire when tossed 3. Rekka is tossed again at Xemnas this time with Double Cut active so the Shuriken would strike again as it came back and only count as one action.

It was hardly surprising to the general that Zidane was the first opponent he caught sight of outside the Turk, with little outside a tuff of blond hair giving away his otherwise dark figure as it moved about in the shadows. “Hmph,” he snorted, shaking his head a little as he watched the monkey make his way to Cissnei and begin to flirt. Did the Genome ever take this seriously? Fighting the urge to already begin the assault, Sephiroth figured it best to wait and see who else arrived before starting any action. After all, rashness would do nothing for their cause on this day. Thus Sephiroth continued his scan of the battlefield, occasionally glancing back to the duo to make sure they weren’t up to something that he needed to eliminate right away. Next to arrive was a Darkness that rivaled even his own, the one winged angel glancing to the side to see the armored form of Master Xehanort. Seeing that the Keyblade Master was already turning his attention to the duo below, Sephiroth locked his eyes upon them once more as he spoke. There was elegance to the way he spoke which reminded him somewhat of Genesis, though with a little more venom than the pseudo hero ever managed to attain. He asked whether or not they should strike, and the general opened his mouth to respond before quickly finding himself at a loss for words at who emerged from the Corridor of Darkness below. Genesis and Zack arrived together; the two ex-SOLDIER’s immediately making their way towards the Turk and monkey. The way that Genesis kept looking up at the tower made Sephiroth suspicious that his friend had already discovered their location, and indeed his voice carried out through the silence as a warning to the others at the presence of evil atop the skyscraper. What Zack shouted though was what really got his attention; the two of them were searching for someone... Interesting. Along with a boy appearing below, it wasn’t long before another knight made his way to Sephiroth’s side while the dark figure of Xemnas made its way to a nearby rooftop. Good, there were several powerful allies at his disposal this time to make sure a repeat of the failure at Radiant Garden wasn’t in the cards for these feeble forces of Light. As he did one last glance over the area he saw no signs of anyone else, bringing him to believe that now was finally time to strike. It was Gabranth that answered the Master, before raising his blade to summon some sort of creature from the sky. It attacked boy apart from the group, before the knight leaped into action against the group that gathered below. He seemingly threw everything he had at them, including the kitchen sink a truck that was parked nearby. Holding back a chuckle, Sephiroth watched on as chaos ensued and Zack responded to the summon by calling forth Bahamut and beginning his own assault. Xemnas of course was quick to stop the attack, quickly caging the puppy in a manner not unlike putting an animal into the pound. As he attacked Zack from above, Sephiroth realized that now one of the two opponents that he considered a threat was preoccupied. In order to aid his allies the most it was time to lead away the other member of the legendary SOLDIER trio, and put him to the test once again. The Turk’s attacks were likely ineffective against the leader of Organization XIII, but Sephiroth saw an opportunity to draw Genesis’s attention away from the others. “It seems that enough has happened in order for us to make our appearance with the greatest impact,” Sephiroth told Master Xehanort as he spread his wings to the fullness of their span, taking to the air with a powerful flap before tucking the winged appendages to dive towards the group. One of the small green materia within his sleeve began to glow, and as he threw his wings out to stop himself mere meters from the enemy he cast Fire 3 on Cissnei, a brilliant red fireball quickly forming in midair at her location before erupting in a brilliant explosion without warning. He knew that Genesis would likely recognize that variant of the spell from their world, but even if he didn’t while the wind picked up behind him to carry stray feathers to them Sephiroth smirked as he lifted his head. “It’s good to see you, Genesis, a pity that you’re fighting with the wrong side,” he told the crimson one with a smirk, before nodding towards one of the empty skyscrapers that lined the battlefield. “Come, after all your talents would be wasted on small fry such as them. You wouldn’t want me to crush your allies, would you? No, you’d prefer to battle me at your full strength without putting them in danger. So, why don’t we put you to the test?”As he spoke he summoned Masamune in a flash of light, lifting it before him as the blade itself began to glow. Then with a powerful slash he unleashed several slicing energy waves at Genesis with Godspeed, not caring if they struck their mark or cut down the buildings behind him. No, it was merely a warning shot to draw his friend away from the rest of combat, before with a flap of his wing he smirked and took to the sky once more and flew backwards towards the building he’d nodded to. Landing gracefully upon he’d watch and wait, seeing if Genesis would take the bait he’d offered him. ______________________________________________________ Actions Taken:- Dives towards the group, throwing his wing out to stop himself as he cast Fire 3 on Cissnei.
- Uses Godspeed on Genesis, trying to draw him away from the fight.
- Retreats to one of the nearby buildings, away from the rest of the fight as part of drawing Genesis away.

I want to shine
The boy arched his brows at the woman's response. She was sharp, it was pretty impressive, though that tongue of hers was pretty razor edged as well. It seems he roused suspicion with her due to his unusual stance. Not just anyone could spot those mannerisms without a trained eye. His motions were natural to the way he moved so it was hard to perceive his intentions. He was very animated thanks to his training of theater and his hands were prone to get restless. He always appeared hyper, but aside from these motions he kept his body limber and ready to respond. He cocked his head up and grinned when she pointed out his stare. Shinra? So she worked with that group? Well that was good, he supposed.
"Man, straight forward huh?" He chuckled "It's a good thing you're sharp... you'll need to be around this stifling environment. Keep up the good work. Maybe after I'll take you out for a treat." He gave a wink and chuckled.
He shifted his weight on his heel and leaned back slightly to turn his head to the familiar voice. It was the Warrior Mage from the Arena! Well this was a delightful sight. It was good to see someone he recognized, even if the dank, dreary world had little to offer. He bounced on he ball of his feet, soles clicking into the concrete streets. At the male's warning he gave a silly salute to match his grin. Even though his facade was playful, the thief knew well the trouble this Darkness wrought.
"You worry too much man." That laid back attitude was pretty normal for the boy, even neck deep in combat. Perhaps Genesis remembered, maybe he had forgotten.
Zidane took that fight to heart though, even if it seemed as if he brushed it off. It craved experience into his heart and helped him grow stronger since. He was not as oblivious as he acted. He could feel it, he stilled remembered it from last time. The way the Darkness crushed one's heart was an overwhelming feeling the first time. Where came the Darkness followed the Soldiers of Chaos. His tail flicked beneath his cloak, evidence to his tense feelings, though his posture showed nothing of it. The fuzzy limb kept itself concealed, feigning its motions by using the cloak's fluttering as a mask.
He looked up at the sound of another voice. This one was unfamiliar, but the faint sound carrying to his ears showed he seemed just as raring to get rid of this darkness as he was. Hopefully this woman, Cissnei and the Warrior Mage were up for it. Blue eyes focused on the one that arrived with Genesis as he uttered few words arriving at the Warrior Mage's side. Something was wrong though. It was way too still for Darkness, for even in the shadows spooks crawled. He knew, because he was usually one them. The arcs of shadows that filtered through the light were perfect to launch attacks from.
Suddenly a horrific looking Avatar was called from the darkness and attacked the young man hailing them down. Zidane's form stiffened. He was quite a ways away with the group so it was hard to see just who summoned that Eidolon, but it was nothing like Snow's or Dagger's. He made his skin crawl. He sneered and lowered his stance to lower his center of gravity an make it easier to move. The hand that was on his hip reached for his holster. Both hilts were taken in hand and crossed his arm in front of him. His right arm would reach and cross his left arm until they made an X. His right hand gripped the hilts of his blade, both fully drawn. It took a great amount of control to manage two weapons and was perfect with given his size and speed.
Zack shouted out in worry, but it was not hard to see or hear that giant walking bucket! The motion caught the thief's eyes. They were far enough away that Gabranth had to make a run for them. To think this guy was here. He should have expected. He saw Sephiroth the last time. Were they somehow -- no, that was not possible right? This seemed like a really bad place to be! The buckethead was coming right at them! At Zack's shout he was already tense so his muscles and moved to dive out of the way. He kicked off the ground and threw himself to the left, along where Cissnei had dove, using his right left and lower center of gravity to drop into a roll. He would allow his cloak to mystify his movements and make finding his body a target that much harder. He tumbled once, a full rotation of his body until his legs brushed the ground. Using his right arm he pushed himself up in a small bounce and twisted his entire form in a power slide so he faced the Judge in all his metal glory. Even if he managed to roll out of the way, the large reaching sickles still managed to slash up his arms. His cloak fell over his form, hiding his figure.
"Looks like the Judge crawled his way out of the woodworks. Seems yer armor needs some care, I could hear ya clanking from a mile away!" The young Genome spat out, acting his usual nuisance self.
Though it seemed the Judge was not done with his little game of executioner. Gabranth's secondary attack sent not only debris and earth hurtling toward them, but the objects on the road itself! A truck was sent in their direction, covered in flames no less. These guys sure liked to play with fire, but it was due time someone got burned for it! The red head responded proactively and used the truck as a shield, but the thief had a better idea. If the Judge could wreck up the area, why could the thief not do the same? He timed his action, knowing it would end up a bit close, but that was no time for worry! Go in, go fast and hit hard!
"Sorry to ruin your fun, but playing with fire burns!"
With his heart thundering the Genome rolled froward from his crouched position using Rumble Rush. Using the debris as his target he would use the Mage Mashers to slash upward against the flaming vehicle, which would hopefully take a few of the energy blades and weaken enough for him to use this. He would attempt slash off a piece of the abused, flaming truck with such force it would knock back, or in the case of Gabranth: forward. The flaming twist of metal would go hurtling toward the Judge and those around him, which was now, in this case: The One Winged Angel, who was busy trying to strike the defenseless Cissnei with a powerful Fire spell and talk smack as bad guys seemed to love doing! Hopefully the flaming debris would disrupt the in suing combat and stagger the villainous foes. Man it was like living the Cycles all over again, but this time he had not a one he knew, but he had to trust these guys.
Unfortunately the attack left Zidane prone so he would have to take cover after landing. The Genome came crashing down and rolled himself from what would be an erupting, smoldering wall of what remained of the truck, which he would use as a wall between him and the Judge. Damn. He had to make sure he backed up Cissnei because it would seem he was pushed back from Gabranth's position by several feet. He was unable to respond to the shock of the young, black-haired sword wielder (who has an odd familiarity to him) as they were attacked by an unfamiliar perpetrator of the dark, brutally, but he could only hear and see little behind the heap of truck remains. He was already feeling the heat and it was not the truck. He worried about the other fellow that seemed way beyond his reach. Two Avatars running rampant… he sure hoped their summoners could handle them. He had to focus on what was in front of him though.
Blue eyes focused on the truck as his tail curled out stiffly. He was ready to move his perpetual posturing was always with reason.
•Rolled out of the way to reduce full force of Innocence •Used Rumble Rush on the flaming Truck thrown by Gaia's Breach •Rolled out of the way to keep from staying prone
-Skill Used: Rumble Rush: The Thief rolls forward before launching up from the action with his blade slashing up for moderate damage. The action is fast and is meant to knock back an opponent.
